I'm actually shocked that this place only has 4.0 this should have Seven Stars this is a shop in a little corner of El Cajon Boulevard that that does such an amazing job at getting your car fixed it's as if you're the only car in that shop and they get the car fixed same day depending on the issue but nine times out of 10 Juan who's the manager of that place I believe is by far the most honest and fairest mechanic out in San Diego County I highly recommend this Shop!..if you're needing any kind of work that's tire related that is your man right there. that is a shop that you need to go to for fair price quotes and excellent service..NOBODY is paying me to post this review..I just want to share my positive experiences here.

This is the worst place where you will have your tires changed and aligned, I paid for the tire change and alignment service which was quite expensive and in the end I was surprised when I came back and said that the car was not aligned as it should be. He wanted to charge me again for the service that had already been paid for. There is no guarantee of anything and poor service. It's not worth doing anything in this place!!!!

I went for a break change on Tuesday and Albert was complaining because my car was on the ramp for an hour or so he says. Like it was my fault that my car needed more work done. And needed the disks repair. I was driving it today and the abs signal show up and I went back to the shop and he was like the is not our fault that is a sensor and you are taking up space with your car on my ramp. Terrible customer service 😞😞😞

I take my honda accord here regularly for all my oil changes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with that task. I’ve also purchased a set of brand new tires which haven’t given me any issues. The guys are not only knowledgeable but also resourceful and can point you in the direction of other services needed they don’t provide. & While waiting the Adobada torta from Tata's Tacos y tortas truck parked on the property was so Amazing and aided in not even noticing the wait! I will continue to support Tire World and I truly appreciate all your hard work guys!!!! - Salazar

Went in to have my dually aligned. It was worse when I got it out. The manager told me, “I need new tires.” Not only was that not true, if that was the case, then why did they do the alignment? He should have mentioned that prior to taking my $150.00. What is worse, is how he berated me, calling me stupid along other choice words. This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. If there was a score below one star, I’d have given it to them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS! I was sold underrated tires for my cargo van. My vehicle requires 10 ply tires.... what I was sold are NOT 10 ply tires. Now I need to purchase replacements well before I was planning. This is because my new local dealer will not certify a rotation or do any service on the vehicle without the PROPERLY rated tire. Thanks a lot guys.

Run away from this place. Very dishonest and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for an alignment. Came back to pick it up with my windshield cracked across. Ask them what happened to my windshield they said they don’t know.
