Don’t bring your car here if you have “expensive wheels” according to them. I have stock wheels on a Nissan GtR, made an appointment as well as I can see the original email to schedule states Nissan GTR. When I showed up I was refused service because they didn’t want to take on the liability. Again, stock wheels, standard 5 lug, no center lock. I can respect not wanting to take liability but they never should have made the appointment to begin with then. I then had to pick up my tires that were shipped to them and take them home to figure something else out. Their exact words (that I recorded) were “I’m not going to take a risk on those wheels to make $50 from tires you bought at tire rack” Next time, don’t make the appointment then.

I was in a bind and needed my tired patched quickly. I called and asked if they could have it done within 2 hours. They said yes. I brought it in and they had it done in an hour and a half.

0 stars , make a apt online asks specifically if your waiting or dropping off. Put waiting come to apt at 10am. He says [manny] it's gonna be a 2 to 3 hour wait. You should of called first. Why have a online app to make apts you can't keep. Drove 25 minutes out my way for nothing

I have been going to the North location for several years now. They have always treated me well and I take all 3 of my vehicles there since I feel they are one of the few honest shops around. Today I unexpectedly had a flat tire right before I was heading out of town, and Mark was so kind enough to fit me in as not to delay my trip. Thank you so much Mark, and to Jonathan and Corey for working on my car during their lunch break! Highly recommend!

Awesome place. I would recommend to anyone. Ran into an emergency situation on I-25 while making a road trip and had to pull off. Took in my car to them shortly before they closed and they helped me immediately. Their friendly staff really helped me in a pinch.

Made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance, came in 15 minutes early, and was told they couldn’t get me in at all that day. What’s the point of taking appointments if you’re not going to honor them? Avoid this place.
