10/24 I am a previous assistant store manager of another well known company- I called this location at 9am spoke to a manger who with in an hour apparently abandoned his job and left his team in a chaotic mess I called back to set up bringing my warranty in and Nelly who is absolutely amazing and Everytime I have dealt with in the past amazing. From a management position he jumped in took control and got everything smoothes out. He and the team deserve huge acknowledgment he should be evaluated for this store position I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT You guys enjoy lunch AGAIN THANK YOU HICKS family

The customer service was very good. They listened to my concerns and took care of my car. When I left, I felt confident with the care given to my car. I knew I would be a repeat customer. While I waited, I saw that they were attentive with the customers who came in and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I also saw that they had repeat customers who were greeted by name. I was extremely pleased.

If you want to waste your time and get talked to rudely this is the place to go. Made a appointment to have a tire fixed and I got there and the tech already had a attitude problem and told me rudely that when he has time he will fix the tire.so sorry I ever came here. Please don't take your car to a tires plus store, especially the one on Cypress garden Blvd. I hope that people that do read this will herd my warning and go somewhere else to have work done on your vehicle.

Nelly was exceptional! He went above and beyond customer service. Delivery driver went home and didn't drop our rire off,so Nelly went and picked it up himself. We will definitely keep buying our tires from him. Thank you for the great prices.

Spent a total of eleven hours over two days through no fault of the employees. While there I observed Neely interact with customers via telephone and in person and he was great. Very courteous, very polite. He answered their questions and did this in a very timely manner. The service I recieved was worth the wait. I highly recommend this Tires Plus, Nelly and his crew give their best unlike the Tires Plus I normally use in Indiana. Thank you Neely and crew for reinstating my faith in Tires Plus. Will be recommending and using your services while here in Winter Haven. Jim L.

Nelly, Anthony, Robert, and the rest of the crew really took care of my daughter’s car. We went in (unscheduled) for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. While there they noticed an engine mount (not exactly the right part name but I forget) that was loose. Lifted the car and showed me the part and how the engine wobbled. The worn part was obvious to me when pointed out, but one would’ve never noticed it unless a keen eyed mechanic was on the job. Had to get the part and said they would have it done in two hours. They were able to source the part and install it in less than that two hour timeframe. They were very busy but made me feel important and met their promised times. Nice guys and fair prices. We will return.

5 STAR RATING -Only because of the service we received from Nelly! Nothing else this day was going in our favor. Our tires ended up not being in stock, and the list went on. But Nelly....he worked his magic and truly cared about our experience as long time Tires Plus customers, and we left happy.

Changed the starter on my mom‘s Acura RDX and a wire got pulled from a harness sent it for them to finish up ….they claimed I fried the battery. There is only one way to wire a starter two different size lugs to connect let alone 2 totally different styles connections…however we took the car into them to have them clean it up on starter repair and fix the wire they change the battery and I guess fix the wire, but overlook the cooling system. I had removed the hose clamp to get the starter removed and installed and the hose clamp was still pulled back 6 inches on the hose and A box with the overflow reservoir sitting in the floor of the passenger side of the car you think that would have been an indication that we want that put back on when it is with the car .they released it from the shop stating to my mother. You didn’t mention that???? shaking my head, you didn’t mention that? so you don’t have an overall inspection of the vehicle ? you just go on what the customer tells you what to do? you don’t bring things to their attention that you think might need to be addressed? You just go straight to what we told you to do and forget about everything else . Great job you could Have cause the motor to fail in my mom’s car terrible you need to sharpen up if you’re gonna charge as much as you do and call this professional work.

I had an amazing customer service experience, when I went last minute to get a starter that blew. Nelly got me in fast and got me sorted out all with a smile on his face. He helped me out tremendously by helping me out when I was in a jam, even though it might have inconvenienced him. Nelly you're the best!!

Service was excellent!! I got a screw in my tire and the Manager was so accommodating to get the car in. Set the appointment for 7am the next morning and they took it back as soon as I got there. Fast and friendly service! I will be back.

We were on the road to Daytona. Got a nail. Husband bought a patch kit and patched it, but since it was on the edge of the tire, it wouldn't hold and started leaking. Looked up the nearest tire store, found these guys. Called and they checked stock to replace the tire, made an appointment, the lady on the phone sent a message that we were less than 10 minutes away, so they could get us in the queue. Arrived, they had our appointment. We checked in, waited maybe 10 minutes, got called, they got started, and we were outta there in about another 20 minutes. They were amazing, friendly, and got us back on the road fast! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service from Nelly. Explained everything thoroughly. Van will enjoy the next few thousand miles before revisiting for another oil change. 8/16 Van was acting up and was suspecting the worst. Nelly was able to fit me in almost immediately (praise God). Soaked up the AC while I waited (very clean in store). Ultimately got the news the transmission is finding a coffin to lay in. Nelly gave me the diagnosis for free, which was such a tremendous help, as the van was basically toast. Thank you for the amazingly fast service. I'll continue to come back Went in 9/3 for a dash board issue and received fantastic customer service from Nelly again. They took great care of the new truck, told me what it needed and the price was more than suitable. They also work appointments quick in my experience. "A couple hours" ended up being less than two. Extremely happy with this shop
