Horrible treatment and management. I made an appointment in advance for a flat tire, or, more accurately, I believed I had made an appointment. When I arrived, they informed me that the appointment was requested but not approved. The folks there treat me like I'm insane for talking about something they don't do--what appointment? Where did you make the appointment? On the website? Between them, did you approve any appointments? No, I didn't. - What is the point for an appointment, then? I asked. It felt like a joke to them, and they were dismissive and condescending throughoutly disrespectful. They told me to come back another day, but I replied I couldn't. Then return at 7 p.m., which is the best we can offer, - but wait! first let's go check what the problem is so we don't lose more time. He accompanied me to my car, and when he saw my tire in the trunk, he said, "No, no, no. We can't fix that here. That has no remedies" and he left, leaving me there without providing a proper solution, without offering additional services, and without evaluating the case properly. Zero service will, no business mind, and zero regard for customers. I live nearby; I would've come back for services occasionally. He didn't even try to sell me some new tires or give me a discount or do anything to earn a customer. Well, in the end, I got no service, he got this negative rating.

En diciembre 22 mi esposo llevo el carro al taller a cambiar las gomas de alante del carro y los sensores de las gomas todos funcionaban bien cuando salio de ahi no se le apagaba la luz y chequeamos todas las gomas y el aire estaba bien al otro dia por la mañana yo fui a ver que le pasaba chequearon todas las gomas y era la goma de alante de la parte del chofer me dijeron que no estaba rota que se le habia acabado la bateria que casualidad que antes de subirloen la planta para cambiarle las gomas no lo tenia encendido y cuando salio del taller ya no le funcionaba el censor.ellos trataron de ser amables pero me cobraron 80$ dolares por el censor que no estaba roto cuando llego al taller. Yo no lo Recomiendo

Buen y rapido cambio de aceite, pero sali sin una tuerca de cada una de mis llantas, fui y se lo dije al gerente y me dijo que no tienen camaras y que para que querian las tuercas, bueno yo eso no se lo pude preguntar al empleado porque no lo vi, pero ojo con las tuercas de sus llantas si van por alli.

Compré las 4 gomas, un trato esmerado y quedé conforme hasta que a los pocos días una goma tenia un tornillo clavado y me explican que tenia que comprar otra goma porque no le podían coger el ponche, compré nuevamente otra goma, hoy voy con la misma situación, la diferencia es que este tornillo está mas al centro de la goma y me dicen lo mismo que no le pueden coger el ponche por una regulación de la compañía, mi criterio es que lo considero una falta de respeto y consideración al cliente, cuando las compre me dieron una garantía la cual de nada me ha servido y nunca me explicaron esta situación, todo te lo venden en bandeja de plata pero al final nada tiene que ver e incluso cuando vas a reclamar algo ya el trato no es el mismo. Lo curioso es que en otro taller te cogen el ponche y no pasa nada. SON UNOS TRAMPOSOS Y MENTIROSOS…. Ya veo porque existen tantos criterios negativos, no les recomiendo este taller para nada.

I don't trust the people who work here. I clearly told them please don't joy ride or rev out my car. Yet the proceed do exactly as I instructed them not too. I catch the guy reving it down the back street thinking i was not there. Do not bring your car.

Came in 10 minutes earlier than another customer. That customer came in to buy a new tire just as I needed. I spoke to that Manager 10 minutes earlier but the other customer had their care taken in first. Fixed their tire and was out first before we did. Customer service.... not at this location. They left and I am still here waiting for the car. Avoid this location.

I went to install four new tires and they broke two of the air sensors and they simply told me that it was that we are already broken when before I went the four sensors of the truck were working perfectly marking the air pressure they simply said that they have witnessed of they being broken and they didn’t offer a solution or anything worst place ever don’t waste your money on going there

Bought 2 tires about 3 weeks ago for my SUV. The manager was very helpful to get me some tires that were made this year with a date code. (2024). It took some special ordering and about a week to get them, but he came through. The Customer service manager, Lester, also helped and both of them worked together on the installto make sure it was done Perfectly, with a good balance ❗I will come back next month to get another 2 tires. The manager worked with me on the price as well. Take care of customers, and they will come back .

My invoice states that my service advisor was Lester — I am not sure of it’s accuracy but I worked with the same guy for my entire visit. He was wonderful. I explained my situation about doing a long distance move and he was able to help me identify and prioritize what services I needed to make the move safely and within a reasonable budget. I have always had great experiences with tiresplus and it’s nice to see that hasn’t changed when so much of our economic landscape has. I waited a little longer than I expected but I am also aware of the work and labor these mechanics put into it, so this never bothered me. Plus, he was great to chat with! Update for 7/22/24 I confirmed my guy was Lester. I came back in to get my oil changed and double check everything. Lester remembered me from the previous visit and made sure my car was in good shape to make my 12-hour trip. I am here to say that I made my trip with no issues at all and arrived safely thanks to him and the TiresPlus crew. It’s a bummer I won’t have these guys since moving, but I’m going to look for a local TiresPlus. In all my years using them, I have never once had a bad experience and I have never been treated like an idiot. They take the time to explain and point the importance of having certain work done. Great company!

We bought the 4 tires for my son's car on Sunday morning and on Sunday night one of the tires burst, fortunately my son was going slowly and he is fine. Additionally, they charged us $120 dollars for aligning the car and today when he went to have the tire changed under warranty, they told him that they could not align it due to a problem the car had, however on Sunday they charged him for this service. Please be careful these things should not happen. I feel like they are NOT honest.

I was extremely pleased with my service. Almost everything went well! I would have given a 10 but the only downside was the wait at the service desk. No one was there for at least 7 minutes…my appointment was at 11a….

- Waste of time if you need a patch. - Waited 40 min as one of the first customers for them to circle the nail with chalk, didn’t even check if it pierced the tire - Mechanic who was assigned to work on my car was sitting next to it not doing anything, smoking his cigarette and filling up air for tips - After waiting and seeing multiple people who came after receive service I approached and asked if it’s my turn. And they just responded a dry “No” “Can you do plugs?” “We don’t do plugs?” “ The hole has more than half a inch on each side and should be able to be patched” “Our patches are 2 inch” “Okay” “Looks like a new tire” - They will try to sell you a new tire. Starting with one and then a second one for “even wear” - Total scam artist who would tell you they can’t patch it just so they could sell a new tire and keep the old one to flip later a used. - After going to a Mobil One repair facility, they were able to safely patch my tire, I trusted tire plus for a long time until these shady practices.

Hoy estuve ahí para que me arreglen una llanta llegue a las 1145am pues cuando pasaron dos horas me acerco a preguntar que estaba pasando y me dicen que es lo normal le dije para hacer arreglar una llanta se van a demorar tanto me hubieras avisado y me iba a otro lado es una falta de respeto hacer esperar tanto para una llanta ponchada y solo me decían en media hora, he salido de ese lugar a las 230pm nada profesionales en lo absoluto no lo recomiendo para nada
