Tire Plus is amazing! Had a problem with a tire and they were able to fix it on the same day I called--that is amazing! It was quick. The people are nice and wonderful. I love their service. I love this store. It is amazing. They are the best. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. The free battery test is probably the greatest bonus service ever created. Because it gives you a general idea of when you might need to service the battery and I love that.

Worse place ever I spent money for them to look at my tire paid them they said they fixed the issue next day it's completely flat again called another tire shop they told me to not take there care there because I'm not the first customer they have caused issues with im going back tomorrow if I have to pay more I will definitely have it documented and talked to an attorney about that

If there was a zero (0) option that is what they would get. I've done literally thousands of dollars of business at this location only to get jerked around by their unqualified help. Call to get price on new tires and when you go to pick it up the price changes. Very rude store... If you do business with tires + then do yourselves a favor and take your business to Nebraska. Trust me... ps: they ruined the lug nuts on the front of my truck, all their fault now 88$ later I'm out all the lug nuts tires + in cb iowa ruined.. S T A Y. A W A Y

went to get my tire fixed. small hole that caused the tire to popped, the hole that caused my tire to be flat was ontop of the wheel, which is repairable and was inspected by other tire shops saying it was repairable and was fixed no more than $45. went to tire plus to get my wheel fixed n was told $200 for a "new" but similar tire. went to omaha n got it fixed for $45-55. dont come here such a scam, omaha got better prices and wheels that are not used. i hope this helps. and they destroyed my car key chain, never ever going here again.

The tire tech Braxton Walker went above and beyond along with Sergio the man in charge. They seemed to be having fun at work and doing a great job. The effort and communication from that young man Braxton is what more shops need.

UPDATE- 1.15 I returned by 8 am, calling ahead of time speaking with Shawn the day manager to make sure he was aware of my situation from the night prior he was aware and would get my situation handled the minute I arrived. I arrived at 8 am, he and an employee both made sure my tire was torqued and safe to drive! He was very apologetic and handed me a full refund, along with 2 free oil changes to be used at any time. I thanked and let him know I was grateful for them doing the right thing. Should I go back? We all have bad days, they were always pleasant to me while at their store, with that said, should we not allow 2nd chances? I think we should! I made a 4pm appointment this morning at 9am to have my right passenger tire checked for a possible leak - not holding air. I was not approached again until 5:10pm by Sergio- the manager that checked me in and told me at 410, my car is next had left at 5. This place has obvious management (upper) deficiencies- since I was there for 2 hours Segio was given a hard time by 2 other customers not happy about wait time and actual service repairs. Sergio did his best to keep all parties calm and happy; however being in management myself know he was left with a SS to deal with - on his day off!! He was called due to the lack of help. He did let me now that there was a “new” employee training and this is the reason for the slow service. He need to be sure he is doing he job safely. I understand everyone needs trained, but I went in For a slow tire leak and should not have been there 2 hours.🤬 There should be someone managing the shop employees and the time they are taking to complete repairs. Once I was finally ready to check out , I let Sergio know this was not his fault, and I was sorry he had to deal with these issues. It’s not over,……once I was home Sergio called to see if I could come back, my car was not safe to drive and the tire needed to be torqued one more time, it may fall off 😳WHAT!? I let him know I would be there by 8, and am expecting not to wait and to be take care of immediately. I gave 2 stars ⭐️ instead of one due to Sergio making the best out of a negative situation. We will see how tomorrow goes - fingers crossed 🤞🏼

I was super impressed with calling on a Saturday and they had the size I needed and was able to get in and get them put on. That deserves a 5 star but after using my credit card here I now have to report my card as it has been compromised and used on-line. Trying to get the information to the management team the techs at the store are rude and disrespectful. Just unbelievable.

I went in to have a leaky tire fixed and Sergio was fun and friendly especially with a couple of details that needed to be taken care of. He was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done without talking down to me, which I really appreciated.

On Monday, I got an entire new set of tires at this location! Sergio and Phil were doing their absolute best considering a technician had called in. The work ethic I witness and customer service I receive is why I choose to do business with them! Thank you!

We stopped in here cause we had a flat tire while traveling,they were great with letting us come in short notice!but the one guy jacked up the car under the door/plastic 🤔which could probably have been prevented

Bought a warranty on the alignment of my vehicle. I put new tires on a different tire shop and decided I needed a alignment done by the way it was wearing on the old tires I brought my vehicle down to tires Plus and they refused to do the alignment unless I paid another $2,600 for parts that it did not need I would not recommend this store to anybody.

Had my vehicle inspected prior to a trip. Was told that everything checked out, tires and fluids were all good to go. Mid-way through the trip my engine light turns on and after I get it diagnosed at a local mechanic, I was told that the fluids in my vehicle were overflowing and that there were "Metal Shavings" in one of the cylinders of my engine. Its odd to me that the local mechanic was able to catch this, but Tires Plus was not able to. Either they are incompetent or never actually looked.

Tires Plus on Broadway here in council Bluffs gladly able to get me an appointment after work on Saturday. Hardly anyone around town was able to do that, and they went way above and beyond my expectations. Friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality, thorough and efficient. Even threw in an air filter for free!

While waiting for a tire repair, I was very impressed with the front counter guy, he was honest, upfront and fair about explaining a low coolant situation with a vehicle, the possible results but not trying to oversell parts or being dishonest with the person. I look at some of these poor reviews, where does it say that the customer is always right, these places are understaffed, everyone is in a hurry, being rude and selfish doesn’t get you better service

Had a wonderful experience with these guys. Quoted my husband an hour and a half, they had my new tire on and had it paid for in less than 20 min. I was very impressed. The gentleman at the counter helping me was very friendly.

Sister brought her car here for them to change the wrong sets of tires (she needed the rear & they did the front). Brought it back to get the right tires changed and got a "free oil change" coupon. Didn't check any fluids and had to add coolant, power steering, and windshield fluids. They'll say they checked everything but in fact, do not.
