I went into do an alignment was recommended to get tires I did so which I found out later I didn’t need them after doing the alignment I left with my steering wheel going the opposite direction went back in they supposedly fixed again but once’s left I noticed that it was still doing the same thing I took it to the dealer they stated that I need a full wheel alignment which you guys supposed to have already fix plz people don’t go here unless you know you have money to just throw away they use to be really good but place has falling apart

I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I've called and there have been times when they asked me, if I had time to come now. They let you know if they notice a small issue while servicing your vehicle, but they don't pressure you into having them take care of at that time, but moreso informing you. Customer of 5 years.

Sorry but the guy atencion in front is excellent,but the time waited change 1 tire is ridiculous 3 hrs,and only have 2 custumers before me waiting. If I know this ,I can't come here.

On July 12th, my husband and I brought our Ford van to Tires Plus at 1103 N. Washington Blvd in Sarasota, for a tire inspection due to vibration and wobbling issues. We were informed that we needed two new front tires and had them replaced. However, the vibration and wobbling persisted when we reached 50mph on our way to work the following Monday. We contacted Tires Plus and were asked to come in first thing Tuesday morning for a 30-minute fix, but upon arrival, we found several cars already waiting in the garages and only one person working due to other employees not showing up for work. We felt that we already paid over $500 for tires and should have been priority but that was not the case. After being told that there would be a 2.5 hr wait, and that there were probably issues with our shocks we were forced to make another appointment for the following Saturday and drive our van in this condition for the rest of the week. First thing Saturday morning we were greeted by Anhdi Kien, who quickly identified the problem as a bad back tire and replaced it in under 20 minutes then took it for a test drive to make 100% sure it was fixed and safe to drive. Anhdi's professionalism, knowledge, and trustworthiness were impressive, and we highly recommend him for any car issues at the Tires Plus location.

I always get my tire needs with Tires Plus. Brian and Chris went above and beyond. My tire had a slow leak, they patched it. Then when my tire needed balance, they attended to it with professionalism. Thank you!

Yesterday performed alignment steering wheel off center to the left called back to store today dropped off vehicle just picked up steering wheel still off center to the left I don't think how perform alignment this store I would like to show them how perfom alignment if they let me I'm ASE certified technician never seen basic alignment can't be performed first time I'm going call back to store again and take time off from work again not happy at all sorry to feel this way.

Staff was friendly. Went in at 11am, quotes 2 hours to change a bearing. Left at 445pm when completed. Paid 385.91 and lost an entire day on vacation. Had I known it would have been an all day event we would have left the car in the morning another day and found other transportation vs losing several hours.

Claim number - 2781673 BUYER BEWARE!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!WE COULD HAVE DIED BECAUSE OF THEIR HORRENDOUS SERVICE!! Bottom line: I had 3 new tires installed on a 2015 S550 Mercedes yesterday and the technician left the lug nuts off of one of the tires and the tire fell off as I was driving my wife and friends to dinner. We were incredibly fortunate that no one was injured or killed. Now the rest of the story: I brought the car in two days ago to get one tire replaced or repaired as it was leaking air. I also had an oil change. The manager said the car would be fixed within 1 1/2 hours so I decided to take a walk. When I returned to the store an hour and 45 minutes later the manager said that I needed four replacement tires and he had to order them because he didn’t have the Goodyear Run-Flats in stock. I asked him why couldn’t have called me to tell me that he didn’t have the tires in stock sooner and his reply was that he was trying to locate the tires. I was OK with that but still not happy that he didn’t courtesy of a call as soon as they had done the oil change and he knew they didn’t have my tire size in stock. The manager said that I needed four replacement tires. I didn’t. One of the tires was in fact purchased last year, had a ton of tread on it and had been driven less than 5,000 miles (I didn’t remember this at the time and remembered it only when my wife told me that I just purchased a new tire). Two of the other tires had in fact, plenty of tread on them and the one damaged tire that was leaking had a hunk of rubber out of it and was probably the only tire that needed to be replaced. I said OK and ordered 4 new tires. When I got home, I called the Mercedes dealership ito find out exactly when I had purchased the one new tire. I found out that I purchased the tire a year and a half earlier. We live in Atlanta and have a condo in Sarasota and we are rarely here because my mom is ill in Atlanta so I doubt if the car had been driven 3,000 miles since I had purchased the new tire. The tire was also in perfect shape. I didn’t need four new tires so I called the manager and told him one tire had hardly been driven and canceled one of them and he apologized. So, the manager ordered 3 Goodyear Run Flat tires and when I got there yesterday he said it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours to install. I had originally told the manager that I would be in at 3 PM and I arrived at 12:30 and asked if he was able to install them earlier. He said yes, and that it would be about 1 1/2 hoursAfter about two hours and 45 minutes I walked back to the garage and asked the technician how much longer it would be. He said he was working on the second tire, so it actually took only another 45 minutes. This was the technician that left the Lugnuts off of my tire. I don’t know if it was an accident or intentional. When the technician finished and brought me the car I thanked him and he looked away. He would not look me in his eye. He also left the protective plastic wrap that they put on the seat to keep it from getting dirty on. I asked him if he was going to take it and he came back, grabbed it and pulled it off, once again, not looking at me in the eye. I know that tires plus zoned by Bridgestone and it’s used organization but this branch just an AWFUL place to buy tires!!! RUN far away from this Tires Plus store!

I had gone to Wawa for free air in my tires and the machine sucked all of the air out of the tire! I googled this place and drove on over and within 5 minutes they had filled the air in all 4 of my tires for free. Super cool guys too. Remember to tip a few dollars!!

While I waited for my tires to be mounted, I heard 4 customers make faulty requests. I'm 75 and have done most of repairs myself since I was 16. What the manager told them was true.
