David and team provided exceptional customer service. I was a walk in and he attended to my vehicle’s needs right away. Being a multiple business owner, I know how critical customer service is to the success of a small business. I took a chance on this place even though the reviews weren’t that great and my experience exceeded my expectations. Support local businesses and if you had a bad experience before, please give them another try.

They didn't have our specific tire and couldn't find another at a different Tire Works, but they were still so helpful in writing down which tire type and size to look for when calling other places.

Very friendly and helpful. Brought my car in for some strange sounds, they found the issue and fixed it free of charge. Then continued did a full car inspection to guarantee the integrity and safety of my vehicle. Overall great experience with them.

Just moved to Las Vegas and car sensors going crazy which prevented my car from starting. Needed a shop that was open on weekends due to my work schedule and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed before going back to work. Thank you David for keeping me informed along the way.

These guys are amazing, I hope they won’t disappoint me in a future, but so far I am very happy with the customer service and quality of work they do, I love Leah, she is such a great professional, today John was my receptionist and service advisor, he also was good, and there was another friendly young man from Pahrump. Thank you guys! … Editing on 1/17/25. Today, 2 years later, I left this shop once happy again! They did not disappoint me over time and I am glad I chosen them when I moved to the area. Just had 4 New sensors put on about a ago. Sensor light cam on about a weej ago stop by you put check added Air in the front passenger side tire. Sensor bever went off. Few days ago my tire blew up literally.. just has to pay for a new Tire. Why is this My Fault ???

Brought my car in to Tire works on Blue Diamond had a fast leak tire went flat they were worn out from the heat so it was time for all new tires ! Experience was good dealt with customer service person Josh he was very nice very helpful but had to leave my car there from 9:30 to till almost 5:pm when I cam back to pick up my car no one was at the desk waited about 8 mins to be taken care of ! I was finally able to pay my bill and pick up my car tires were nice had them balanced aligned pressure kit I and a slue of other things & taxes bill was pretty big but I was told I got a great deal and I was excited to drive on all new tires other than that it was a pretty good experience ! I do recommend Tire works !

Review for Tire Works (Blue Diamond Location): My first visit to this location was about a month ago to get a rim and new tires installed on my wife’s Lexus. The initial experience wasn’t bad. The manager followed up well, ensuring the rim was ordered and the tires arrived on time. However, when it came time for installation, there was a breakdown in communication. We dropped off the car in the morning and were told we’d receive a call when it was ready. That call never came. We had to call them ourselves, only to find out the car had been ready for a while. It was a bit frustrating, but I figured they might have been busy, so I let it slide. Since they’re local, I decided to give them another try for an oil change on my truck. Unfortunately, this experience was much worse. I tried scheduling via email—like I had done for the rims—but received no response. When I called, I was routed to a call center and had trouble reaching anyone at the location. After some back and forth, the call center eventually confirmed I could come in for a walk-in and told me to ask for Chip. I dropped off my truck and was told it might take a couple of hours as there were a few cars ahead of me. That was fine, so I left and expected a call when it was ready. However, four hours passed with no communication. When I called to check the status, Chip snapped at me, saying they’d call when it was ready and essentially told me not to call back. This response was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I understand it was the day before a holiday, and they may have been busy, but the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude were unacceptable. Adding to my frustration, I had mentioned wanting to purchase new tires for my truck on both visits. Despite expressing interest and asking for a quote, no one followed up or even attempted to sell me tires. It’s the strangest thing—how does a tire shop not want to sell tires? The lack of consistency and basic customer service is baffling. At this point, I cannot recommend this location. Avoid this place if you value clear communication, professionalism, and a consistent experience.

The people at the Blue Diamond Road Tire Works were great! They got me in right away and recommended some items that should be looked at that really improved my car's handling. And the best part is that the price was waaaay less than I thought it would be. Thank you Tire Works.

They repaired my tire and it cost nothing. Thanks! Edit: I came here a couple years ago and they patched my tire for free. I came again to replace my tire with a nail in it. The person at the desk has very little communication skills. Even when asked they didn’t give me a time frame. The waiting room was about 85 degrees. It was so hot we had to keep leaving the building and coming back in. No communication No hospitality No awareness 0/10

Very dishonest staff that work here. Totally screwed me out of $2,000 for something I never needed, and never addressed the actual issue I came in for. I ended up going to Hyundai and was treated by actual trustworthy people who don’t lie and scam others out of their money. Low quality individuals working here
