I called the location to inquire about service and availability of parts. The response was very positive and they were willing to help. I arrived and was greeted immediately. I was checked in quickly , handed my keys and took a seat. The wait was not long at all. Great customer service by both gentlemen at the counter. This was my first visit, but certainly not my last.

Came here based on Reddit suggestions and I’m glad I did. Service was great and friendly. I got an alignment, tire rotation and inspection done within an hour. I appreciated the inspection report being sent to my phone, with photos. I thought pricing was fair. I will definitely be returning

Went in for a balance and rotation but I knew I was probably due for new tires. The technicians indeed pointed out that my tires were dry rotting and I just went ahead and said better safe than sorry since I could visibly see the wear and tear. Thanks for the quick and great work on my 2001 Tundra! I’m glad they give you free balance & rotation + free tire repair for the length of the tire warranty, etc.

Had a great experience in two visits with Tire South. I drive a lifted jeep with large tires and they were able to do my tire alignment (other shops didn’t have right equipment). Then a few weeks later I went back for my regular oil change and a few other items as it’s an older Wrangler. I usually hate dealing with car stuff- but no drama and no upsell tactics. I will be back.

Long story short- I had a flat tire, I installed the donut tire, drove to Tire South, purchased 2 new tires, they installed them quickly, saved my best tire, paid and was on my way. They were very efficient!

This will probably be my third time reviewing Tire South on Howell but they treat me so good every time that I have to help them keep their high score! I’m super silly and booked an oil change a week in advance, thinking I was being proactive, but unfortunately completely forgot until a couple hours later on the day of the appointment. Tire South were able to get me in the first available appointment on the following Saturday so I’d be set to go (as I’m driving 1200 miles round trip to my hometown every few weeks at the moment). Only took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. They’re always so kind and I appreciate their efficiency!

Can I just say I had the best experience, even just from a phone conversation with owner, easy conversation excellent communication. Once I got there the whole staff was on point. The atmosphere at tire south felt like family instantly. They will always get my business and I will recommend to anyone! Salute Tire South, thank you for the job well done!!!!!!

I chose this place because it has a good rating on here but the rating clearly does not reflect how poorly their business operates. I had a terrible experience here. They told me the estimate wait time was an hour, but made me wait for four hours to pick up my car. Both workers had a very passive aggressive attitude towards me and ended up overcharging me a lot for a simple service. The execution of the service was not well either. I’d not recommend this place to anyone.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a business here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—especially women. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, and I left feeling completely disrespected. I came in for what should have been a simple tire alignment, but it turned into an expensive and unnecessarily drawn-out ordeal. The service took far longer than what I was initially told, and when I tried to address the delays, the manager repeatedly interrupted me and talked down to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. It felt like they went out of their way to make me feel small, and the condescension was palpable. What made it worse was how they gaslighted me about the time estimate, insisting I was wrong when I know exactly how long I was there. The lack of basic courtesy, empathy, or accountability was appalling. As a woman, I’ve dealt with my fair share of dismissive attitudes, but this was on another level—it felt intentional and deeply disrespectful. I left feeling overcharged, belittled, and furious. I will never come back here, and I strongly advise others—especially women—to steer clear.

Today was a usually busy day for a Monday evening. I am assuming from the Holiday traveling. I chose to use the self scheduler to book my appointment. With that being said, I arrived totally expected by the staff. Luckily, Travis communicated the mix up and the delay. He was very accommodating and ensured that my car would be completed even with the staff staying past closing time. I’ve been going here for years and love their thoroughness with even a simple oil change.
