Had been going elsewhere for auto maintenance but my previous shop dropped the ball too much. Started coming here and I think they do a great job. They've really been taking care of us. Good communication, they set expectations, and very fair prices. Doug and Andrew keep everything running smoothly up front. I love that you get an emailed report of the work done with photos of the justification, like the test results to show you need brake fluid swapped out just how dirty that air filter was. Definitely going to keep coming back.

The Store Manager, Andrew DeJean, has always been fantastic with us. He answers all of our questions and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He is easy-going, friendly, and good at his job. Make sure you keep him and all of the mechanics who have worked on our cars this past year. Nicely done!

Hi I’m a single mom and I would like to say that Robert and Maria just saved my and my little girls life. They didn’t have time to work us in but I asked them to please just check because it didn’t feel right and the tire was completely unsafe. I’m on my way home now after spending less that I thought feeling confident and safe thanks to Robert and Maria at Tires Plus on Clark and Derek.

Robert was extremely helpful today! I brought my car in to remove a large piece of plastic that I unavoidably drove over and it wrapped around up behind my front wheel. He patiently and methodically removed it. I’ve always had wonderful service here! Than you Robert!!!

Let me start by saying that the guy that was handling the phones was great, he was super friendly and kept me updated on everything. The two things I’m frustrated with are these. 1. I scheduled an appointment for noon on their website for some tires and then after I drop it off and get home I get a call saying that they might not be in until the next day. Thankfully, they came in the same day and they were able to put them on my car. 2. Whoever installed my tires did a terrible job. Overall, there was white stuff on my tires. I’m sure that’s normal, but I paid for an alignment and it was pretty crooked. Then I checked my tire pressure and it’s over by seven psi, then I checked my tires in the next day and all of my tire caps are gone. I think that whoever’s in charge did a great job, but whatever technician worked on my car needs to be inspected on his work. Also tire kingdoms website sucks because they won’t show you the price until after you pay and they can’t even have accurate appointments and I know this isn’t the store‘s fault, it’s 100% on tire kingdom as a whole

Came in for a nail in tire. Doug explained that it couldn't be repaired. Showed me why and then was able to replace the tire for a reasonable amount. Explained about the credit card and I was approved for payment. I always went to the TP on University and was told that was a stand alone and now in their records. This TP is much closer to my home and was very impressed with the service there. I always go to dealership for maintenance, but I am not going to put my trust in Tires Plus.

Couldn't get any other tire store to put tires on my truck. All need appointments now, walked in to tires plus and they sent someone to get the type of tires I was looking for. Great people! If I'm down this way again I would 100% give them my business 100% over and over here!

Doug helped me with my flat tire (patch and plug) quickly and professionally. Within 45 minutes of my appointment - including time for intake - I was on my way. Big thumbs-up for Tires Plus on Derek in Sarasota!

Great service! Have gone to for new tires and a plug/new tire mounting. Andrew the manager was very responsive. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was clean/spacious.

I came here to get my tire patched, but the experience was a disaster. Without my request or authorization, the shop decided to check the oil levels and perform other inspections. They didn’t even repair the tire, which was somewhat expected. Things got worse when I was told to pick up my car, only to find staff cleaning under the hood. When I asked what was going on, they said my car was leaking oil and they were trying to fix it. After waiting another 30 minutes, I got the car back, only to find it leaking oil and smoking. explanation of the problem - a loose oil filter. However, when I went to the dealership right after, they told me the oil cap likely wasn’t tightened properly. I had serviced the car just a month ago, and it was running pretty well, so this mess clearly wasn’t my fault. The shop not only caused the issue but also failed to admit it. Why were they even under the hood for a tire repair? Avoid this place—they lack professionalism and accountability.

Doug is always a gentleman and responds calmly and confidently. I have sat in the waiting area several times and heard how he handles irritated customers - always professionally and with more patience than I would have in the same scenario. My oil change, tire rotation, and alignment were handled quickly. Thank you for the email reminder that my lifetime alignment was due. Since I also needed an oil change and tire rotation, I decided to get it all done at Tires Plus.

Made an appt for 12pm. I got here about 15min ahead of time. Went in and waited about 30min to talk to someone and actually be spoken too. After waiting for over 3 hours for a tire PATCH I’m just now leaving. They didn’t even bring my car back to look at my tire until almost 2hrs past my appt time which again was 12pm noon. When I called the day before to make the appt I was told that if I needed it to be done soon I will haft to wait and stay here. Ok that’s no problem. Why did I wait 3hrs? Why was the older women and me the 2 people who walked in at noon both for a tire PATCH waited over 3hrs while the 7 men who came in after us… literal HOURS after us came and gone in less then an hour. They had tire changes and patches as well. All the MEN had left and then they eventually got to me and the other ladies cars. When I was acknowledge at 12:30pm I was told “we’re are running a little behind but shouldn’t be more then an extra 30min” meaning i should have left by 2pm even with them running late and being late to my appt but here i am 3:15 and now leaving. A lot went wrong today. Me and the older women even spoke about how terrible it feels to be a women at a car place because this treatment happens a lot. To add salt to a wound the techs would come in to the waiting area and grab the MEN to bring them out and talk to them about what happens with there cars but me and the older lady??? Oh we just get keys tossed to us when they are done and told to have a good day 🙄Why did we make appts? Why were we miss-treated? Why were we ignored? Why were we never taken out to our cars as well? I don’t understand. The ONLY saving grace is the man at the desk and how kind he was to me. I won’t be coming back. This is just insane.

Highly recommended! Quality service and decent pricing. Got new tires and a full inspection last year for very good price. Now, they found a crack in my rim and directed me to a welder. Charged nothing as a courtesy.

Made an online appointment for 10 AM they called me and told me they already have 2 10AM appointments. That I would have to find a time it's better for them. If they do not plan on honoring appointments online then you should not give that option on the website. Very unprofessional and not someplace you want to bring your vehicle.
