Three major problems 1 - One of the tires they gave me was flat and unusable almost immediately. Either there was something wrong with the tire, or something on my car is causing a flat, and they didn’t notice. If it was just that, I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was easily my worst Auto experience ever before that. 2 - Despite being the first and (mostly) only one there, they took substantially longer to do everything then they said it would take to do. 30 minutes longer then told to switch 3 tires, and over 90 minutes OVER their given time told to align my car. Apparently a Solara is a tricky car to align? They didn’t have what they needed to align that… Ok… perhaps I could l have lived with that, except… 3 - There was absolutely no communication. It seemed deliberate. They kept me in a room with no one for me to talk to… for hours… I couldn’t get a single update, and when someone finally passed through and I begged for an update, they came back 20 minutes later with a “15 minutes”… followed by being left alone for 35 minutes and news they couldn’t fully align my car. They told me they want to bring me in to do it right, once they have the right Toyota equipment, and they’ll send me some info on when I can get it back in once they have what they need (ok… I’m listening) but all they ended up sending me was the $300 bill. (For 3 tires, one bum, and an alignment they couldn’t complete) I try to be understanding, but this was the trifecta of subpar end product for the price, unnecessary time waster, and unideal customer service. Needless to say, I will not be returning, even if they offered to fix these things right for free.

The only place I'll have my alignments done. I've got different shops to tell me that alignment isn't possible on my vehicles due to suspension damage without telling me which part of my suspension is damaged. Tire Tech staff are true professionals and know what they're doing. Same cars are 100% aligned and drive straight with no issues when the alignment service is done here. Some places have well-known names and are big franchises but lack smart techs. Tire Tech and Auto Services is the only place I'll use for all my tire and alignment needs. I strongly recommend it!

These guys had me in and out. Unfortunately I had a stripped bolt, and thank God these guys still were able to removed it and replaced it. Great service, affordable prices.

Friendly staff , cheap tires (almost new) Definitely no half lifetime wait . Go in make a selection and come out. The older gentleman is your go for. Tires manufacturer date was a year old some others around his shopً sell used tires that are 7-8 years old.

Had an appointment for 9am that they made make. Now it's 9:15am and no one is even at the business. I message them, they reply "someone will be there in 20 min". I waited 30 min, still no one showed up. I drove 40 min to this place because they had good prices but doesn't really matter if you can't show up for work on time. So not only did they waste my time, I also wasted tons of gas driving thereand back. Would give 0 stars if it allowed. Just pathetic, don't waste your time with this scam.

The last time I needed an oil change I went to TireTech and Auto Services and had a good experience. I was the only customer during my visit and everyone working was very friendly. They had to go to a couple shops to get the correct oil (Volkswagen) but it was pretty quick and a good price. Will be back.

This place is terrible, they put 4 tires on my car and one of the tires had a not in it and it exploded on my drive to Virginia. I ask for the money back for that tire and they say no when it was only a couple hours after I bought it. They kept asking for the tire back but I told them I don’t have it, it exploded in Virginia. Don’t trust them!!!! Especially this guy.

Buisness was really clean up to date VERY PROFESSIONAL in and out great prices .The man was very polite and had outstanding customer servise .Im out here from dallas texas and this guy really helped me out went to a couple other shops before going there and were very rude very dirty this shop right here 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Had the best experience here that I've ever had with a shop. Ahmed was great, didn't try to upsell me on anything and was truthful about what my car needed even though he could have gotten away with charging me more for services I thought I needed at the time. I will be happy to pay these guys for all future services on both mine and my fiancé's cars. Highly recommend checking them out, especially if you need brake work done.

If you are looking for great used tires with competitive/affordable prices this is the place for you. I called Ahmed (at TireTech) looking for a full set of tires for my Ford Expedition I was immediately impressed with his customer service and his drive to find me the best tires possible for my truck. They had an almost new set of Michelin Defenders in the correct size for my truck (one of the best tires available on the market). Once I arrived to get the tires installed I was amazed with the quick service and friendliness of all the workers. If I could give this review 10 stars I would I will be coming back anytime any of my cars need tires!

Guy didn't know how long job was gonna take waited 3hr before he found out he had wrong part changed oneside break pads went from $100 job to $296 would never go back or recommend to anyone !!!

I had them replace my lower control arms on my truck and fix my upper control arms that another mechanic did not install correctly. Excellent work, reasonable prices and very honest.

The team was super fast to get my tire patched. It's been 4 months and tire has never leaked. Got a great deal for 4 new winter tires and got everything installed in less than an hour. I will go again everytime I need to use their service.
