I like going to this location. It is not really close to my house (there are 3 others that are closer) but, I like the service at this location Tony and the rest of the gang do an awesome job. I specifically came to this location to buy my new tires--I did not even shop around.

I wish I would have read the reviews because there seems to be a common trend, they break more than they fix, I brought my vehicle in and they scratched all 4 rims and denied that they did(of course) I’m disappointed in the service provided they are not ones to take any blame they put it right back on the customer if it could be a 0 star it would be, customers beware

When I have major issues with my vehicle, Tony always shows me what is going on and what is required to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. That is why I continue to go back to Tires Plus in Mandarin. I have also referred friends and their family members also get service there.

****Bad service**** black friday went in for TPMS reprogramming and they suggested four new valve stems. I just scanned 2 on the driver side and they registered (i was using an amazon special scan tool) I didn't have time argue so i said replace them. I week later my wife got a nail In the l/s tire. That's when i noticed the tpms was backwards: left rear reading right rear vice versa. Brought the car back to fix the flat and reprogram tpms. When they called thy tried to sell 4 tires, wtf. I said no just add air and fix the tpms. Got my car and fixed the leak and guess what??!!!! The tpms is still backwards, wtf and now their closed.

I had an appointment to check out a slow leak in my tire that had been repaired with a new valve stem a couple of months ago. I was called to the counter 30 minutes later and given a bill for $32.24 for a tire patch. I think I should of been given a heads up before the fix. I didn't see any nail in my tire when I inspected it the day before. They weren't busy to give me that consideration. Disappointed to say the least.

On my last oil change mechanic broke my oil plug by putting in a non OEM plug on my 2 year old Toyota 4 runner. They did not inform me a non OEM part was used. Because it was a non OEM oil plug they cracked my bottom oil pan when inserting it and cost me $650 in damages to repair.

Tony and Mike are always super helpful and knowledgeable, that is the reason our company and our family use Tires Plus. If him and Mike were not there we wouldn't be either!

Chip resolved a tire issue for me that 8 visits to the Dodge dealership didn't. They were extremely professional and were very quick, I was in and out in less than an hour.

I came in for an oil change and discovered that I needed 4 new tires as well as a few filters. Chip and Mike were great and worked with me to find tires that I could afford. The appointment lasted longer than I anticipated, but I am pleased with the outcome. This is an honest shop and I feel that they treated me fairly.

Customer Service/Professionalism by Chip was 5 Star. I had a flat tire, didn’t want to deal with the hassle of getting my vehicle to the dealership and Tires Plus was close by. Chip was friendly and coordinated ‘run-flat’ tire delivery to his location quickly/efficiently. I paid for 4 tires to be changed and was told that a $120 alignment was necessary when changing tires. As soon as I pull off the lot the vehicle pulled to the left. Ironically, a check engine light illuminated so I scheduled an appointment with the Infiniti dealership. They showed me the alignment diagnostics indicating the alignment was completely jacked up and stated that it’s highly unlikely that Tires Plus even has the equipment to perform the alignment on an Infiniti Q50 AWD. Needless to say I had to get another alignment and now my vehicle doesn’t pull to the left. I don’t want to ruin any business for the company, considering this could be a ‘one off’ but I also want customers to be cautious.

Tire low on air. Expected have to replace it, but they were able to repair it and NO CHARGE due to having their credit card!!! Great treatment.

Chip the store manager at my location is fabulous! He took time with me several times on phone calls and in person to finally get to my final decision on my new tires for my F150. He is what makes me to keep coming back again and again to Tires Plus for my business. He has fantastic customer service focus and I truly appreciate it!

I had a tire issue, on a holiday, and Tires Plus easily accommodated me and had everything repaired and ready to go before its early closing time (due to Labor Day). I also received an estimate and information on discounts associated with repair of another potential issue with the vehicle

ZERO STARS!!! THIS BUSINESS IS SICKENING!!!! I can’t believe how they rip your cars bumper off TWICE!!!! They are the worst. So disgusting how they treat women. So disgusting how they treat their customers. I hope Tires Plus becomes extinct. They won’t tell you what’s wrong with your tire….oh probably because it’s just the stem but they will push for you to pay 500 for 3 tires. TIRES PLUS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE. And they never paid for any damages!!!! DISGUSTING

They treated me and my car great! The facility was clean and overall the service was fast considering it was packed on a Sunday morning. They were able to save my tire that had a roofing nail in it. Thank you Tires Plus crew! New visit- new flat! Careful driving around Jville! I'm apparently picking up all bolts laying around the streets of this county. And Tires Plus is getting all my business! They do great work! The guys and Tony work great together to get the job done and done quick- and right! Thanks again! Let's see how long it takes before I hit another big bolt!

The gentlemen at Tires Plus were extremely helpful and as efficient as they could possibly be. They were able to get my car in for a tire inspection, even though I didn’t have an appointment, relatively quickly. They were able to diagnosis and fix the problem in less than an hour and a half. They had the specific replacement tire in stock so it was quickly installed and we left feeling safe on the road again!

Scheduled my appointment in advance to have car tires replaced and alignment done. Even while busy they took time and explained to me how and why my tires were wearing out faster than normal by pointing out some wear parts that needed to be replaced. Thanks for the great service fellas.

I have been using this location for a few years and I always see the same faces. Always super friendly and helpful. I love that when they tell you how much it is going to be, it is right at that amount when you check out. No surprises. Always quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend these guys.

It's a excellent Tire's Plus. They are truly better than most. I do believe that this store is consistently honest. They bent over backwards helping me with a dealership's service department. Knowing I would have to get the work done elsewhere they still went out of their way to provide excellent service. Storing my vehicle for a day while recommending another automotive repair company when the Jeep dealership would not help me. 5 Star rating!
