I was having electrical problems with my outback. Called the Subaru dealership first, they were going to charge 175$ just to look at it and didn’t have an available appointment for four days. Called Tire-Rama second. They got me in that hour. Looked at my car AND fixed the issue free of charge that day. So efficient and nice. Super impressed and I refer all my friends at MSU to them. Thanks!

On my soon to be third power steering rack… not even a “sorry this keeps breaking for you buddy.” Nice enough guys up front, but no i’m not gonna for a third time pay extra money for a part that won’t break this time. Also, you will have to clean your steering wheel and anywhere else the technicians touch after bringing your car here. Don’t worry i’m calling Glen 🫡 Update: My “new” cv axle broke they replaced it. Great. I also asked them to align my truck… 20 feet later I realized this did not happen. Glen… I wish I could give a 0 star review to be honest. I have had Tirerama replace steering rack 3 times and CV axle 2 times. DO NOT EVER USE TIRERAMA OTHER THAN VERY BASIC TIRE NEEDS. Again. Nice guys up front, but a terrible customer experience. I am not even sure the free warranty was worth the days and days my car has been at this shop.

Working with Matt and the crew at this Tire Rama has been wonderful! My daughter, who is a student at MSU, has had work done on her car a couple of times at this store. Matt has been so helpful and went out of his way to work us and answer all my questions. I don’t live in Bozeman but felt totally comfortable entrusting them to take care of our daughter’s vehicle. Matt helped us out so much! I am grateful for the caring customer service, great car care and great prices! I felt like they were looking out for my daughter. I would definitely recommend this store!

CZ100 - shop supplies - $25.00 I should have checked my invoice before I left. I called when I got home, because I thought this must’ve been a mistake. I’m not sure how you can spend $25 in supplies to mount four tires on a small car. Between personal vehicles and fleet vehicles, I have bought dozens of sets of tires. This is the first time anybody has charged me for shop supplies. I asked them to explain to me why it takes $25 on top of an already expensive set of tires. I was told they cannot itemize this, but it covers rags and lube, and they charge everyone this. Through the course of a day or even a week, that’s a lot of rags and lube. Other than the frivolous up-charge, the service was good and the people were mostly friendly. I know they don’t care if I return, as they are plenty busy, but this is my first and last time at Tire Rama. Was in a pinch and need tires in short order on a Saturday. Thanks for getting me in today.

was charged 77$ for there alignment tech to straighten the toe on the passenger tire and not touch anything else. requested multiple things to be performed and was told it wasnt possible even though i have done it myself many times.

Unreliable tire service, having to come back twice to get a simple job done. Unwilling to take responsibilty for an error, and unfriendly service. Not appreciated guys.

Fast service is a great place to go fire new tires and change tires or rotate. Oil changes are at great price. I would recommend this to anybody that needstheire car or truck serviced.

Finally found a place that cares. Have taken my truck to 5 other places. One gave me my truck back with limited steering(oncoming kniw and i cant steer!!). Multiple times have you. Let's just say I was not flying like an eagle on purpose. Then one chipped my window cause it gets stuck down sometimes. Just had to ask me and i just have to pop off the door panel and help guide it up did they stuck something in my door and check my window didn't say anything just decided not to go back I believe it's related to this place.. another installed my tires but didn't even offer an alignment after I bought brand new tires from them?? What a world we live in.. Yet there's another that when my steering was still kind of iffy decided to turn my wheel for over an hour charge me for it but let the lady at the front desk know that it looks like I work on my own vehicle and that my Hubs are loose. ? So if I work on my own vehicle couldn't they just told me that I had air in my power steering and just tighten my hubs for me?? Ya know. . ... before you send me back on the highway or west toward the interstate. Aaaand the winner of all these so-called mechanics in this town left me on a Friday the day before Christmas Eve this year with no vehicle because they decided to close shop at 2:30 even though at 12:30 the mechanic had told me in order to do the alignment..( which I was not there for by the way, I was there for my four-wheel drive hubs and then to set up an alignment afterwards) anyways he said it would take a few hours which telks me 3:30-4 so i left to return. Alls tgey did at 2:08 is they left voicemail that they were closing in 20 min and. that's about it.. remember how cold it was that weekend? N9w can you take a guess upon where my house keys were?? yep. That was a Big Ohhh idk. Unbelievable moment. Left me with little hope after that. Well *Tire Rama on Main* changed all that with one visit. Thanks again for everything guys. Now I know respect and character is a failing Duo in this country as of late or maybe I'm just getting older but that's just what they gave me. They showed me nothing but respect and honest true character I observed them doing the exact same thing on the phone and with other customers that come in while I was waiting. I know it was kind of long ramble there so thanks to all of you of you who stuck in there till the end.. Short and sweet ---they gave me some hope again-- ✊️ as well as a smile on my face as I left. 😁

I don't write many reviews but I don't have the loyalty to many businesses like I do the Tirerama on West Main in Bozeman. Lane, Matt, and everyone I interact with are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys, we need more quality businesses like this one.

I got back from vacation and got a flat tire and knew that I needed new tires anyways since they were bald. I stopped into the tire rama by the library and they got me in right there right then! Amazing service and very kind.

I have been treated excellently every time I've come to Tire-Rama in Bozeman, but especially Matt has been helpful in troubleshooting a perplexing issue that luckily turned out to just be a corroded battery connection. I'll continue to bring my vehicle to them for service.

My battery died while at a doctors appt and I was in a hurry to get back home to Livingston for work. I walked to the couple blocks to Tirerama to see if they might could help. Walking in the door I was promptly greater by a gentleman who asked what he could do for me. I explained my issue and without hesitation he was willing to let me borrow their jump box so that I could run back around the corner and jump my truck. If they’re willing to go above and beyond for some Joe Blo off the street, I can only imagine the lengths they will go to for their actual customers!! It looks like once I fix a draw I have on the truck, I will definitely be back to purchase a new battery at this location. And, while I’m there I’m sure they’ll be able to help with a few other things as well on the ole girl I’ve been putting off for far too long! Thank you guys for saving my day, and. Look forward to establishing business with y’all very soon, and growing our auto maintenance relationship going forward!! Thanks again Tirerama for getting me back on the road!

Never using Tire-Rama's services again and would not recommend them unless you want to pay to have your vehicle damaged. When I brought my car in for service, they claimed that a previous shop had stripped the oil plug and oil drain pan in the process. They then proceeded with "the repair" without even calling and notifying me of the issue to begin with. I found it odd that they would proceed with fixing something "for free" that another shop damaged. They said their fix was temporary and gave me an estimate of $1,000 for a more permanent fix. I then returned to the shop initially blamed for the issue and explained what Tire-Rama had said they did. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the brand new drain plug Tire Rama had installed was also stripped, and the threads they had cut were crooked. Clearly, Tire-Rama did the initial damage and then tried to get even more money out of me by selling me a false fix (other shop said it would not cost $1K for a fix). Long story short: Don’t let Tire-Rama work on your vehicle. They will cause serious damage, try and blame a different shop and then add insult to injury and make an easy fix harder to cover their tracks. Incredibly dishonest people.

Being a Denverite and having to move to Bozeman was a complete 180. One of the shifts involved getting snow tires. So I researched and called places but to no avail, until I came across Tire-Rama. Although I had to wait to speak with an associate every time I called in (think about it-supply and demand and between 20-30 mins at a time), it was worth it. Matthew the tech, got my car serviced in less than 30 mins and Lane the front desk associate was pleasant, and fun to talk to as well as informational. I feel an abundance of confidence driving on the road now. Glad I got my Blizzaks from here! Matthew placed my original tires in plastic bags and placed them safely in my car. Lane informed me on when to make contact when season was over to switch them out. They now have a happy recurring customer :)

I cannot begin to express how this tire shop and their exemplary employees saved the day. I was on a business trip from out of town and had gotten a screw in a trailer tire. After spending two very frustrating disheartening hours driving around Bozeman in the snow, trying to find a tire-shop that would help a young mother and her daughter, I called this location and they said to come down and even though they were very busy that Saturday, they would see what they could do to help. Matt at the front desk went above and beyond and personally came out and helped fix the tire. I cannot began to describe how his simple act of kindness changed my day. I had been feeling like I would be stranded in the town the entire weekend and was fighting feelings of despair as I had a 5 hour trek back home and a winter storm was in the forecast. He single-handedly saved the day and I am now a Tire-Rama convert and will take my business solely to them in the future. Thank you so much Matt and Tire-Rama. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Just took my mothers car in to get the winter tires put on. Should be a simple task. They locked the keys in the car, she offered to bring in the spare set but they ended up breaking into it. Took off a bunch of paint in the door jam and the passenger door. Destroyed the drivers door seal and punched through the drivers door window switch because they were hitting the wrong button. Do not take your car to these people.

Shopped pretty much every Tire Shop in Bozeman. Lane at Tire Rama was awesome! Answered all my questions and provided solid advice. Something I wasn’t getting from other shops. Great price and quick service too! I highly recommend these guys!!! They’ve got a customer for life. I’ll be purchasing new rims from them next

Tire Rama is our go to place in town for tire care. I’m sitting here right now because I drove on a flat for far too long, pulled up and they are repairing it now on a Friday afternoon even though they are insanely busy! We love tire rama, this is a small town business model that is invaluable! Lane and Matt are awesome!
