Took my car in for a shake when turning. Staff was friendly and quick to assist. I was lucky to get in same day and the whole process was maybe under an hour. I thought it might have been a weighting issue. It turned out not to be, but still paid for the weighting. I was quoted for a suspension job and declined at the time. I took it to my normal shop who quoted me $700 less and found 2 broken lug nuts from the inspection done here. Great for quick and easy jobs, not recommended for larger jobs such as suspension work.

I have used Tire World by King Soopers for over 20 years and been very happy with their work on 2 different Ford trucks. Their prices are not much different than the dealer's but their service advisors are much better, they give you honest assessments of what is needed and will readily tell you when you are in the "grey" zone on a wear topic. My only gripe has been that they are very busy at times and you may have to wait a day or so for an appointment! Bill

I came in for a flat tire repair, they had my car fixed in a short time and they didn’t charge me. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone. Honest and reliable service.

I would strongly encourage others to research alternative auto shops prior to giving this one your business. For starters, when I initially went to drop my car off, the guy who was working the front at the time had absolutely terrible bedside manner, & talked to me extremely condescendingly- but since I already had an appointment I decided to at least go forward with getting a quote for my repairs. After they inspected my car, they called me & gave me a seriously absurdly expensive quote, & when I shared my skepticism with them, the guy continued to be EXTREMELY condescending. At that point I called a few other places & ended up picking up my car & taking it somewhere else, & got same repairs done for literally half the price of what I was quoted here. Honestly, even if they hadn’t tried to completely rip me off, I wouldn’t have wanted to go through with completing my repairs here because of how poor the customer service was. Just an all-around terrible experience.

They were happy to put tires on my car and change a belt, but that's not the issue. The day after the tires & belt were put on, ALL the dash and check engine lights came on. I took it right back to them, they ran a diagnostic, fixed it and I was on my way. One month later, ALL the dash & check engine lights are on again. Same as the first time. So of course, I took it back. Well... turns out they didn't bother to add any of that first return visit to the documentation. So now, they say I have to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic for $179. So, no. What they did the first time was simply turn off the lights. That's it. Maybe this explains the lack of documentation. When you screw up a thing, you make it right. You don't gouge people. You don't talk down to people because your staff didn't do their job. So know that staff is hit or miss. They refused to even look at it. Just a horrible experience. Bet you good money I just get one of these: "... we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback is important to us, and we strive to improve our service. Please reach out to us directly at robert@bigbrandtire.com so we can address your concerns and work towards a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." -------‐‐------ Edit: they did reach out to me. They did the wrong thing the first time, and said as much. Dale apparently has his own equipment and does his own thing without documentation. Watch out for that. Vince was happy to offer me the opportunity to do the diagnostic again... for $179. Because "you didn't pay for it." Essentially they said, "Oops! We never fixed it in the first place! We just turned the lights off!" He admitted this. What the what?! I've been driving it like this for a month. Things were wrong with the engine and I didn't know because the light wasn't on. Turns out I do need oil. Not a change, it's low. Apologies aren't in their wheelhouse. I was absolutely shocked at the managers condescending and argumentative attitude. I have no words. Customer service consists entirely of "why should I do this for free?" Well, you broke it, and you told me you fixed it. But you didn't. That's why. They didn't offer any recourse. It was a good price for the tires, but not worth the poor service. I was in and out with Heuberger. No massive fee, so I let them to fix it. It was less for the whole repair than I was quoted for the diagnostic at Tire World. Heuberger's labor is a little higher, but their customer service is more than worth it. Didn't even have to ask for paperwork. I'm happy to pay another shop. I hear the Chevy dealer rocks, too.
