Really upstanding reps! I've loved Tire World for a long time, but I had never been to THIS location! (Centennial & GoGs) Called & spoke to Rob, what a gent!! When I got there I had a bunch of questions about other things I needed done. This guy explained (& showed me) exactly what I needed done. He then answered ALL my questions & spent the time to help me prioritize what I needed to maximize the lifetime on my car. He was also conscientious about my budget. The mechanics were efficient too! This is my new, FAVE QUICK/EASY AUTO ASSISTANCE place! If you are clueless about cars, wishing you knew an honest mechanic...I'd trust these guys ALL DAY, ANY DAY! Ask for Rob, he was so helpful!! 🌟

This place is fantastic. They offer free flat tire repair free fluid checks. Great customer Service I went there for a flat tire repair. The tire could not be fixed ended up buying a new tire. They ordered it installed it put my spare back under my truck and did it in QuickTime happy service happy Customer.

Always great service, and great work! Rob and the other advisors are friendly, professional and communicate with as much or little detail as you need. My questions are answered politely, and I never feel spoken down to. Truly service focused, in an old-fashioned good way. The advisors make recommendations, explaining them, and I get to decide what my budget can handle. PERFECT

I dealt with two people: Jason at the front desk, and Greg the driver who had to take me home/ bring me back. They both were super nice. I just needed a new battery and had to leave my car with them overnight. However, I have been a customer of this establishment for a very long time. I always recommend them for auto work. I did buy 4 new tires a little less than a year ago: Tiger Paws Touring A/S BSW UNI. I do not recommend them if you travel in snow. I've been very disappointed with these tires...even almost got stuck once. They are also pretty loud...but that doesn't really bother me too much...it's just something I noticed.

Great shop! Robert and the team were very friendly and my husband Gavin loves how his truck looks now. Very fair pricing and a quick turnaround. Honestly the first tire shop in the city that did not to lie about services rendered, pricing, and what’s needed. Didn’t try to oversell or do unnecessary services to upsell. We really appreciated the service quality here and will be back for any future needs!

Hello Colorado Springs, If you need great service and excellent customer service..look no further than this establishment. Mr. Dillon..(pardon me if I misspelled your name) store manager, Is a grand Manager. He helped my daughter Brittney with her car, extended his generosity beyond measure. She is totally satisfied with the service and kindness. My daughter needed a new heater.She had been driving her children around for days in the cold to work.. grocery store and other much needed places just to make it. Mr. Dillon fixed her car with fast and excellent service.She is beyond ecstatic and now my Grandkids have heat. Mr. Dillon also did another service to her car which my daughter didn't tell him until the last minute that was needed which was a spark plug and wire replacement..Mr. Dillon did not complain..he worked it in and has done more than his part. Now this is what you call A MANAGER. Thank you Tire World and your staff for great care and being a team. I hope your store..staff and lives prosper and be blessed forever more. Thank you so much.

I moved to Colorado a few days ago and noticed one of my tires had a slow leak. The good folks at Tire World removed a screw from the tire and had me on my way very quickly. They provided quick, courteous service to this new Colorado resident, and I definitely will be a repeat customer for all my tire and vehicle maintenance needs. Store Manager Dillon Gaikoski was great to work with.

With great trepidation, I took a replacement turn signal lens for my one-month old car to Tire World. I had not been able to find any instructions online how to accomplish the replacement for the “rocks on I-25” damaged lense which was integrated into the high side of my bumper. Jason, who had previously crawled under my car in the Tire Workd parking lot, and the amazing technician at Tire World replaced the lense within an hour! For their professionalism, expertise and customer service, I am now a permanent patron of Tire World.

got a feeling I won’t get a call back so I’ll post here. Recently I got four new snow tires installed on my truck. Later at home I go to check the pressures and see the rear tires are missing valve caps. No big deal I had extra and put them on. Next morning I have two completely flat rear tires. I am lucky I have an air compressor. Pumped them up and realized the valve stems are sticking up too high. I didn’t have a valve stem tool so had to go to the local auto store. Yup the stems were not turned in and putting a cap on depressed them. How was that step skipped at the shop. It’s obvious they did not have caps. I am fortunate that I could remedy the situation. Others would be screwed. Never seen this before and I am 66yrs old.Rookie mistake

I just had new brake Pads rotors and calibers all replaced.On all 4 Less than 2 months ago I had a grinding on the front passenger side they told me.I needed a whole new brakeset up and said it was all in bad shape. $1300 wow Just one of the brake pads were installed incorrect when I took it to the mechanic he fixed it for free.

I was looking for a tire store to repair my slow leak, it’s Black Friday. I was across town for something different. Some had 2 1/2 hour wait, some phone calls on hold 10 minutes. I saw this location, hit my brakes, went inside, said I can be next. Not only fast and friendly, but free!!! I’m in shock, tacos next door much more expensive. I left them some cash because they deserve much more. Locations completely across town, but I’m dedicated to be their forever customer now. Nice folks too!!!

I spent almost $300 for them to diagnose a problem on my vehicle only for them to say they were unable to fix the issue! Update: Dillon, the manager, reached out and apologized for the poor service and offered a refund
