Most auto repair shops are closed on Sundays and I got a flat tire and Tires Plus popped up as available. I called and Nathan advised they can take my car in. As soon as I got there, he immediately checked the status of my flat tire and took my info. After the service, Nathan even showed me the shrapnel than caused my tire to get punctured! He advised of the recommended service. Great customer service! Nick the mechanic did an outstanding job fixing my tire! It was a huge piece of metal and I was afraid that it may no longer be repaired but he fixed it that day. Went to the office today and drove as usual, my car was running as good as new 🙂 Please keep these outstanding employees. Thank you for the positive experience!

Made appointment on line to have replacement headlight. Got their early. Once car pulled in they realized they didn't have bulb and would have to order. Sat and sat, hearing them check on will part will arrive. 3pm appointment 90 minutes later still waiting...have no idea how much longer or if will be done today. Had I known could have made appointment elsewhere. If it was anything but a light I would have left. Now I am stuck waiting. Never will come back. No discount offered for their mistake.

Staff very knowledgeable professional prices competitive and a little cheaper than jiffy lube and other mechanic shops in the area. Didn't know about discount and employee not only informed me about it but applied it also which is really cool and service on my car for not having an appointment was really fast. Definitely recommend this place

Friendly service and I felt my reasons for wanting to come in were addressed and the extra TLC they provided was above and beyond appreciated. If I have any concerns I know where I am bringing my car to. Great service and experience plus they did not waste time either.

Avoid these thieves, run away!! I came to replace the rear tires only. They disabled all my 4 tire sensors. They asked me to pay +$100/each!! The long-beard front desk was super rude and aggressive. I told him, "The sensors were working fine yesterday and no dashboard light, and you're telling me all of them suddenly died today?" He shamelessly responded "yesterday was yesterday and today is today. Everything is possible."

I’m not sure what type of alignment these people do. First I took my car for a front wheel alignment. My car was running normal. Then they conducted an “inspection” that I did not ask for. Of course the inspection is to find problems to charge you for if you want to repair it. Supposedly It needs new shocks. No It does not, my car was not wobbling before I took it in. Now after “alignment” when I hit 40 it starts to wobble harshly. Seems like a manufactured problem to me. How can this issue not be there and after leaving the place now there is wobbling. Further more “you need a cabin filter”..no I don’t I replaced it myself a month ago. You need new spark plugs, no I don’t I also replace that with the cabin filter myself. You need a new time belt, no I don’t I replaced that with a new alternator I put in myself. I don’t know what problem my car has now with the wobbling, but I for damn sure not taking it back to this shit hole. Don’t trust these people. If they think I’m going back with them to fix what ever problem magically came up after I left their establishment, they are mistaken. Never have I’ve seen that before when I’ve taken my car for repairs anywhere else. Also I didn’t tell them to put air in my tires. They over inflated to 38PSI when the maximum on my car is 36.

Came in for an oil change, and everyone I interacted with was very professional. The price given up front was accurate and affordable. They also told me recommended services at my vehicle’s mileage but did not push any extras or add ons. Easy and quick oil change experience!

Made an online appointment for an alignment because I replaced a tie rod end and I didn't want to spend the time doing the alignment myself. They had my 07 trailblazer for all of maybe 20 minutes. Came back and said they need to do a full inspection of my suspension because they can't figure out how to align it. I know for a fact it doesn't take long to do an alignment and if they had SO much trouble trying to figure it out, it would be longer than 15 minutes. I said no and left. A little bit later I checked my email and saw a "courtesy check" they did in the 20 minutes while simultaneously doing my alignment. Bad battery. Replaced a few years ago. Perfectly fine. Low coolant. Ok cool. Here's where it gets fishy. Oil is dirty, needs to be changed. Was changed by Take 5 no more than 30 minutes before I got there. Front right cupping and near end of life. Tires are less than a year old. I had no problems with my suspension or steering until I replaced the tie rod end and needed to do a small alignment. I didn't ask for anything else. They tired to upsell me an oil change, tires and probably a whole new suspension. This place is a joke and are probably exploiting other's on their ignorance of their vehicles.

Nathan presented me with several options for tires. The thing I most appreciated was that he was able to give me a final 'out the door' price. This was the actual price. No added last minute fees. This is almost rare nowadays, so just because of his transparency I will be coming back for additional services.

I called around the day prior to bringing my vehicle to be serviced and they had the best prices and friendliest attitude. Special shout out to Ryan for being extremely helpful. I have been to two tire plus locations and this one is the best one yet!

The tire plus on. flower ave.in Tampa on several occasions every time I go they tell me something totally different about my vehicle. I went there Friday the 18th of October. They told me. I needed rotors and brake pads on the front charge me over $600 and told me that would stop the shaking in my front end and shaking is still there. So I went back on Wednesday and the sales person got real smart with me and Yelling and tried to tell me that they fixed my car when I told him that my car is still shaking, I was told. Once that it was the axle, I paid for that that didn't stop it. Then they told me to me its the brake and rotors pay for that its still doing the same thing.I will not ever take my vehicle there again, and will advise anyone to NEVER take them any business. They will straight out lie about the work,and ROB YOU.

They charge for the air you’re breathing! You guys need to charge a flat rate for installation instead of $20 per tire, they also charge $5 for each tire that they are “throwing away” then another feel bucks for something else! Tires are 85 each yet I’m paying close to 500! How????? They’ll rip you off!!!

Every employee I had contact with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The oil change was done in an appropriate amount of time and the waiting room was comfortable. My son had a great experience at this location. He took his car to have the splash guard reattached. The repair was completed for less than we were quoted and a diagnostic check was run for no charge. We will definitely return.

I took my car in with a check engine light and they were very detailed in checking everything. The original repair did not stop the engine light from lighting up later that day and I took it back. They were very professional and upon additional checking there was a secondary problem and I paid the differential and they got it resolved. Car is running smooth and no engine light issues a week later. That you to my TiresPlus home store team!

I went in today for a tire replacement on my Honda HRV. Nathan had great energy and was a huge help from the first moment I got there! He got my car done an hour and a half earlier than expected since my tire popped on the way to vacation. Overall this is a genuine and kind staff and I will be coming back again!

We experienced an emergency flat tire on a hot, muggy Sunday afternoon around 3pm while traveling S on I-75. We were able to drive the vehicle very slowly and get off the highway to a place of safety just off the exit. My wife called Tires Plus immediately while we waited on the tow truck, and they had at least 2 tires in stock of several difference choices. We expressed our sense of urgency to Nathan, and he said they would be glad to get us a new tire or two installed and allow us to be back on the road before they closed at 5pm. Prior to calling Tires Plus, my wife and I had called a couple competitor tire centers, and they presented disinterest and doubt on whether or not they could help us. When we arrived the staff was very efficient, the store was clean, the price was fair, and our wait time was minimal! Thank you very much for the exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this staff and location for your tire needs!

Got a flat tire and needed it fixed asap. It was completely flat due to a nail. Called Tires Plus on E Fowler in Tampa because they were nearby and still open. Chris was super helpful over the phone and in person. It was just 35 minutes from closing time when we arrived but they still helped us out. We were the last customers and we had a long drive ahead. Thank you for the terrific service!

Great service! I got a flat tire so I had to get a new tire asap, but I was worried to get scammed because I didn't know anything about tires. But Nathan coomer was very helpful, he explained available tires for me and made it easy to understand the difference between tires and provided options for me. To be honest if it wasn't for him I would have ended up getting some cheap random tires from mom and pops shop. I would buy from here again.
