It's a great location and the staff was pleasant and the work was done efficiently. If you need to wait there's seating, if you need to grab lunch or dinner there are a couple places near by, even if you want o do a little browsing there are a couple of retail businesses in walking distance.

Please choose a different location or entirely different company to service your vehicle. On 2 separate occasions this location has failed me with appointments and pricing. I booked an appointment online as the website allows, only to get to the store and my appointment nor parts are available. On top of that the out the door price provided via the website was not accurate (off by over $100). My second encounter at this location involved the service manager leaving me a voicemail confirming my appointment time and price of the service. I arrive to the store 15mins before my appointment only to be advised that they would need to go pick up the parts from the dealer and that the price would be $95 more. I’ve tried contacting corporate- long hold time and unable to speak with a rep. Please don’t be me! Save yourself the time and trouble and find another location or entirely different company to service your vehicle.

I called the location yesterday and the first 2 times the call disconnected however the third time it connected me to the call center. Explained what I needed, she called the location and confirmed that they’d have the tires and set up an appointment. This morning I get a call to confirm the appointment. The first call came in at 6:58 AM to which is against the law as businesses can’t call before 8AM, then she proceeded to ask me to come in prior to the designated time to which I agree as I understand and have wiggle room in my work schedule, but then she tries to upscale me on tires that are double the price after yesterdays call and confirmation that the tires that I inquired about would be available. This is one of many complaints that I’ll do as this location appears to be a scam and should rightfully pay for it as I will be contacting TCPA.

They were the only tire shop who worked me into their busy schedule. Being out of state didn't have the option to leave my jeep they were very accommodating.

Tried to patch a nail on my tire. All booked out until tomorrow. The guy was very nice, not only suggested me another place but also pumped some air for me.

While driving here from Michigan I had a flat tire had it swapped out with my spare call two different places to try to get it fixed wound up coming here dropped it off last night because it wasn't a quick thing at all and then hope that they would at least put it on for me after charging me $30 for the repair they told me that they didn't have time to put the tire on for me very dissatisfied very unhappy now I'm paying somebody else cuz I'm out of town and sing at a hotel to come and swap my tire for me when it should have been done by them

I have been waiting for over 4.5 hours to have 4 tires put on. The manager keeps saying his tech is "having difficulties" while he has done nothing to help him. The manager has been rude, dismissive and incompetent. I now have wasted my whole Sunday, because a tire store can't seem to mount tires.

I had a flat tire, found a screw imbedded, refilled it with air and called Tires Plus in Brown Deer. I was 2 miles down the road but 12 miles from home, unsure if the tire would hold air. The crew working at around 530pm on Wed 9/11graciously told me to come on in. I arrived 10 min later and was taken immediately. Wow! Was I ever grateful!! They were so pleasant and happy they could accommodate me, even better!

My husband & I came in w/a nail in our tire. We were extremely pleased that they were honest with us to tell us that they could just plug the hole instead of replacing the whole tire. Thanks CHRIS!!

Drop my car off at 9am and it wasn’t ready for pickup until 5:45pm. That is too long if they were over book they should have given me a different appointment date and time.

Made an appointment for 3pm sat for two hours to replace a tire and replace engine filter. My truck was completed , however no one told me it was done. After waiting so long I finally went to the desk and asked why my truck sitting outside and no one told me it was done. I sat there for two hours with no communication whatsoever. I will never go to this tire Plus again!

This is the worst tire shop I have ever encountered. I've been here three times, and each time there were problems. The first time, I had new tires installed, but one tire kept losing air. When I returned to the service, they told me I needed to schedule a new appointment to fix their mistake. The second time, my friends came in to have their tires changed. They were told to wait two hours, even though they had made an appointment in advance. After two hours, when we returned, the car was still sitting in the parking lot because they had forgotten about it. The third time, I scheduled a tire repair online well in advance. Upon arriving at the shop, I was told there were no available slots, and I could reschedule for another day. Why have an option to choose a day and time online if it doesn't work? I will never go to this shop again and do not recommend it to others; the people working here are not professionals.

Weekend and holiday hours are convenient for my work schedule. Although i wasnt able to make an appointment on Labor Day, the manager invited me to drop off the car and they would try to squeeze it in by closing time at 5. To my surprise the car was done way ahead of schedule with four new tires. They also made sure I got all the rebates and discounts available on the purchase. Very good conscientious service and the new tires are great!

Cannot believe how bad the experience was. Initially took my wife’s car in for a flat repair under warranty. The nail was too close to the side wall so needed a new tire. Fair enough. We brought the wheel in so they could replace the tire. They said they had a tire in house and would work on it later in the day. Bear in mind that we had an appointment already which we were at. So I guess the initial appointment was to drop off the tire, not do any work. My wife called in later that afternoon after they failed to give a call that it was ready. The desk attendant had no idea the status and the technician had already left. He says he’ll call back tomorrow. Never does. Wife calls back again. No idea the status and has to put her on hold to talk to the mechanic. Finds out that it has been ready. We cannot believe how poorly this place is organized. Then they said it would be easier to bring the car in too so they can mount it. Biggest mistake. While mounting it, they cross threaded a lug nut. When I got it home, I wanted to put the hub cap back on and snapped a stud in the process. Everyone knows you start lug nuts by hand so they don’t cross thread. Either the mechanics are lazy or incompetent, neither of which I want working on my car. So we take it back in. Initially they order a new stud but would have to take it off to see what needs replacing. They say they put the order in. But of course, we call back the next day after no update again. The phone guy is not the same one we had been dealing with. He can’t find the order request because they NEVER placed it. At this point they have had the car for 4 days. They finally get time to check and now they want $680 to replace the whole housing. Forget it. We asked them to put the wheel back on and took it elsewhere. With everything that they put us through, anywhere is better than here. Not only was the repair work done poorly, the service and communication skills are beyond anything I’ve experienced in any industry. Huge waste of time and extra money for what should have been the simplest of jobs.

I was pleasantly welcomed by a young man name Tony as I was still in shock with my roadside hazard that killed my front left tire in the late afternoon and he calmed me by taking care of the problem in good timeing

They had the tire I needed in stock, and even though they were booked up for the day, they found time to squeeze my truck in so I could be safe on my trip to Indiana to see my grandkids on their Birthday.

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location but today, I have to say I am extremely disappointed, not only did the technician not rotate the tires like it was requested. Then, doubles down that he did even though I can tell difference. I know my tires. He did not rotate my tires. Then the same technician recommended I replace my rear shocks and struts when I literally got those replaced less than three weeks ago. I’m supposed to take the word of someone who doesn’t follow proper instructions? You lost all credibility by trying to lie. It’s a damn shame. Because I am a returning customer.

Incurred additional body damage from tire plus facility, they broke off my oil dip stick and placed it in my driver side door panel and claimed they dont know what happen. I took pictures of my damages that were of the hood of my truck and a part of the quarter panel. I addressed it to Chris and he wanted more money to fix the problem they broke.

Very Helpful Staff!! They helped me out in my time of need. My issue wasn't great, just a screw in the tread of one tire, but it was a hassle to deal with and they made it much more easy. They got my car in and fixed it right up and I was done within the hour, and back at work and able to drive home on a normal tire and not the mini-spare. I wish I could remember their names, but they were very professional, helpful, kind & understanding, everyone from the gentleman that I initially talked with on the phone, to the lady that helped me at the counter and getting me info on new tires at some point for my 2011 Chevy Impala and the gentleman that did that actual repair of the tire and swap out my mini-spare with the repaired tire. Kudo's to All of You! Job Well Done!!
