Absolutely amazing. They were efficient, compassionate, and detailed to be sure you understood everything. They got my tire fixed the same day (didn’t have an appointment) When it was done, I came back and they Put it on with in minutes. They even put my spare tire back and the tools where they go. Stephanie was the one who helped and worked with me Most, She was a pleasant, amazing worker. And I recommend going to them. They are honest and have amazing prices for anything you can think of.

Tire World on Nevada in Colorado Springs has provided my vehicle with excellent service and advice since 2016. The quality of the work has always been excellent and their prices fair. They’ve only recommended the best tires for me - exactly what I need (my last set lasted 5yrs to include cross country trips and off-roading in my Jeep, and they still had some life). They are transparent and professional and will send me to the dealership (since I have a warranty) when that is my best option for a repair. I highly recommend the folks at Tire World!

Steph at the front needs a raise! She’s been so accommodating and polite every time I come in and I watch her run back-and-forth from the front and the back to ensure good customer service and timely vehicle turnaround. A 10/10 experience and I finally found my local car shop!

Absolutely love this place. I've had consistently great experiences here getting brake, tire, and oil services here for my Subaru Outback and 4Runner. They are very straightforward and realistic with you, which is great in a world full of upselling and catastrophizing at other shops. Definitely recommend for reliable services that are affordable with the many coupons they offer at a relatively quick turnaround time.

Awesome place. Went in for a tire patch, not realizing they did them free of charge. They got the screw out, patched it up, and sent me on my way in 30 minutes. Staff super nice too. They offered a free inspection and gave me a few places I could find some stuff to fix my squeaky brakes. 10/10

Been a customer since I’ve lived here but a new car now… had to crash the curb near my house to avoid an accident… blew the front tire and damaged the aluminum alloy wheel (Mini Cooper)… delivered the car on Sunday.. duplicate replacement tire ordered and ready to go Monday AM… best part? .. they repainted the black wheel for free which I thought would be on my list… can’t recommend this business enough…thanks Mike and Mark!

As a first-time customer, I was really impressed by the quality of service I received at Tire World, and moreover, by the shop's commitment to creating a positive customer experience. Rather than trying to get the most cash they could out of one interaction, the team here focused on what they could do to take care of my needs at the best value possible. Free rotations, shuttle services and the like are just cherries on top! 10/10, this shop has earned my continued business.

I had a flat tire, and the jack wouldn’t fit under my car! Luckily, Tire World was right next door to the 7-11 I discovered my flat. I drove on the flat 🫣 Ito their parking lot and entered the store. Mike told me that they were booked up, but that they would fit me in regardless -I was soooo grateful! Their shuttle driver was able to take me home & I picked up my car, with 4 new tires, at 5:20pm Mike was incredibly helpful & kind throughout the whole process. I would DEFINITELY recommend taking your vehicle your car to them for tires and/or service!

Store manager Stephanie and her staff helped us to save the whole trip! Our vehicle had a thermostat problem and she got us back to the road in a few hours! This store saved the whole trip from Texas to Vail, Co! Highly recommended!

This is the best tire shop in town. Had to take wife's car in for some tires and we love the set she got. She also had some flats happen and it was easy to get those tires replaced. I will only go here for tires. They have a great set of brands and really will try to match you up with a good set.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. We thought we could trust them because of some previous work done and we’ve gotten tires from the Centennial location. Noticed a leak and took it by for an assessment. October 1st 2024, Claimed our water pump went bad on our Ford Explorer but could work on that at the Nevada location. Said it would be about a week to get it fixed. A week and a half later told us the timing chain was messed and were fixing that now. At this point we had missed appts and things that our special needs kids needed to take care of as well as our family. Our original contact from Centennial Dillon was kind and understanding, told us he could help find a rental or we could set it up and they would reimburse us for this additional unexpected issue. Connecting with the other shop estimating it should hopefully be done within the next week. My husband works out of town and has to stay at his job a majority of the time due to the nature. When we were giving this next estimated time of completion. He sacrificed time at work to come up when we getting mixed answers to come up and check. We both went to the Nevada shop where they explained a bunch of jargon including something now potentially wrong with the serpentine belt and some sensors. All of which was frustrating because it had nothing to do with the water pump. The next thing stated was that worst case scenario they’d have to replace the engine. Stephanie who is apparently the service manager stated as we were leaving “it’s a learning experience for us and we’re ’helping You out as well” stating they were trying to figure it all out. That didn’t really sit well but we had no choice they had out SUV pulled apart at the front end. We finally reached a month mark and try to get ahold of someone for answers. Get called back and told they are ordering a new engine for our car. And don’t worry the rest of the time for the rental car they are also taking care of. Fine whatever but that’s all beside the point that something doesn’t seem right!!! Nov. 9th 2024 comes and my husband speaks to Stephanie who at this point FINALLY reveals that the put the wrong timing chain on which caused the ultimate damage and requirement to replace our engine. We have tried to be patient up until now but with the stress and burden of lost income of my husband having to come all the way up to get clear answers, we were livid and needed some accountability to truly be taken! The finally claim was that it would be done at the end of that weekend. So on Veterans Day (my husband who’s also a vet, no importance but annoying nonetheless) is scrambling to get to the shop and finally get our car back. With some serious discussions about all the costs and the hardship the situation caused on our family, Chad their district relieved the additional costs down to just the water pump which is all we had initially authorized, a whopping $2,675.25. Forty days later we got our car back. Still outrageous even with labor! Silver lining is we are grateful the rental which we weren’t supposed to deal with in the first place but makes sense since they withheld the massive error that was made. Except we’re still waiting to be reimbursed from the portion we paid and it’s been over a month $431. Take away: don’t go there except for Basic tire work!! Only trust they know that kind of skill even when they say they can figure it out.
