This is a great place with fabulous service and super knowledgeable staff. Bella explained everything, was very patient, and provided the best recommendations for my car👌🏼Thank you for all the help! I was able to order snow tires and have them installed the next day. Pricing was fair and transparent. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of car service because they do it all !

This was my fourth time there, 3 out of the 4 times I have left with problems. They forgot to put the gasket on the oil filter (leaked on driveway) the second time they didn’t tighten the drain plug (leaked on driveway) and then the most recent it was an oil change with tire rotation and left with my alignment messed up. Called the store and they want me to pay $120 to get it corrected.

Don’t trust this shop! I went for an oil change, they said they couldn’t do it, then gave me a $800 quote for changing the oil plug, and they also crushed my oil filter! When I called them the next morning they said it was like that before I brought it to their shop, but I’m sure as hell my car wasn’t spilling any oil, it was a massive spillage, if it had been like this we would have notice the burnt oil smell or the noise, also we would have run out of oil and damage other components (Watch video). When I took it to another shop they removed the filter by hand, which meant it wasn’t even necessary to use a tool or something to remove the filter, then why was it crushed? They did the oil change, replaced this filter, total $66! Not $800!

First time visiting Tire World. Usually go to Discount or my wharehouse club. Got a set of tires for my F150 and the prices were even less than what Discount was showing online. Installed and in/out in about an hour. No surprises.

I ran over a curb and popped my tire. Had the car towed to Tire World late Saturday after they had closed, hoping they would be able to do something about it Sunday because the dealership was closed until Monday. Tire World did a thorough diagnosis of the tire and rim and provided various suggestions on what I could do. Unfortunately they weren't able to do anything same day what with not having specific parts on hand, so I ended up having the car towed to the dealership Sunday afternoon. When I asked what I owed them for the diag they said it was free. I was floored, and promised to come back if there ended up being anything else I needed done that the dealership couldn't manage. Being treated with such respect and kindness in a moment where I felt pretty low for running over a curb and ruining a wheel was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Tire World, and I look forward to doing business with your kind of people in future.

Jeremy and the whole crew were super helpful when I had a flat this Sunday morning. Not only were they open on “the Lord’s Day,” they were quick and friendly. Not just to me, but as I sat in the lobby I watched them genuinely help various people with ways to help save money or keep the tires they had- not just make a sale.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean building. I almost always am told my vehicle is ready before I expected. They also keep me well informed if there is an additional problem other than what I am there for. I've been taking all my vehicles to Tire World for years and will continue to do so.

Will always recommend. Incredible customer service and reasonable pricing, but most importantly, incredible customer service. They took care of my tire issue without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and didn't act burdened when I arrived with an appointment like many competitors do. I'd give them 6 stars or 11 if I could.
