Over an hour for an oil change. Didn't honor the web coupon after telling me it would be half off instead of the $25 discount for February. Then told me after that my car needed $4600 worth of repairs. Response $50 off my next visit?! I've priced out the repairs. The markup on the parts is ridiculous. Why not just honor the discount in your website?

First trip to Tire works was a wonderful experience. I spoke with Dean, Manager over the phone about my concerns. He was friendly and welcoming to come in. He assured me that my car was going to be looked at and taken care of by his knowledgeable mechanics. This Sunset/Pecos location is honest. I was treated well. Great guys friendly, happy to be there assisting you. Attentive and professional. So helpful. I will be back to get service there.

I paid $275 for a tire that’s $163 at Discount Tires.Tire Works charged me over $100 more for the exact same tire then offered me a “deal” (LOL) of $1200 for all 4 tires. Probably because I’m a woman so they took advantage of me.I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop!! I got the other 3 tires from Discount Tires WAYYYYYY cheaper then so imaginary piss poor deal tire works offered. Only go here if you want to get ripped off!

Who does FREE work on cars anymore? These guys do. Dean answered my call for a flat tire repair, had my car on a lift, fixed, and back on the road in around an hour while I waited. Professional courteous, and efficient. I couldn't be happier.

I was told the amount of the tires was one complete fee when I asked was everything included in that price then I was charged an additional $100.00 for extra fees that should have been told to me when I was on the phone and asked 🙃 NOT EXPLANIED TO ME AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED! I FELT LIKE I WAS LIED TO AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR THINGS I DIDNT ASK FOR! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dean is apsolutely wonderful. He knew exactly what needed to be done and then signed me up with a Tire Works card which gave me 10% off. They also have a TV you can watch while waiting with a zillion stations.

One of the better experiences that I’ve had dealing with a large business. Very professional and very courteous with no pressure to upsell anything. I went in there free oil change with their $19.99 coupon and asked if I could use my own oil since my vehicle has 80,000 miles on it and I do not want to change brands at this time. That was no problem they used my own oil and filter and at the end of the day even though it was my first visit they gave me a loyalty discount like a repeat customer would normally get and I got it for even less than I originally thought. This company has come through again with five stars. Very courteous, very friendly and more reasonable than I could ever think of. I actually tried a couple of businesses closer to me in order to get my oil changed, and they would not do it unless they could use their product. My vehicle is now a high mileage vehicle, and I have only used mobile one high mileage oil, kudos to this company and will never go any place else I will still use this business however the labor for the last two oil changed has been a bit much at $38.00.

So I went to tire works on pecos and sunset in las vegas NV and these guys have always treated me well. I needed 1 new tire and wound up with 4 and I took it in late in the day before Thanksgiving day. They took my car in even tho it meant they had to stay a little later than they would've liked.

This is my fourth visit to Tire Works at the Pecos and Sunset location, and this time I came for an oil change, and battery replacement. Dean Morse, the service advisor, was attentive and professional, providing excellent care for my vehicle in the most efficient manner. I appreciate the great location, outstanding service, and reasonable prices. I strongly recommend Tire Works on Pecos and Sunset.
