You want to talk about great customer service!!! This was the best I have had at Tires Plus. I usually go to the other one and I chose the one close to me. Russ and Layla were the greatest! I had to wait a long time, one of the reasons was an error on my part, but I had a great time and the time flew by. Russ, the Store Manager was working his behind off; he did everything! Thank you!!

It would have been nice if they would have put the spare tire back in it's compartment. It was difficult for me to do as I'm elderly and handicapped. Other than that, GREAT service ❗

The customer service team is great. They will answer all of your question and take time to explain anything that you don't understand. The store is very clean. I have been a customer at this location for several years.

On a Sunday where there was no one waiting, I was still made to wait. One person came to assist me, said they would send someone else to help me and no one came. I left after 5 mins and no one coming over to help me after watching employees standing around.

They are okay but for money charge last time, I'm not satisfied. No repair but still was $105. For all business I've given in past, they were not too helpful. It disappointed me.

So far my experience with other Tiresplus locations was excellent. I came across a nasty experience today My experience with customer service has been horrible at this location . I was all scheduled for a wheel alignment appointment and I thought I was all set I received an email that my appointment was confirmed. Later I get a call from lady who was sounding as if she was doing a free service and says she is all booked . Will never call this location again

I had a good experience with this location. The guys there were knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. The cost was extremely fair. I was in & out within an hour. Will definitely go back for other services

I have had an account here for over 10 years. My son had two flat tires, so I had the vehicle towed to Tires Plus, thinking I still had an account. They closed my account without warning after 3 years of inactivity. I asked if my account was good before I had any work done.

Made appointment here. Told them ac is making rattle noise when on and no cold air. The lady at front said they cannot locate the rattle but they didn’t think it was ac . They think it was engine. Offered to charge my system to get me blowing cool again and I stupidly accepted. They referred me to dealership to get rattle checked. Got vehicle back. No cold air. Waste of $200. Went to johns automotive. They said compressor is bad. Replaced for great price. The fixed the rattle and air now blows cold. Disappointed that tires plus and the technician Russ could not fix such an obvious issue.

Went in to get a patch at Tires Plus. Guy didn’t even look at the tire just the picture I took. Said “that’s not a patch that’s a tire.” I left. Took it to Mavis tire (1 min up the road) and they patched it. The screw wasn’t in the “danger zone” but it was on the cusp. I’m glad there’s still some genuine honest people out there- At Mavis tire ***
