Man this place is all bad took my car to be fix and they did everything but fix the problem then tried to get more money out after they found the real problem, never ever again, I don't recommend this shady shop at all, what a Rip off and a waste of money

Staff was very nice, knowledgeable and kept me up to date all day long about my vehicle. Ended up doing a couple of tests, filling up my washer fluid and all was under warranty. Will forever do business here.

Went in for an oil leak. 1st trip: replace oil pressure switch $547 2nd trip: Still leaking oil, Tires Plus says not still leaking just left over oil from previous leak 3rd trip: Still leaking oil. Tires Plus say can’t find leak add dye to engine oil 4th trip: Still leaking oil Tires Plus says faulty oil pressure part was installed replace for free 5th trip: Still leaking oil Tires Plus replaces intake manifold set, int gasket set-upper flapper, and valley cover gasket. $900 We get vehicle back Tuesday 2/28/23 and there was a weird sound coming from driver side rear tire. On our way back to Tires Plus for the weird sound, the wheel falls off of our moving vehicle Saturday 3/4/2023. I call Tires Plus. They deny they had anything to do with it. Not concerned in the least about my family or I's well being. We were all in the moving vehicle when the tire fell off. I had to make and insurance claim and take my vehicle somewhere else to get repaired. Will never go back to Tires Plus.

I had my car serviced to see what was wrong with it and they tried to charge me $1,000 for a new battery & starter! I ended up going to my regular mechanic and he charged me less than half of what they were offering. $400 worth of work compared to $1,000. They were trying to get over on me by $600! I will never again have my car serviced with this place. Absolute joke!

SO thankful for Tire Plus!!! I was visiting Wichita and planning on leaving in the morning. The night before departure, I saw a low tire pressure notification on my car. I went to Tire Plus… amazing service!!!! They found a screw in my tire and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Because of them my trip was not altered or delayed. Thank you, Tire Plus!!!

They quoted me a price, and charged me less than what the quote was. Also, I had a minor problem with my battery connection, and they fixed it for no charge! This is how every good business should be ran. I'll be a loyal customer from now on!

Wendy (I believe that is her name), the employee that helped me, was VERY friendly and helpful and I really appreciated her professionalism. Need to get some tires for my truck within the next 6 months or so and I know I’ll be back in. Hope she is there to help me. Between her and John, customer service there is always top notch

I explicitly Instructed the front desk person no less than three times install two new tires on the rear of the vehicle as my company was getting rid of it shortly and I only had to make it a few more weeks. They saw dollar signs when the 3rd party fleet company approved three, with the third tire being ultimately charged back to my district. So much for following simple instructions. I'll take my company's business elsewhere from now on.

I went there 7/27/2024. The girl at the front desk was really helpful and courteous. However, I left with a really unsettled feeling yesterday. I took my car in for a tire repair (nail/screw) and was told it was just slightly on the edge and couldn’t be repaired and I’d need a new tire. I didn’t want to question it…. But looking back, everytime I’ve brought a tire in for repair, I’ve been told it’s not repairable. When I was being rang up (only 30-45mins later), I asked if I could take my damaged tire with me. It was a very slow leak so I figured I could keep it as a just in case… but I was told that the tire was already discarded and picked up (on a Saturday after 5pm). That left me feeling really uneasy. The replacement tire cost me >$200 and I’m wondering now if the tire was repairable after all. Update: customer service followed up with me, and the store manager reached out. I got some answers and a picture was provided to me that showed the placement of the nail. If I had an email attached to my account, I would have received this invoice digitally and be able to see it. I appreciate the follow up and am satisfied with the customer service I received.

Over head tech tell manager he filled washer reserve with water and soap and he smiled back at him, feel something happened to me after pointing bout they didn't fill mine when completing an oil change as when unsing seemed soapy with bubbles! Not sure if a company thing or store...haven't checked out other locations to verify if same service.

Stopped because our motorhome had a flat tire earlier and needed to replace it. Still have 2 hours before they closed and said they could sell us a tire but not mount it on the rim . Wasn’t even asking to put it on the vehicle for us. When you’re aware people aren’t local it would be nice to help them out . Hope you don’t experience something like this and need help !
