I have buying my own used tire sets for years and taking them to be mounted and balanced. I was sitting in the waiting room of my usual shop and I got up and walked out to try Cali. I'd seen the reviews and they were on the way to my work so they were my first choice to try out. Great experience all around. They took care of me. They were courteous explained things and got right on the work.

I thought this was going to be a quick tire change. I changed tires after some suspension work. I live not two minutes from this place. Leaving for work the tire I just bought is flat. After some back and forth the attendant tells me I need to replace a stem. That should have been replaced when the tire was changed . I get my car back and my entire tpms sensor is now broken. The manager and his staff will lie and pretend to be one another as to not pay for damage. They will try to fast talk and overplay with no apologies, not giving any customer service. Or just taking responsibility for mistakes they made and were caught lying several times . Do not do business with dishonest people. Especially when it comes to your car. I now have to buy expensive tpms for my car and another tire because they put a similar size on, not the tire I paid for. Avoid this place .

Fast and efficient, amazing service, excellent prices and friendly staff and I have bought a sets of tires with them all the time, they do a great job, I have been receiving new sets, used tires also even for my dump trailer, they have been helping me with my tires for the past 3 years, these guys are amazing (100% recommended) excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊

I visited this shop to have new tires installed on my truck, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. During the installation, the lug nuts were over-torqued, which ultimately caused significant damage to my vehicle. While driving, three studs on the right side broke, leading to a dangerous situation. This also caused the rim holes to oval out, resulting in a persistent vibration when driving over 60 mph. Upon further inspection, I discovered that two additional studs on the left side were also broken due to the same over-torquing issue. This level of negligence has not only jeopardized my safety but also led to expensive repairs. The vibration caused by the damaged rim has made driving uncomfortable and unsafe. I expected professional service and attention to detail, especially with something as critical as tire installation. I am extremely disappointed with the carelessness displayed during this service and would strongly caution others to ensure proper procedures are followed if they choose to visit this shop. I hope the business takes responsibility for their actions and implements measures to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

These guys saved me big time, they had a great set for my Durango tire size 265/50R20 right on the spot. The tread was still high and still very even. The cost was affordable and the service was great. I have found my tire shop and I definitely recommend them!

They patched 2 slow leaks on my Chevy bolt EV and my Tesla model 3 for $15 each. Both times I was last minute with no apt, in and out in 15min. Quality work, awesome customer service. Cheapest, quickest, highest quality.

Horrible experience, unprofessional one guy have attitude, broke the chain for the spare tires , and said was not him the another worker didn’t and the owner said this chain it breaks easy, I told him I told your guys not to use impact gun, they need do it manually, and they didn’t listen, bad place, not recommended
