PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! Where do I even begin? Last year, my pregnant wife with our 3 year old went to this store as we had an emergency and needed 1 tire replaced. The tire was beginning to separate and we needed 1 replacement. Not only did they upsell her on getting all 4 tires replaced, but they also claimed that the brakes needed to be replaced and were “unsafe” to drive on… My wife being a good mother and caring about the safety of our children agreed, even though the brakes were fine. The brakes that were “new” were installed and the tires were replaced. Immediately I noticed that the lug nuts that were originally on my Jeep were replaced with rusted bolts. Additionally, the “new” breaks squealed. I also noticed that my antilock lug nut key way damaged to the extent that it can no longer be used. I took my jeep into the dealership where they were concerned that the “new tires” showed signs of dry rot. The “new” breaks appeared to have paint on them or some corrosive material and they recommended them to be replaced. Additionally, the antilock lug nuts appeared to be put on with an impact drill/driver and broke 2 of their master keys. They advised the only way to remove these is to break the lug nuts and would cost $700 in labor. I returned to this store as the tires are under warranty as well as the brakes… The Manager stated that the tires dry rot “wasn’t that bad and couldn’t write the report to support replacing them under the warranty”. They could not remove the tires either as they broke the key and advised me to get another… Moral of the story, don’t trust these people. They are slimy and will lie to you. They will take advantage of you and leave you stranded.

Got a tire patched pretty darn quick, even on a Sunday. They even let me keep the object from my tire. I brought it home and showed my wife! She wasn't very impressed.

The guys at Tires Plus Bartram Park are the best. I have always felt welcome at this location. The customer service is excellent. I have worked with several different representatives for service and they all have been stellar. I trust these guys and have never felt taken advantage of. I will take my truck to Tires Plus before I go to the dealership. Thank you

They changed the pricing on an oil change after the service. Tried to charge me additional $25.00 for 1 qt of oil as my car requires 6 qts, also tried to charge me an additional $15.00 for the oil filter. When I confronted with my concern, they held my keys and made me wait for the general manager to come back from lunch, almost an additional hour. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair facility. Needless to say, I would never use Tires Plus again.

My only visit was last Wednesday, September 11, I went to have my car aligned, then they told me that a tire was not working so I proceeded to change it. They gave me my car without a battery because they activated the alarm system and affected the body control, which I had to fix on my own at a cost of 600 dollars. They gave me back the car as if nothing had happened and when I went because my car would not start, they told me that they could check it with an additional cost and that the mechanics were not even in the facility and that they could not fix it, but I am sure that they even worked on the electrical installation and completely reversed my car and it said system verification, I do not understand why the place closes at 7 pm, terrible service, I do not recommend it because you go with a problem and they cause you 10

Very dissatisfied with the level of service I received and the price for a flat repair. When I called on Saturday to make the appointment I covered everything to be done. A tire rotation, check the tires balance, alignment check and flat repair. When I arrived for my appointment I covered again what I wanted done and asked if the lifetime balance, rotation and alignment showed up on my account and the man said yes they did. He never once acknowledged what work was to be done and just asked for the key. I have had other service done in the past and the tech's have walked out to the car and checked mileage and made notes and come back inside. When I picked up the car I asked what position the flat repair moved to and was told still left front. I asked why the rotation didn't happen and just received a dumb look and a hesitant offer to pull the car back in and do it. By now it is 1.45 hour later and I needed to go so passed on waiting longer. The charges for flat repair are ridiculous.

A simple tire patch was all I needed ... dropped at 6 .. wasn't pulled into even look at tip 5:45 pm. Overbooked...poor communication .. I had to keep calling to check on my car... would not recommend this place . We're tinkering under my hood (didn't ask for that) checked all my tires..(didn't ask for that) even forgot to do my lifetime alignment (I did ask for that -twice) if you love your car do not bring it here ... nope

Absolutely stay away! I had my oil change a little more than 30 days ago. The light shows low on oil. I spent money and paid Audi to run a test and see if there is a leak or any issues. There were no issues. Audi advised I probably needed to go back and have them fill in the right amount. I came back here and explained everything and the Hispanic guy (not sure what his name is) was trying to have me pay for another oil change and oil consumption test and very argumentative. It’s sad that no one wants to own up to any mistakes they possibly could have made. Stay away. Take your car to another place!

I was in a panic, out of town visiting my family when my rear brakes failed to the point of not being able to get home to S. Fl. Tires Plus Bartram was referred to me by my Tires Plus and Juan went above and beyond to get me repaired, my extended warranty approved and me on the road home by 6pm that night! The Best!

Walked in on 07/19 for an alignment after getting new tires on my vehicle. Called prior to walking in and was quoted $140. When I got there they quoted me $220. Had to get my father involved who came in earlier the same day for the exact same service. Still only ended up paying $140, but only after arguing with the man who was servicing me. It’s very upsetting that I was about to be taken advantage of had I not said anything. Do better.

This store has earned a lifetime of my business. Amit was great, he was honest and kind. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all in a respectful and professional way. He did not try to sell me on tires or a service, he was transparent and inspected my tires right in front of me and was able to provide some education on tires during the process. Best believe when I need new tires, I will be calling him.

I was overcharged an oil change for additional oil. The volume of oil I was charged for exceeds the capacity of the vehicle for what is recorded in the owners manual and online.
