I went in for a simple tire swap on a wheel. I requested that they be careful with the wheel explicitly asking them not to scratch it. Tire is replaced and the wheel has a giant gash in the paint. They offered to fix the wheel. I take the car to have the donut put on the next day. There were some hiccups along the way, but the owner did speak with me and was apologetic. They fixed the wheel to better than new condition with the requested tire. They were prompted and communicated the timeline to me in a prompt manner. They have some room for improvement but I will try again in the future.

I’ve been here a few times to have my tires looked at/replaced and each time the service is exceptional. The staff is great and my car is taken care of quickly and efficiently!

Stopped in and had the pleasure of talking with Justin, about some tires. He was pleasantly helpful & very courteous, got me fixed up & on my way fairly quick. Much appreciated & would absolutely recommend that anyone needing great quality at very reasonable pricing, go see them & ask for Justin

Very friendly and quickly changed all my tires for my jeep. They speak Spanish and English !

DO NOT use their service! They took hours to complete an assignment when they told us it was going to be fast. They charged us the first time, and later on came back to charge an additional amount because they made a mistake on the size. They are so unprofessional, employees were touching each other inappropriately in front of customers. I will never come back here again, nor recommend the place, they do not deserve my business.

This place is a joke at first they where all about the customer I've bought 5 sets of tires for my trucks and cars and the last one was a truck that is a memorium of my mom, I bought some tires and they gave me one that is smaller in other words not the same size tire since December of 2023 when I noticed it the next week (cause the truck stays in storage) I went back to show them they said that they would make it right but if I could wait 3 to 4 weeks cause supposedly they ran out of that tire size and if I could wait on them till the next shipment of tires came in and I said no problem cause I don't really drive that truck cause it was my mom's so it stays put away through the months of shipments coming in my size tire supposedly never shows up been patiently waiting for 7 months and now there saying that it's my problem but if I pay for another tire they would get it the set coast me 1,100 to begin with but now there telling me that I have to pay for there mess up how does this make sense

They went above and beyond. City tire told me it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could get me a tire and nobody else around there would have the tire I needed. Not only did Tire's Home have the brand i wanted, they had several brands at a variety of price ranges.... Be smart and make them your first call when looking for tires!!

had such a great experience here! stopped by to get a tire patched. they immediately took it back. we were out in 30 minutes. staff was very kind and facility was really nice. highly recommend
