Spoke to Eric on 2/4 who recommended that I replace the struts on my 2004 Honda Element. Tires Plus got my work done on time, did an excellent job, and managed to save me $$$ in the process—$400 less than the dealership!! The vehicle handles and rides like new. Eric went above and beyond and made sure everything was good with my alignment, the steering wheel was straight, etc. Excellent work guys!! Many thank.

Wow! I am so impressed with this place and with ERIC W. I live in Atlanta and my young daughter lives near this Tires Plus. She was having trouble with her transmission and suspecting it was the fluid, I sent her to a competitor. They had said, on the phone, they could help her...but when she got there...they did not. With this Tires Plus closing in ten minutes, I called and spoke with Eric W. and he said to send my daughter over. He checked the fluid and it was bone dry. He sent my daughter to get some fluid across the street and he waited...AFTER HOURS...to help her put it in! He stayed late to help someone in distress and asked nothing. Kindness and customer service!!! Thanks Eric W. and Tires Plus!

Had a lifted SUV aligned and tires balanced after have a full suspension refresh and wheel powder coating and after Robert was done with it it drove perfectly straight and without a single shake. Never had someone do such a great job a lifted vehicle with over sized tires thats 25 years old. Highly recommend.

I stopped by to make an appt and Eric was very helpful in helping me determine what items were priority in a list of needs. I returned only to be greeted with some friendly banter from Terry. Excellent service. I have recommended Tires plus to many people. The mechanics are knowledgeable and thorough. And everyone is friendly and also professional. We have taken our cars here for years and never had a problem. I believe they are the reason my 12 year old car is in excellent condition!

Terry and his crew are top notch. They are professional, with a positive attitude, and greet you with a friendly smile. I have all my cars services at this location. This location has the best employees, but it needs a refresh of the customer waiting area. I would give the location 5 stars, however, the alignment machine is still not updated with 2024 model vehicles for my new SUV. I have also contacted Firestone locations near me and they also do not have the updated software.

Terry and crew are fantastic. My car just wasn't right and I didn't really know what was wrong. Who knew bad brakes and other wheel problems could make you think the transmission was broken! My car now rides like new again and I'm so grateful. They even came to pick me up after work as I didn't have a ride to get my car. I highly recommend this location for your tire/wheel/brake needs!

I have counted on Tires Plus to take care my vehicles for over 25 years. They give you their honest opinion about your options based on your budget. This time I had to learn my lesson the hard way. After Jessie and Chris both told me I needed to replace the front tires, I did not and ended up having to change a tire in the ditch, in the rain. They got me back on the road same day and didn't even say I told you so. Learned my lesson and I recommend Tires Plus to all my friends. It's the best car service center in town.

horrible experience, i brought my brand new car here for a tire patch up a while ago and then they never put the wheel key back, never found out until today i had another hole in my tire and they can’t find my wheel key which they took last time, didn’t bother to put any air in it for me either just told me they can’t do anything about it……. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Awesome customer service. Was taken care of right away. I was from out of town and had blowouts on my trailer. They replaced the tires with a good 8 ply trailer tires for a great cost.

Terry, Joe and the rest of the crew at Tires Plus are professional, knowledgeable, and gave me great service. They told me the tire repair would take about an hour and, sure enough, an hour later I got the phone call that my car was ready. They were very easy to work with and we shared a few laughs when I picked up my car. I highly recommend Tires Plus on Baymeadows and will be going there in the future.

It was very close to closing time when I arrived at the store with a tire that would not hold air pressure. Evidently I ran over a nail on I95 on my way to work when my tire pressure light came on. Thankfully I had a portable air compressor in the trunk. After work my tire was completely flat. I inflated it, but it lost air very quickly. I hobbled my way to Tired Plus on Baymeadows Road. I was asked if I could leave my car overnight, I couldn’t. Joe listened to my problem and he immediately brought my car in to inspect my tire. I had 2 nails, the repairs were made and I was back on the road home. He easily said they could not do the work since it was time for the store to close. I am very thankful to Joe and the Tires Plus staff for taking the extra time to help. I highly recommend them… Thank you Joe and Tires Plus staff!!!!
