I was quoted over $5000 to get a used engine. I brought my car to get two more evaluations and that was not the case. After speaking with the manager on duty, all he could tell me was that his guy has been with him for 22 years. Well, I’m sorry for you. How can you misquote somebody by that much? $341 later my car is fixed and running perfectly no thanks to you guys. I was warned and I should’ve listened.

This location put my husband's life in serious danger and we will never return. On 12/29 he went in for an alignment and 4 new tires but they also told us he needed a radiator cap because his was missing. We later found his original cap was sitting behind the reservoir as if the tech had topped off fluids and couldn't find what he did with the cap so he charged us for a new one. This is not the issue however, the actual issue was the popping noise coming from the front driver side from the minute my husband drove off of the location. Seeing that we already had concerns about their ability to safely and competently comeplete work based off of the reservoir cap situation, we decided not to go back to that location. Everyday his alignment has gotten worse and today his truck started shaking so bad he had to take it to the Gulf to Bay location. He was then told that his tie-rods were about to fall out of the bushings. The technician was amazed that an alignment was just done and this issues was not addressed or even mentioned to my husband. My husband's tires could have fallen off at any point and put his life immediately at risk. This sheer negligence is not only unprofessional but unfathomable.

Excellent service! Will, James & Jermaine were super friendly and helpful. We called first thing on a busy Saturday morning and they were able to fit us in AND have our oil change completed in less than 2 hours! Will definitely be using them again!

Great service! Will and Jermaine provided great service. Thanks to their wonderful service, I was able to have my tires replaced under warranty through a very difficult experience. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful customer service and care. I will be a life long customer here, they do the best work in Tampa!

Requested a replacement on my rear brake pads, as I had been told by Mavis off of Waters, my brakes were gone. A project car had been given to me, and much of it needed repair. I did not visually confirm it. I brought it by here, so that the vehicle could have its brakes changed and be safe for operation. The staff quickly called me and asked who told me my brakes were gone, and told me that they were near new, however that the equipment used to keep pressure on the pads was not installed, or removed. The kind staff at this location was very honest when they could have upcharged me, or lied. I will refer to Tires Plus here if anyone asks me for basic brake and tire maintenance!

Buyer beware! Almost $500 for two front rotors brake pads. Then they charge me 20 $20 to inspect my vehicle and another $10 copay for my free tire balance and rotation not to mention all the other fees and taxes. Ridiculous I should have known better.

I had an appointment I ordered my tires & scheduled for 10am at least 3 weeks in advance. Talk to a representative to make sure that everything was good a week before. I went up there a couple of minutes before my appointment to drop my car off, and the guy literally told me “we’re not gonna have your tires until 3 i have some expensive tires but not the cheap ones you’re ordered, come back at 3 you’re the one that schedule that appointment not us ” ?????

I have a relatively low mileage Honda Accord great car. However. Repairs are needed...Nothing is cheap. Will, Justin and Damien are very good at looking at the big picture this wrong lets fix 3 things since we are in there and that is how Honda designed there cars. Excellent work always under repair pal. Thank you Will. I needed an oil change and new tires. When Will called me after the inspection, he explained my break pads were nearly gone. Now, I understand that he said my brake pads and rotors needed replacing, but then, this was not clear. I'm not knowledgeable about cars or their parts. He said the rotors were $129 a piece, but the price we ended the conversation with was $233, and I made sure to reiterate this to confirm. He said we could just rotate the back ones and replace the front ones. I understood he was talking about my brakes as a whole, and that we wouldn't be doing anything to my back brakes. I said do it, expecting to pay $233. When I picked up my car, I was given a total $600 more than what I was expecting. I was completely blindsided. Will did not make it clear that $233 was just for the rotors and the brake pads were an additional $547. He should have ended our earlier conversation with an overall total. I'm not very satisfied with the communication, and I left feeling blindsided

I took my car to the Carrollwood location with a screw in the rear tire. James was very helpful, and honest while he explained the need to replace the older tire rather than patch it for both my safety and their company policy. He was understanding and patient while I weighed the options to replace 1 or all 4 tires, read reviews on the models offered, texted and called my spouse for their input and even called 2 other stores for price comparison prior to making my decision. He was also very helpful in choosing the better deal for my limited driving needs, even though they were the cheaper option. I also purchased the lifetime alignment. James showed me a diagram to show the difference in before and after alignment when I came to pick up my car and made a point to recommend where and how often to get it realigned and encouraged me to take full advantage of the lifetime coverage. He answered all my questions without making me feel like a "dumb girl" or taken advantage of. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything I did not need nor that he was annoyed with my million questions and 90 minute decision making. I have had less desirable service here and at other locations in the past but James made this experience a very positive one, despite needing to spend more than I had hoped. Also, Tires Plus had the best price for the tires I needed compared to a big box store and a mom and pop place next door that he mentioned when I was considering attempting a repair.

Took almost 5 hrs to do an oil change AND I HAD AN APPMT!…. And while there had to listen to MANY dissatisfied customers air problems and dislikes…. I don’t think I want to go back! That said, the technician that worked on my truck was pretty good!

Took my car in day before yesterday (Sunday 12/29) to TirePlus to get an oil leak fixed. Was told that the leak was coming through the power steering rubber line located near the front passenger side of the car. The technician put a new power steering hose for $166.59 and they said my car is fixed and there should be no oil leak. However I am still getting oil leaks from the same exact area. This is not acceptable as now I have to go in again and yet again will be charged the $19.99 diagnostic fee to again find out where the oil is leaking since the technician could not fix it the first time. Also I should be refunded the $166.59 since apparently the hose was not the source of the leak...and its coming from another part. Attached is the picture of the oil spot on a napkin showing the leak is still coming as of today (Tuesday 12/31). I want someone from corporate to call me to get this issue resolved as I am totally not satisfied with my service experience. My next appointment is Saturday morning and I now will be wasting more time and money to resolve an issue that should have been resolved the 1st time!!! Store # 442615 Retail Invoice: 323835 Update: Attached 2nd picture with two more oils drops at 11pm on 12/31. Update: Attached 3rd pictures with yet another oil drop at 12:30am on 1/1. Looks like the technician charged me for a power steering hose that did not need to be replaced. Still leaking......??? Update: Last 3 pictures at 8 am the morning of 1/1/2025. Great way to ring in the New Year with oil spills courtesy of TiresPlus since Tires Plus could not resolve my issue and charged me over $200 for the last visit with this exact same problem. Also just found out this location is not BBB accredited. Thats because of their F rating and failure to respond to countless complaints. I am guessing I am just another statistic for Tires Plus. Stay far away from this company Tires Plus as they will not fix your issues and actually make things worse as demonstrated by the pictures shown.

Jermaine S, Sales and Service Specialist provided prompt and courteous service and replaced four badly worn tires within a few hours. They also changed brake fluisxand beat the Dealers fee ( we saved 50%). He provided a competitive quote for the set of new tires and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. We have been coming to this location for over 15 years and would continue to recommend this location to friends and family.

I was a complete stress case after getting through hurricane Milton and discovering a flat tire and everyone around trying to survive without electricity. How would I get to work if there's nothing open to look at, repair, or replace my tire? How would I replace the spoiled food in my refrigerator? How could I get through any of this without a car? Sheer panic. Until I called Tires Plus. The person who answered said, yes, they had their power back and to come by before they got busy. The service was wonderful and the staff was even better: they were pleasant, professional, and, most importantly, able to calm down a clearly distraught customer. I took their advice and replaced 2 tires and will return to replace the other two.
