Very polite, humble and helpful people. Their prices are very fair. I paid 25$ to have my flat tire fixed. Their shop is neat and clean. They had water and coffee and comfy chairs to sit on while you waited.

I stopped in bc I live .50 mile away, and I was thankful that they were open in this weather. I needed my tire patched bc I don’t have the tools to do it other wise I would have done it myself. They wouldn’t do it bc of the tread (I get it), but they were quick to offer to price out a new tire. I declined as I have a new tire coming next week, but guess who I won’t be going to have it replaced?

First visited over a year ago and now they're the only tire/repair shop we take our vehicles to. Yesterday my wife's car developed a concerning shake this was on the highway on her way out of town. We had just had two new tires installed, and since she's a self proclaimed 'not car person' and I was stuck at work I told her to go back to Tire South. I was a little worried that she'd be taken advantage of just hearing various stories of women who had visited other shops. My worries were unfounded. Upon her arrival one of the technicians took the car for a test drive and identified that something was not correct with the tire balance. They promptly pulled it in and rebalanced the tires free of charge. My wife was in and out in record time allowing her to get back on the road to North Carolina. The car drove 5 hours with zero shakes or vibrations! Truly a 5 star shop! Thanks Tire South Marietta Blvd Team!

Highly professional service. All I needed was a patch after running over a screw. I cannot remember the man’s name up front but he gave me a great deal for only $25 to patch it up. I also noticed all the other customers there were being treated well. A man had some sort of rotor issue. When the shop removed everything they realized they couldn’t repair the issue without a special part they don’t carry. They told the man it would cost him way too much to get it done with them. They put his car back together and said he doesn’t owe them anything. Phenomenal service! If you need anything down with your tires please take advantage of this well run business. This type of service doesn’t exist anywhere else. Snacks and coffee are available while you wait!

Disappointed with My Experience at Tire South I recently took my car to Tire South for an oil change, new windshield wipers, and to check the coolant level, which had been running low. When I arrived, I explained my main concerns to the staff member (an African-American gentleman) and emphasized the importance of addressing the coolant issue. He confirmed my information in the system and told me it would take a couple of hours, so I dropped my car off and Ubered home. What I wasn’t told upfront—and what I feel was a major oversight—was that Tire South does not provide services for coolant levels at all. If this had been communicated to me, I would have taken my car to a location that could handle all my needs in one visit. Instead, I trusted their word and left my car in their hands for what turned out to be 6–7 hours. When I picked up my car around 5:50 PM, on 11/18/2024, I specifically asked if the coolant issue had been resolved. The same staff member assured me it had been “topped off,” but later I found out this wasn’t the case. Not only did I waste my entire day, but now I need to visit another service provider to address the coolant issue properly. I feel like this experience could’ve been handled much better if the staff were more transparent. It’s unfair and frustrating to feel misled, especially as a customer. Honest communication upfront would have saved me time, money, and frustration. Tire South needs to work on training their staff to prioritize clear communication with their customers. Overall, this experience left me feeling like I was taken advantage of, and I will not be returning.

Had a tire patched here. They scratched a wheel. Basically called me a liar until they reviewed the tapes. Promised a call back, I had to call them. They owned the fault for the scratch and still have done nothing to fix my wheel. Waiting on a call from their “mobile guy.” Do yourself a favor and avoid this scummy place.
