The staff here is great, I called to try to schedule an appointment for a oil change. Ed was able to squeeze me in asap since someone had canceled which was great. Everyone was super friendly. Had my car back in no time. Definitely recommended and pricing was fair.

A-Hole "Ed" Quoted nearly $2000 for a repair on my sons car (worth about $6000), I said no thanks and reluctantly paid the $135 diagnostic fee even though I told them what the issue was. I then went to NAPA and purchased the necessary parts for $115 and installed them myself in about a 1/2 an hour. Saved myself um.....$1200 by just walking away from your Crooks. In the past I gave this location a lot a business and even recommended them to friends. Never again - I'm done with Tires Plus. I warn every one to stay away. Response to Response from the owner: I provided all the necessary information here and in the emailed survey response. Asking me to contact the social media email Is a copout automatic bot by tires plus management. BTW, I called around and got Quotes of less then $900 for the same repair.

I had the best experience with everyone who works here! Both my boyfriend and I needed to get our tires replaced and the fit both of us in same day! They were very thorough with explaining everything I needed to know about the work that needed to be done. I could not recommend them enough!

Jose fuenmayor has been just a godsend. When the engine in my car blew on the freeway, I had the car towed here to tires plus. They inspected it and informed me the engine was destroyed, didn't charge me a dime and allowed me to keep the car on your lot for 2 weeks while I tried to get it moved. Again no charge, and your whole staff couldn't have been nicer to me. Thanks again to Jose and the rest of the staff, I dint know what I would have done without their assistance. My previous visit was great. GM Ed always very attentive, even the lead Tech came out to inform me about the issue with the Engine light and told me to go directly to him when the light came on. This made me feel like he was invested in taking care of my vehicle. This level of commitment is what keeps me coming back to your location year after year. I had a major repair and maintenance done by Tiresplus store located on BB Downs and cross creek inter section Manager Ed and technician Dulce completed the job and were very courteous and thorough They are highly recommended

Saturday January 18 2025 I had 4 tires installed on my car. Sunday I heard a rotational noise I immediately went back to the tire store to tell them. The response I received was not one of favorable taste as the gentleman did not have time for me and scheduled me for Tuesday to check it. On my way to work Monday my front driver side tire all of a sudden lost all the air and I was stranded on the highway. I reached out to Ed the Store manager, he stated he was in a meeting but continued via text to find out what was going on. When I explain the situation Ed did everything possible to rectify the problem. A tow was set up and my car and I were brought to the store. Ed assigned a tech to my vehicle, figured out the issue and made plans to fix. Ed provided a uber to get me home and when the work was completed Ed made arrangements to deliver the car to my residence. Ed and his team did everything possible to rectify this issue and has made me a returning customer. Thank you Ed and staff.

appointment at 9 am for oil change and tire rotation. Car was still not ready at 6:15 pm. This is excessive to do this work. Additionally, they recommended an alignment. I replied I has lifetime alignment. They were surprised. Picked up the vehicle and receipt was marked could not do alignment. WHY? Because they could not charge? Scam! Also said windshield washer fluid was low. Said they filled it, attached picture of funnel in tank. Got vehicle home, washer tank cap was loose and no fluid had been added. Another lie! They told me over the phone that oil change was complete at 4 pm, but at 6 pm said oil was not yet added. After I walked into the shop, they miraculously finished all of the work in 30 minutes. But I don't know if any work was really performed.

I had a nail in my tire that was causing my left rear tire to leak very fast and it was on 5 PSI and even though tires Plus was extremely busy they still squeezed me in and took care of the issue for me in a timely manner even though they had appointments booked all day and I appreciate that they made the time to resolve the issue with my car so I wouldn't be on the side of the road. I have a long-standing relationship with tires Plus in New Tampa going back to 2005 and they are always able to address my issue.

My dad and I had an accident and got two flat tires... They were so fast prompt and accommodating I would drive the hour from my house to come back here again if I needed tires.. Ed and his crew are amazing .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you are looking for tires or service needs

The service was fantastic at this location! I had an appointment on New Years Day and from just sitting and waiting for my car I could hear how great the team was with politely managing expectations on what could be done today on a holiday. I had booked my service for 2 new tires and a tire rotation after going to another business originally. After they pointed out the crack in my third tire, I was convinced to add an additional tire to my service. Without me asking, the team worked out getting me the best deal for the additional tire. The original business I had gone to had quoted me three times the price for two tires and a rotation than what I ended up paying today.

This Tires Plus has never tried to dupe me like some other places. They also got my oil changed in a timely manner and are always so nice and professional. They are very affordable, which is nice because I'm low income. Also, the layout of this store is very open and accessible. The mechanics are always very understanding of my disability and always speak respectfully, as if I were any other customer. All in all, I will be going back, as I have for years, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I had issue with my tire and I walked in Nathan said he would be able to take care of it would just be a Waite so I waited and he took care of me great customer service I would recommend anyone to come see him here . Thank you for taking care of me on a Friday at 630 pm
