I had a scheduled appointment and the service (oil change/rotation) were rather prompt and I must say their technicians are top notch professionals no question about it…HOWEVER as of late like one of the commenters here noted, they have a somewhat sketchy pricing policy which I don’t like…One thing there is NO PRICING LIST for anything! None! I asked their manager why and he said he wasn’t sure. I was in a complete disbelief…May be I’m too dumb or too old. So be forewarned, before getting anything done on your vehicle ask how much is it. Especially if you have a coupon!

Today we had a great experience here! Thank you so much for your work!! We made wheel balance for our Volkswagen touareg 2013 and after wheel alignment for Volkswagen Passat 2012. Everything was done perfectly, on time, I was informed by email and got a call. I saw that workers were pretty busy but still very polite.

Good experience had an oil change and a tire rotation done. It took about 2 hours today with an appointment, which is a little longer than I'd like, but the guys are great.

Unambiguous fraud. They put out $25 off coupons for oil changes but when you show them the coupon after they quote you a price they'll tell you "everyone gets the coupon price so it's already included in the quote". If the coupon doesn't apply to the advertised rate, it's fraud. On top of that they didn't even pull the car into the bay until an hour and a half after the appointment time. EDIT: they also called and said they had a hard time getting the car to crank so it needed a new battery and the cabin a/c filter needed to be replaced. The battery is perfectly fine and i changed that filter myself about 9 months ago, it's just fine too. It seems they suck so bad the only way they get customers is through fraud. I cannot stress enough, go to a different shop.

Have been using Tires Plus for several years to take care of my vehicles. My latest experience was very satisfactory, as they were able to fit me in for an appointment, diagnose the problems with the steering and suspension and repair it all within a few hours! From initial check in to check out, excellent service!

I went there to replace two valves with appointment scheduled. After hour and a half, when I was sure everything is done and ready to go, they told me, they couldn't find anything wrong with my car!!! That should take them 15 min!!! Wasted my time and nothing got done. Terrible service

Unprofessional manager, not easy to talk to, very stubborn, I waited more than hour to get in line and he gave same tire service to people came way after me. Unsure why he is at the customer service desk….

I would give these clowns a zero if I could. Yesterday, I spoke with Ron twice about tires and confirmed the brand and size of the tire. I went to drop my car off for my appointment, and they tried to do the bait and switch on me by giving me tires that weren't discussed. If you value your time and don't want to be screwed over, then don't come here. Thank you for wasting my time! I can now see why this location has such a low rating.

The work (alignment) was completed in a timely manner. The cost seems to be about average of what an alignment cost. Lastly, the location is super convenient.

Told me tie rod was bent causing issues with tires. Wanted me to fix both sides at $1800. $900 for each side. I bought parts elsewhere for much less (over $400 from them, actual part from BMW cost me $104) had BMW certified mechanic install and he told me nothing wrong with the old part, nothing was bent he didn't understand why I wanted it changed out. So I spent money for no reason. Seeing all the reviews here, scams seem to be the norm...they recommend changing parts that do not need to be changed. I'm going to complain to the BBB. So disappointed with them. total crooks.

Took my Honda CR-V to Tires Plus for an oil change and engine filter replacement. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional. They even explained everything clearly before they started working on my car. I'll definitely be back for future service!

Do not go here. Terrible customer service and berating. Trashed my glovebox without permission. Wanted to do oil change with the wrong oil. (Obviously to make more money) Actually made notes on my account that they are not responsible if something happens to the engine. This continued even through the checkout. I finally had enough and grabbed the manual and showed them they were wrong. Did they apologize, not at all. Allison said "Have a nice day and hope you get what's coming to you..." Wow, nice way to talk to a senior citizen...

This place is so crooked. I presented to them with a simple problem of overheating and their advice is to replace the radiator in actuality, I only needed a radiator cap! They wanted close to two thousands. If I had a choice, I would walk in this heat.

After being a loyal customer of Tires Plus in the Harbour Village Plaza for more than 15 years, I had an experience yesterday that has diminished that loyalty, and I will no longer be buying tires there. I was really surprised that they would allow one of their representatives to be in a position dealing with customers that does not appreciate their business, nor seemed to really care at all about being there. I can say it had been a good 15-year experience, and it's sad that they would allow one person to represent their company in such a way, that he's driving away longtime loyal customers. Really disappointed in my last encounter with them, and that is literally the last encounter. There are way too many other tire companies up and down Atlantic Blvd to choose from, rather than be disrespected and unappreciated by a business.

Had a very unpleasant experience with your representative Ron, after being a loyal tires plus customer for 15 years I will no longer be buying tires from you. I was very surprised and disappointed from what I experienced, and I am going to be sharing my experience.
