I needed all four tires replaced after heavy snowfall. Tires Plus got me in and out on a Sunday, replacing all of my tires and my battery, and did an oil change. First time coming here and I’m pleased and grateful for their flexibility on short notice. Friendly and knowledgeable staff answered my questions.

Originally made an appointment for new tires. Before my appointment, my vehicle began having battery issues, and AAA mishandled my battery calls. I called Tires Plus, and they confirmed they do battery testing, so I used my last AAA call to tow my vehicle to Tires Plus for the appointment. Come to find out, I did need a new battery, as I suspected. My vehicle is one with the battery in the trunk, which may have contributed to the AAA respondent's decision not to properly test it *either* of the two times he was called out. Regardless, Tires Plus replaced my tires, *and* my battery, and got me back on the road safe! They also went out of their way to go to bat for me with their own financing company when I had an issue paying with my Tires Plus credit card. I could not recommend them more!

Unsatisfied took my vehicle in for a coolant flush and checked it when I got home and the coolant is dirtier then when I brought it in. I had called them to let them know the situation and they said" on a flush it doesn't get everything" which I get so what's the point of a flush if the system doesn't basically get cleaned out. but I wouldn't expect black coolent. Confirms why I stop bringing vehicles to shops any more over charge for bad work!

I have had a few different vehicles in for service through the past 4 yrs at 621 W Central Entrance Store # 24408 Duluth, MN 55811. The whole Team there have always been extremely kind & wonderful! *Today Max helped me with something simple but it was a Hugh Thank you from me to him. He was very kind & understanding due to my arm fracture. *I would recommend anyone that needs help with major or even minor repair or just quick "fixes" to visit this particular Tires Plus. They are always so friendly & helpful & honest! Thank you again. Donna

It was easy to schedule an alignment and tire balance with one phone call. Scheduling on-line didn't work in the past. I was called and asked what service I wanted done. It was an alignment on a different car. The on-line system wasn't accurate as far as when the local shop actually had an opening. But, once my car was scheduled, the service was done well. No more pull and bounce from the front end. My only issue is the 10% charge for shops supplies. For alignment on a truck and 4-wheel balance there was an $18 shop supplies charge. Even if an entire can of brake cleaner was used and a few wheel weights were installed, it's hard to believe it was $18. Not the end of the world, just irritating to me.

Paul is without a doubt the most honest person i have ever dealt with in auto service. I dropped off my truck for an oil change and headed out to an appt. I told Paul anything the inspection indicated I needed, he had my permission to do. Because I trust him and his technicians. I can honestly say I would NEVER give that permission to any other auto service center. This store is the best I have ever worked with. Great job !

We called for an appointment but they said if we could drop off they would do their best to squeeze us in. To our surprise they had the suv in fairly quick. With the complimentary service they found extras that needed attention and were able to make the repairs promptly.

The personnel are always helpful and go the extra mile for courtesy checks. Very honest and don't change something because they can. Pricing of services is fantastic.

I needed 4 tires replaced due to one bad one on my SUV and needed to travel in 2 days. The dealership where I had bought them gave me the run around and couldn't help me. Tires Plus gave me a price I could work with and got the job done so I could meet my obligations in the cites. I received exceptional customer service from Jeremy Cullen. Instead of we can't help you he said "let me see what we can do"; and he did. I will be forever grateful for his help and Tires Plus who got me back on the road and to my family.

It was 5 minutes before close on a Sunday and my tire pressure alert was showing up prior to a long drive ahead. Best help ever! They took time to check tires and diagnosed one of the battery sensors was dead so falsely alarming the tire pressure. Thank you for your help so close to closing time. Highly recommend this store! Great service!

Horrible company, if your vehicle is damaged by Tires Plus they will not do the right thing. In fact, they will dodge you as much as possible and then place the blame on you. I would not recommend Tires Plus to anyone and everyone I know will be going anywhere else in the future. They do not believe in the work they do.

I will never get service at Tires Plus again. They don't even deserve one star. They damaged the hood of my car while it was in their care and they are refusing to take responsibility because I didn't notice until after I had left their parking lot. The car was parked toward a curb upward when I left their store, in a way that I couldn't see the damage unless I was actively looking for something. I immediately reported the damage first thing the next morning. They caused $2700 damage in bodywork repairs. The manager, Paul Doyle, would not contact me after getting the estimate for repair. I called and stopped in, but he was always "out of office". My claim was then denied by their Customer Service department. I left a message with the President and he didn't call me back either. The front desk at Tires Plus told me they have no surveillance cameras. So, it seems it is my word against their word. It is their duty to return my car to me in the same or better condition than when I dropped it off. Now, I have to file a claim with my insurance company, pay my $500 deductible, and have my rates increase due to an issue they caused. They also quoted me for future repairs (before I saw the damage), and it was very over-priced. I got a second opinion from Auto Medics and it came in at $1000 cheaper. Inspect your car for damage before pulling off their lot, or you will have to clean up for their mistakes!

Staff are always incredibly friendly here. They took a look at my car and told me what was wrong. Showed me what the issue was too. Then recommended to go elsewhere to get it fixed they didn’t want to over charge me for a fix that could be done cheaper and more effectively elsewhere. They also comped the inspection charge. I always have a great experience when bringing my car here.

Ordered tires here about a week in advance, got to the appointment, was told the tires could not be ordered, and was told the best they could do was install tires that totaled $140 more than what I was quoted! Will never come back here!

Contradicting information from the team at Tires Plus. One representative states a tire is good,another states it's bad. Who can you trust? If you're looking for a consulton tire quality, dont ask them.

Sammy was super nice to work with and very knowledgable. Also, my tires were done and I was on my way just an hour after my appointment started. Other locations, Ive waited 2-4 hours for the same service. I have yet to be disappointed at this location and will continue bring my vehiles here for tires!

Show up 20 mins before they closed to have them fix a tire. Manager said our spare should be fine when we have a 4 hour drive. The reason they couldn't help was because he sent home all the employees. If you're open till a time work till that time!!

Staff at your Duluth store are batting 1000, always a satisfying experience to get car care with them. Jeremy was so accommodating - able to get an oil change and set a new tires installed on a Saturday, though also called me about the status of our brakes. They were able to add that four-wheel brake service on the same-day basis. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, and helpfulness of these guys!

I keep getting small town mom & pop customer service interactions at various automotive related chain stores throughout the twin ports, and it’s definitely a highlight of living in Duluth. This Tires Plus is profesional and friendly. Shout out to Jeremy who on multiple occasions has been a straight shooter about my car and its options.
