Great service and friendly! Was quoted one price but when I got there it was less. A great surprise. Great work although a low tire light is flashing and then stays on. Might be the spare tire. The technician did move the steering wheel when the alignment was done but left it unlocked. No real problem. Robert was very professional and called me with updates. Will let my friends know about this store.

Bob Ortega was very Professional and Welcoming into the establishment. He told me about what I needed to get done for my vehicle, and not trying to scam me into getting other things that I didn't need. I thank God there are still a few honest and replicable people in the world, with integrity and honesty.

Had our car battery act up on New Year's eve late afternoon. Luckily made it to Tire works off of Boulder highway just before they closed. They were were great, got us the right battery even though they had to get it elsewhere. They also checked out our tires, put in wiper fluid too. We are retired and then some so it was a big help. Their cost is reasonable too so recommend them highly. We have also bought to tires from them previously and they have been just fine.

Had my truck fixed here. Not only were they knowledgeable but friendly. I was shown the repairs needed by the friendliest tech named Skyler. You can tell he knows what he's talking about. Rob was patient with me when checking out and explaining the parts they had to order i highly recommend them to anyone.

I stopped in because I had popped my front left tire and was driving on a donut (and far from home on the other side of the valley!). Even though the team at Tire Works didn't have my specific tire in stock right at that moment, they gave me a time frame (within 24 hours) in which they could locate a tire for me along with a very reasonable quote for repairs. When I decided to try to limp home and figure out my tire situation later, they then filled my donut and all 3 of my other tires with air and sent me safely on my way without charging me a penny. I wish I lived closer because both gentlemen I interacted with were so courteous and helpful even when they realized I wasn't going to be a customer. I felt like they truly wanted me to get home safely. Next time I'm on this side of town I will 100% come to them for all my tire needs.

My friend came in here with a blown up tire and dead battery in hysterics. The owner was beyond nice to her, filled up all her tires, and jumped start her car so she could get home safely, without accepting a penny. This is clearly a place you can trust and has your best intentions in mind

Had my Ram 1500 worked on because cylinder 8 was misfiring. They told me they did a full tune-up. Coil packs replace d. Next day engine light came back on. I spent 3000.00$. money I don't have. Took it back in. I'll see what they Tell me tomorrow. Not happy with it.

Went to get an alignment 130 dollars worth and it took al day I ended up paying for 8 hours of trouble shooting 480 DLLS it was something simple they couldn't figure it out and I had to pay for all that time. Just not happy
