I would like to give a 5 star review for Tires Plus in Country Walk. I came to get my tire changed on Saturday morning and they were so quick and efficient. I always get amazing service from the store manager Yenner, the associates James and Mario and the mechanic Juan. I’ve been coming here for years and always get great quality service. I’ll always be a loyal customer. 100% recommend if you want to go to an honest auto shop with reasonable prices and quality tires and service!

Avoid this place at all costs! The service here is absolutely unacceptable. They botched a basic oil change by overfilling the oil, which caused my car to start leaking. When I brought it back, the technician denied any responsibility, claiming the leak wasn’t related to their mistake. The manager initially insinuated it was my fault, only changing his stance when I became visibly upset. He then promised to address it with the staff. To make matters worse, when we opened the hood, oil was everywhere, and they didn’t even bother to clean it up. They admitted the oil seals were damaged due to their error and offered to fix them for free, but the damage was already done. Since their botched service, my car now struggles to start. A second opinion from another shop confirmed that the issues stem directly from the negligence at this Tires Plus location. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere else, this place is not worth the risk.

Don’t ever go to this tires plus if Mario is working he is a super rude employee and had no sense for helping me out. Instead was making rude remarks. I would ask question and would just sigh out of frustration for helping me. Horrible employee to have working in a customer service store.

I was getting ready to take a long road trip and took my vehicle in to this location to have it checked out. Yenner was extremely courteous and honest and up front with me as to what was needed but being respectful, not being pushy. I felt confident in the work being done on vehicle and had a peace of mind while on my road trip. Thanks Yenner! You’ve earned a life long customer.

Muy mal servicio vine a cambiar ls pastillas de freno de mi carro Lugo de 2.5 horas esperando me dicen que las pastillas no las tienen que llegan en una hora más aparte de perder mi tiempo pagué casi 80 dólares sin recibir ningún servicio xq si lo traje a cambiar las pastillas de freno ya el diagnóstico yo lo tenía no necesitaba q ellos me lo dijeran

Muy mal servicio. 15401 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33177. Muy mal trato en el front Desk. 5y45pm pregunté al ponchero qué estaba sentado en el taller para coger un ponche con una goma qué traía afuera. Ni tan siquiera había que quitarla y ponerla en el carro y me dijo que entrara a la oficina. En la oficina me dicen que no les daba tiempo hacer un ponche antes de las 7pm.??? Really?? Fui a la ponchera del frente en el shooping del otro lado de la 137 avenida y en 5 minutos me resolvieron el problema. A las 5y55 pm ya me estaba yendo con la goma fixed . Se perdieron un cliente y una buena propina. Y NO se lo recomendaré a Nadie.

Great place, my dad has been going here for over 20 years and now I’m coming through to work on my routine car repairs. Yenner was the one who helped me out and did so beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you want someone who truly looks out for you compared to those who are just in it for the money, this is the guy you want to reach out to. Overall this location has a great staff and really takes care of you. Highly recommend, you’re not going to be disappointed!

I went to tire plus for an oil change yesterday and I was extremely happy with the service, the technician named Marvin if I am not mistaken, was super kind and friendly, also, very professional as well as the store manager, Yenner Lopez who was very nice and welcoming, his customer service was outstanding!!! I will definitely recommend this place 👌🏼 Thank you very much guys, for the great service!!

This tire plus team is amazing. I had emergency flat tires and came to the shop 30min before closing and they were still willing to help me out. Yenner Lopez was nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you to all the guys who worked on my car!

Had a flat tire right after work in rush hour and called at 6 pm an hour before closing and Edgar Politely answered the phone and said to come in and although it was busy he still gave 5 star service and helped fixed the tired quick all while giving quality service! God Bless you Edgar!

I went in after a week of them changing out my front tires because everytime I would break/stop it was making a lot of noise. Took it in at 8:20am never was told they only one person working in the back came back at 11 to check on it still nothing was done got a call at 3 that it was ready and they never fixed the problem. They lost a customer that day.

I’ve been going here 20 years straight as a loyal member and these guys won’t even take time to answer a question. Just got off the call with a guy who was ready to click the phone. It was a 36 second call. Don’t go here!!

I ordered 4 tires to replace the tires I had because one of the tires I had sustained a flat and so decided to upgrade all the tiresI told the rep at the store that handled my case that I wanted the best of my older tires used for the spare which had been used when the tire blew.Well when I called to pick up the car with tires replaced and an alignment, they had not changed the spare that was in the Transit connect. So they took care of that.Now when i picked up the car the spare was replaced but returned in the back of the van.That tire is normally stored under the car and considering that I am 72 years old. the least that could have been done was to put the tire in its spotI own 2 small businesses and we have a customer rating on Yelp and other sites of 5.0 because we go the extra mile in caring for our customersI just thimk that after spending close to $ 800 bucks for tires and service, that they could have used a little initiative and earned a 10 rating or 5 stars

Called to get 4 tires mounted on 15” trailer rims and they said they don’t do those lol funny they are just like any car wheel and tires keep turning business down!
