Very clean establishment. Workers were professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Derrick Brown and Dominique Grier helped assist me with getting seen and serviced in a timely fashion. Emmanuel Curry made sure everything was verified and correct. I truly appreciate their help.

Tires Plus in Cascade!! I’ve been in Atlanta for almost 3 yrs!! And I’ve used several Tired Plus.. But This one is THE BEST !!! Everyone that worked tonight was Nice, courteous, informative and Professional and they did the job RIGHT!! God Bless Yall!!!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! First, my wife made an appointment for 7:00am. She arrived at 7. I have not used this location is over a year because of the poor customer service. Today I was told a directional tire was mounted in the wrong direction. The tires were purchased at Tires Plus on Thornton Rd. The Cascade location told me they would charge me $27 to correct a problem that Tires Plus created. They also recommended a full diagnostic check on the car because "It rode funny from the parking lot to the bay." This is the second time they have attempted to nickel and dime me. The other time was I asked for a brake check that they charged me for and did not find anything. The problem was not addressed. So I had to take it back a second time in which they charged me again for checking the brakes on the same car. The Thornton Rd location has much better customer service without attempting to nickel and dime customers.

I came today 1-22-25 and had the pleasure of dealing with Derrick and Emanuel(Emmanuel) damn spell check. But came into Tires Plus on Cascade road for a wheel alignment. Not only was it done fast but I had a tire that I had just bought from a tire shop on Martin Luther king drive that day and it blew out as the tire plus technician was bringing it out for us to get into it. Emmanuel the manager gave us a new tire free of charge. They are truly some stand up men! We are traveling tomorrow so we would’ve been stuck looking crazy if it was a blow out on the highway somewhere. So thank you to those men!! I will most definitely recommend any and everybody to them. They got my business for all my car needs from here on out!

I went to the Cascade location Thursday before the snow to get an alignment. Just like Courtney Teague's review from two months ago, they unlocked the door and turned their back to go back to the counter. How hard is it to open the door for your customers that were standing in the cold and welcome them to your shop. This set the tone for my experience, but I was definitely hopeful. It took 30 minutes to pull my car into the bay, and I was the first person there, and I had a 7 am appointment. The guy tinkered with my car for a few minutes and drove it out. They hate it when you have the lifetime alignment service. I went home and parked my car because it pulled to the left during the drive home (3.2 miles). I took it to a Firestone on Sunday. The first time driving it since the "alignment." The red shows my alignment after visiting Tire Plus Cascade and when I got to Firestone. It was all green after the Firestone tech worked on it. Tires Plus, please give every customer the before-and-after alignment printout and show it to them before you do the work. It will help build trust and not continue to give sketchy automotive shop vibes. When you unlock the door in the morning, and you have customers at the door; open it for them. Tell them good morning welcome to Tires Plus.

Eric and Derrick took amazing care of me! Another sister location 20 miles away stripped my lug putting on a spare tire and left me with a spare that couldn’t come off. Brought my car in and with a little elbow grease, things were fixed in ALOT less time and effort than anticipated. Thank you gentlemen, I will be back!

Had an oil change where at the end of it, the oil light came on. I’m pretty consistent with my oil changes and never had seen this until then. Was told that if it persisted, bring it back the following Monday. Now they’ve told me it’s a faulty sensor that couldn’t have been damaged during the oil change and I’ll have to choose between paying to fix it, and the oil light coming on and off while constantly beeping. I can accept mistakes but lack of accountability is frustrating and now I’m stuck with the problem.

I had an exceptional experience at your Cascade Tires Plus yesterday! I stopped in to order new tires, assuming it would take a few days for them to arrive. To my surprise, Eric informed me they could be delivered within the hour! 🤯 He even called to confirm I was on my way back for the installation—talk about going the extra mile! The team took my car immediately, and I was in and out in no time. The speed and outstanding customer service I received from Eric and everyone was truly impressive. You've definitely earned a loyal customer! I'll be back for regular tire rotations and balancing. 👍

Yesterday, I went to Tire Plus to replace a run flat. This tire that is not kept in stock, so I called the day before to get it ordered and it was delivered after noon yesterday. Derrick greeted me upon my arrival, and printed my work order. He was very pleasant and professional. I was planned to spending time there, so I brought my laptop to do some work. To my surprise, my tire was repaired within an hour. Run flats are usually $400+. I had prepared to pay for it. Eric asked me if the replaced tire was theirs. It was and Eric made some adjustments to my bill. I walked with a $76 total. These guys blessed me with a very Merry Christmas! Thanks Derrick and Eric!!!!

Brake lights went out. I had been pulled over for it unknowingly the night before. Brought my car here the next morning and explained that they were only working when my headlights were off. Despite awful communication and customer service, I was glad to receive my car in what i thought was back in driving condition. I checked my brake lights when I got home. My left brake light is still out. They had my car for two days. Just bring your vehicle somewhere else that respects good business and takes pride in completing the job. I am exactly back where I started only with less money now.

Customer service was lacking. Stood awaited never even acknowledged with a "I will be with you in a min." Sale was not a sale and, of course, tried to sell us higher priced tires (even though we had the exact tires on vehicle that we were trying to buy).

Extremely Overpriced Repair. Workers' attitudes could definately use improvements. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed a ding that was definately not there when I dtopped it off. Overall would DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Major rippoff. Got my car back quickly though...I guess because others avoid this place.

I was traveling through atlanta when my tire pressure light came on. Tried multiple gas stations with no luck of an air pump. Called this location and they added air for no charge! Very kind employees.

On 11/12/24 at 7:00 am ET, I went to Tires Plus at 3735 Cascade Rd, Atlanta, GA 30331. Emmanuel unlocked the door and turned his back for us. He did not greet any of us, but I actually initiated the greeting. I went to get my car serviced for oil change and steering & suspension repair, as he recommended earlier this year. Emmanuel (the same service advisor) said, "They" recommended the wrong parts and updated the parts for today's totally different service from HIS initial recommendation. When it was time to digitally sign the document to provide permission to service the car, I told him that the script on the digital screen said I reviewed the estimate. I did not review the estimate and told him I did not agree to complete my signature because he did not review the estimate with me. He turned the signature pad around and selected accept himself; afterward, he told me the estimate. I left my car but then I called another Tires Plus location and learned that he quoted me for generic parts. He did not even inform me of the part options. As a woman, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. KINDNESS DOES NOT COST A THING.

I'm convinced that these workers are told to scam as many customers as possible. I went in for brake pads and first I was told that the brake inspection was $21. I advised that I had a coupon for a free brake inspection that lists all these items that is included and the service guy told me that the free inspection wouldn't be a full inspection because the service person would leave the tire on the car. He did offers the brake inspection for $10 were the full inspection would be done. But then I watched the service person perform the brake inspection with the tire still on the car. They go on to quote me a price of $1,057 for BRAKES!!! Insisting that I need pads and roters. This company is just preying on customers who are in vulnerable positions. A brake repair has never been anywhere near this amount in my lifetime. And by the way, my car didn't need roters and how could you properly inspect roters without taking the tire off anyway.

It seems as though this place does not respect single women from my experience as well as other reviews. I came into the shop right when it opened to have one tire replaced. There was no one else there and I was told it shouldn’t take long at all. So, I took a seat and planned to be able to get to work by 10. After 2 hours of waiting, I went to the desk to get an update and was told that it would be ready soon. I walked across to CFA and came back after 30 minutes to my car still not ready after requesting ONE TIRE to be changed. I took a seat again and expected to be called up soon. After a few minutes, it was obvious no progress was happening with my car so i went back up to the desk and asked why I have been waiting 2.5 hours for a single tire change when I was the first person in the store that day. It was then that the guy up front went to the back and gave me some BS story about not getting the paperwork back from the guys who did the work. So my car was done and I had been sitting and waiting for absolutely no reason for who knows how long & if i hadn’t been confrontational I probably still would have been waiting. Ridiculous especially when he was the one who told me it would take less than an hour for the service when I arrived at 7AM when I told him I had other places to be later in the morning. The actual maintenance performed was excellent but the lack of organization and respect for customers that this store has is a problem

Its best to only go here for tires. I went for AC repair and they did everything except fix the AC. Even the repairs they did cost me $600 even though it wasn't what I brought my car in for. They had my car for over a week. Also they left my doors completely unlocked while outside unattended for who knows how long. When I arrived to pick my car up I opened my doors like anyone else could have just walking by. Unfortunately this is my last time allowing them to work on my car. The business called me after seeing my review to try to actually fix the initial issue but why would I trust a business that failed the first time and charged me for things I didn't bring the car in for.

There is no point in making an appointment. They did not take my car until an hour and a half after my appointment time and took 2 people before me who got here after me and I got here 30 minutes before my appointment time. The guy at the counter seemed rude and standoffish as if he did not care. A lot of time wasted.

These folks are unbelievable...and not in a good way. My wife had one of our cars towed there. She only authorized a diagnostic test. Well, they got their customers mixed up & did all the work. They were told to "unfix it," & put the original parts back on the vehicle. According to the goofy dude there, the parts were already gone. They thought we were going to pay $2000 for unauthorized work...and then THOUGHT they were going to keep the car. NOOOT! The locksmith came & cut my key. They called the police on us...the same police that had just left after we called them...only to have them say the same thing that was said by the first officer. They couldn't make them give us the car...and they couldn't stop us from leaving w/ it...except this time, 3 cop cars showed up. EMBARASSING & TRAUMATIC!!! They threatened to see us in civil court. We'll , GLADLY, see them there.

Went to the location on Cascade Rd. After walking in, no greeting. I said I was there to get an alignment for my car. The next question was “how do you know you only need an alignment?” The guy walked out and look at the car. I knew the rear tires may need to be replaced but the two on front and fairly new and in pretty good condition However he said they would not do an alignment work UNLESS I purchase FOUR new tires. This is ridiculous!!! I went to another location who performed the job, confirm that only one tire needed to be replaced and without them pushing it I got two new tires. The employees at the first location in Cascade Rd act like they don’t want you to come there.

Service was quickly appointed and the customer service was excellent. They even did a courtesy check which I was grateful for because they changed my cabin air filter. Clean waiting area and so was the parking lot area.

Would not recommend to anyone unless you just want tires. Took the car there for AC service, they told me they had a tech that could find the problem. After 5 days all they did was guess and start replacing parts. Was out $700 and they didn't fix the issue. When we went to pick the car up another lady was in there complaining about her service. This isn't the first time this location screwed me over but it will be the last. Would not recommend.
