Fui a coger un ponche estuve dos horas esperando para ser atendida y resulta que nunca me cogieron el ponche me cambiaron la goma para adelante y me cobraron nunca me explicaron que el lugar donde estaba el clavo no tenía arreglo y unos días después me quedé botada en la calle , no los recomiendo para nada muy mal trabajo, y una recomendación su recepcionista no da buena atención siempre está hablando por teléfono problemas familiares donde todos los clientes están escuchado no es ético sorry mala impresión me llevé de este lugar

They used to be considerate but the lady in front desk is out of control with her pricing for minor things. In the long run they will lose customers, or the business will close. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time. She has no sympathy for regular customers, that would likely return for meaningful procedures ( you can’t use abusive tactics cause business is slow ). They have fixed my car for several years, but recently they’ve decided to Charge $125.00 to put computer on your car. Every mechanic presently needs to use a Computer to determine your car symptoms, as it is necessary for all mechanics as cars are computerized. How many customers do they need to charge for a computer, that it’s necessary for any service? After 20-30 customers the Computer has been fully paid, so at this time of financial necessity it is not business smart to impose a mandatory expense. I hope they reconsider as they will lose a lot of customers. The most expensive Computer Diagnostics range from $2,000.00-2,500.00 so how many times do they need to charge to pay off? Most people have a less expensive version and it only entails hook in it up. Correction made to $$$125.00.

They replaced both CV joints on Rav4, also installed low quality brakes for $1,300. The issue is in the bad quality of the work and/or parts they use. One of the CV joint caused noise. They supposedly ordered a part and replaced it again. The seal of the transmission was suppressed, causing whirring noise. I'm not even sure how they accomplished breaking something that it was not taken in for, but there you have it. There was NO change whatsoever when taken back in to them to repair what they broke. The car still makes the noises and just all around came back out in worse shape than when the car was first taken in. Do not recommend!

More expensive than other mechanics. They installed new fender liners on my car but I had to come back days later because they came off. They basically said it's not their problem and it was my fault. Wouldn't recommend unless you like pay extra for half the work.

Impolite people, disorganized. There is no seats to wait. They told me one price and charged me another. The workers there are really impolite. Only one guy that treat me well. The son of the owner tried to trick me, trying to sell me service and parts that I didn't need. Definitely never going back and don't recommend to anyone.

Bad experience here, took almost a month to repair my car, the paint job wasn’t good and it had more damage than they told me, it cost me almost 2400 more to fix somewhere else

I went there for the first time this morning to have my tires checked since the tire pressure light came on. Both women behind the counter were very nice and attentive. The gentleman who checked my tires was super quick, efficient, and nice as well. I would definitely go back there for my tire needs!

Ena and her team have consistently gone above and beyond to service my cars. But this last time, she left me utterly speechless. My wife's tire suffered a puncture, and unfortunately, the tire shop she visited didn't have her tire size in stock. They said they'd need to wait until the next day for it to arrive. The problem? We were scheduled to leave town at 4 AM the following morning, and waiting wasn't an option. At 4 PM, I called Tire World and spoke to Ena, crossing my fingers that she could help. They didn't have the tire we needed, but Ena didn't give up. While on the phone with me, she called three different warehouses and finally tracked one down. The catch? It was located too far for my wife to make it there before they closed. But Ena didn't stop there. She came up with a brilliant solution: arranging an Uber pickup to deliver the tire to them. And she was willing to wait for my wife to get out of work and reach their shop for the service. Ena communicated with me every step of the way, and when the work was completed (30 minutes after their scheduled closing time), she called to let me know. Her willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Ena's actions speak volumes about why I continue to give her my business. She's a true professional who genuinely cares about her customers.

Bueno para empezar yo creo que ese taller debe cerrar o se verán en problemas algún día con algún cliente xq su ineficiencia no tiene comparación con nada,tuve el carro una semana exacta ahí busca piezas y piezas y esta es la fecha que me lleve el carro sin solución xq ellos mismos no saben lo que tiene y encima de eso pague x mano de obra y el carro no camina🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ que le puedo decir mejor arreglen su carro x Youtube que ir ahí

Went to do my oil change for my acura mdx and charged me 30 for the labor, called to quote my BMW and they have a 15 dollars difference where they're no differences on the time spent, he stated that it's because they need to remove plastics lol 2018 BMW don't have those plastics, he literally said that they charge more just because is a BMW, and to go to the dealer if I don't like it...my timing belt was due in my MDX and I was considering them to do the job, they literally lost a 1500 job for 15 dollars...learn that customer service is important.

Brought in my bmw to get a tire changed since it blew up on the highway and made me loose control. Nevertheless after this scary experience even after explaining it to the lady, she was extremely unprofessional. She gave us rude remarks and was very unwilling to help at all, she just wanted to sell us more tires. She said to change the rest of the tires and I asked if she can check them first and she said of course she doesnt know what shes talking about and the customer is right in a very sarcastic and rude way. Never coming again or recommend anyone to come here. I would of rather towed the car to another shop

Excesivamente costoso colocan los repuestos más baratos en el mercado y los cobran de 3 veces o más y la mano de obra es cobrado por hora 120 dls la hora los negocios deben de ganar es lo lógico pero si deberían ser controlados los precios por esta razón NO lo recomiendo allí las cuentas son de miles de dls porque esperando mi servicio muchas personas recibieron presupuestos en que tenían que retirar su carro.

Good place to be but the woman mouth is bad to me (Good mouth complement good service).... Very enthusiastic workers (great guys), they are very fast once they get to your turn. To be on the safer side, buy whatever thing you need to avoid unnecessary spending.

Took my BMW M3 for an alignment and heard the service tech practically launching the car as I can hear it hitting 6-7k rpm’s INSIDE the parking lot. I simply asked for the car not to be driven to that extent inside the parking lot. Upon service tech returning I am told to leave the premises due to the tech being immature over the request. After asking what seems to be the problem he consistently dismissed me without proper explanation stating I am seeking problems. The experience was extremely unprofessional over a minor dispute.
