My recent experience at this establishment left me rather disappointed. I arrived and parked in front of their business for 15 minutes before their official opening time. It was evident that the office lights were on, and the garage door was open, with two men working on cars inside. Patiently, I awaited their acknowledgment, expecting them to approach my vehicle to inquire about the services I needed once they officially opened at 8 am. However, to my surprise, no one approached me even after several minutes had passed 8am. Feeling neglected, I decided to drive away and subsequently called the business to express my concerns. Unfortunately, instead of receiving an apology, the clerk advised me to come inside the office, which was a departure from the customary practice I have encountered at other tire shops throughout my life, where staff typically approach customers at their vehicles to inquire about their needs. The lack of a proactive approach to customer service left me quite taken aback, and I believe it would be beneficial for this establishment to consider implementing a sign indicating that customers should come inside for service, should this be their preferred method of interaction. In contrast, I visited another tire shop down the street, where a gentleman promptly approached my vehicle and provided a courteous response, assuring me that they would attend to my needs. This demonstrated a clear commitment to excellent customer service. This was my second visit to this particular shop, as I had initially chosen a different shop during my first experience due to similar customer service concerns. Regrettably, despite giving them another chance, my recent encounter reaffirmed my earlier reservations.

I went to repair my tire that had a nail in it. They attempted to do only a plug. I had to request for a patch. While they were patching my tire, the worker dropped my rim damaging it. When confronting the worker about it, he just laughed in my face and stated the damage was already there previously. He was extremely rude and stated for me to "go back to my country". Absurd comment, no professionalism. **DO NOT take your tires here unless you want them to damage your rims**

The lady in the office was very helpful in helping me find the right tires for my vehicle also they ordered and had them the same day for . I highly recommend them to anyone needing new tires or alignment service for their vehicle

Went to the closest tire place near me. They were able to plug my tire in less than 10 minutes! Very quick, nice and fast. Even made sure the air in all my tires matched. Great place!

I went there for an alignment I had to go bring it back twice cuz they couldn't get it right come to find out you didn't adjust all the alignment try to tell me that that's all he can do I went to another shop and the guy showed me everything, and alignment supposed to be adjusted and we're at and you can tell that he didn't even touch those adjustments and I went two different times this is what he gave and told it just little off it ok. The red parts are off alignment

In Good fate they had a sign posted saying that alignments 59.99 so I pull in to get an alignment so I'll talk to the lady she asked me how was my suspension I said good and then she said where sometime we can't do it cuz of the suspension so I say the suspension is good so then the owner called me out and said he couldn't do it because till the tires didn't have much thread on it so I asked him I said well do you have tires and he said yes he brought me two tires nice looking tires nails at least no exaggeration nails at least 10 nails and each tire so I said 30 are full of nails he like don't worry I'll take them out and I said no I don't want those so he said charge her $40 before I give her truck back now y'all tell me was that fair

Very friendly and accommodating. We had a little problem getting the right tires for my full size van. They worked with me to get the issue corrected quickly and at my convenience. I also like that their pricing is upfront and they aren't hiding addition costs for tpms or having a separate charge to mount the tires. I will use them in the future.

Omg wow. I stumbled on this place. I was looking for a tire place and took a wrong turn. Saw them so decided to check them out. BEST PRICES. BEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m 42 years old and this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Great people. Great prices. Made me feel like I was family. Thank you.

Rudy was great, he was quick and honest and let me know all of what was going on before doing the work. The price was good as well. They also checked my tire pressure and filled them as needed without me asking. I like them. I need to get more work done by next week possibly and I will come back here. I’m sure they will keep doing business like this and I will bring my business to them surely. I see them staying in business for a long time because of there service and honesty they have.

Best location in the Northwest Houston/ Cypress, open on Saturdays’ as well from 8am-1pm and are very efficient. I’ve been here twice for to separate issues and both times they were handled with knowledge and experience. Reasonable pricing for labor compared to other shops in the area. Love this place!!!

Definitely check this place out! I was in need of a tired, and had gone to three different places prior to coming here. Everyone else wanted too much for what I needed. It's really hard to find stores like this one of the best stores to go and get your tires from very nice people really informative and prices on the tires that can even beat Sam's Club. Also they do have financing options which is great... I highly recommend going there and ask for Rudy when you walk in..

Crooks, do not use the snap financing. The will double charge you sales tax. I was told $200 per tire including mount and balance, then it was sales taxes, tie disposal fee $22.60 additional each tire. Total bill $906.00 even. Get my statement from snap $987.00. They told me snap made a mistake, snap says they made the mistake!!!!!!! I'm stuck with a bill of $987.23. Don't deal with them!!!!!!!!

I rented the uhaul truck and the truck was pretty new and in great condition. Pick up and drop off was much faster than at the uhaul store and I appreciate that.
