At most places they would Have told me to come back the next day, but I was stuck and Don and Joshua took good care of me and got my truck up and running almost like new. Even though it was past closing time, they did not rush me out the door and got my tires and alignment done and my wife is grateful. Thanks again to Don For taking such good care of me.

DO NOT COME HERE. My car recently started making a faint noise so I decided to bring it here just to get it checked out. They gave me a quote for break pads, rotors and tires for $3000. They even told me that it was not safe to drive out of there, even though I had been driving the car for months. They urged me to get it towed if I chose to leave, which was only their tactic of trying to force me to pay to get the work done with them and not another auto shop. I obviously was suspicious if all of the items they listed I needed done were even true. Therefore, I ended up taking the car to get a second opinion where I received a quote of $500. Wow. What a difference! My point is, they WILL take advantage of you and in my case ATTEMPT to scam you. Save yourself the time and money and skip Tires Plus. The staff was also very unfriendly. If I could rate them negative stars I would. It’s sad places like this are even in business. I am not saying they aren’t capable of doing good work on your car, but they might quote you for stuff you don’t even need done! Perhaps I was taken advantage of as the shop is directly next to my college campus, who knows. I conclude with one point, do not come here!

He made sure he offered me all the specials that was going on and I took advantage of the specials that was going on so I definitely appreciated him. Thank you for hiring him. Terrance, Don, Nick, and Joshua were all very personable and attentive to the customers needs and time conscious, didn’t try to oversell additional products or services, was in/out in less than an hour for a wheel alignment, car was taken in within the first 15 minutes of arrival

Waited 4 hours to get a tire changed. They informed me that they had my tire and in the 4th hour they informed me that they do not have my tire. Wasted my time. They move very slow. It sucks because the front counter guys were so nice but were not telling the truth. I wouldn’t recommend!

My tire pressure was low after the hurricane. I was driving by the shop and asked if they had air I can use. Not only did they have air, but they filled up my tires for me. I asked them to check my thread and they recommended I wait a but longer before I replace the tires. I have to stress, how rare that interaction is, a tire shop recommending me to wait before I replace my tires. Due to the honesty and transparency of the worker, I 100% will be getting new tires from the store.I tried giving him a tip via Venmo, and he essentially refused.

Brought my car in due to it shaking when i pressed the brakes and my abs light still being on, the shop i took it to never fixed the problem but charged us close to $8k to fix it, Tires Plus determined that the shop i had the repairs done at, did not do it right and it damaged my brakes and rotors, not only that, but the original reason i took it to the shop was not fixed. Other shops would have told us that we would have to get the work done there, but Don suggested to contact the shop that did the repairs and see what they would do about fixing the issue, the owned was very uncooperative and said that tires plus didn't know what they were doing, he did finally offer to fix the issue once talking to Don extensively about the problems with my car. Overall, I will be using tires plus again thanks to Don getting things solved for us, we are sorry that the owner of the other shop yelled at him and was rude during their conversations, but we are very thankful to Don for this.

Really great and honest business. They only charged me $11 for a valve stem replacement and then checked all my fluids and filled up my wiper fluid... for free! Who does that anymore these days. Great place

Waited over three hours for an oil change and they never started. I left because there was No sense of urgency nor customer service from employees, even with Plenty of open bays. And they literally let a crazy homeless man sit in the lobby & consume beer.

Charged me $700 to fix my squeaky brakes and whatever they did was NOT a fix. Took it back the next day and they said they ‘cleaned out the brakes’. This did not work either. Took it to a different location and the mechanic immediately diagnosed the brakes as glazed and fixed the problem for under $200 in an hour. The mechanic proceeded to tell me that it was a basic issue and that in order for any mechanic to miss it they either have to be completely incompetent or flat-out taking advantage of me. I won’t come back to this location

I had a flat tire and they made me purchase a new one, asked for a receipt and they said they will email it but didn’t get anything. Shady, would not recommend .

I think the tires I received were priced decent for Tampa. But I had to get a new battery at their suggestion, that cost me over $300 dollars. I only got it because it was already there for 3 hours and who wants to be without their car that long.

Worst company ever they don’t care about the safety of their customers and are swindlers. They make a mistake and blame the customer. I have photos before and after date stamped to show they want me paying them to fix what they broke before fixing an unsafe tire. Ask for Charlie he will hang up on you and treat you rudely. All photos show damage last photo is before showing brand new clean. I know have 5 rims destroyed and driving on a tire they said was save but missing the lug nut they stripped
