Excellent company. Prompt service and extremely friendly. I brought a car in that had not been serviced in a few years. They diagnosed every problem very professionally had fixed it within 24 hours. My wife and I are extremely happy with their quality service, professionalism, and excellent repair job. We definitely recommend this company to Anyone who needs any type of repair on their vehicle.

I stopped by Tire Works as a walk-in needing four tires and a rotation. They were incredibly accommodating, fitting me in right away and having everything taken care of within an hour! It’s been a week now, and I’ve had no issues at all with the tires. Their efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work were top-notch. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors for any tire-related needs.

I was towed there after a blowout going to work. I took advantage of there tire special, was quoted a price and paid exactly that when I picked up my car. They even called to let me know that my rim was ok before proceeding with the rest of the work. Connor was my front desk guy and he couldn’t have been nicer! I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this place and I’m glad I had a different experience.

Richard and his crew are the best, I had to special order 2 tires for my car. Called at 11:45am Richard said if I could come in by 12pm they could have the tires by 4pm. They had the tires by 3pm and by 4:30 I was back at home. I highly recommended bring your vehicle here

This place has went downhill. I’m a valued credit card holder and this place has turned into a big scam. They over value your tires. Technicians calling out. Over turn on employees which explains it from poor management from Richard. He hangs up on you when you suggest calling above his head to get answers. When you get asked to get information they point you in other location and options instead of working. When you walk in there people ordering lunch in the back office instead of working and being greeted. They want you to leave your car there so they can rack up the bill. They say you got a battery then utilize a battery warranty 2 months later with no signature to prove. Nickel and dime you on every purchase. No discounts on anything and they sell you tires that go flat less than 30 days later. Stay far away from this place. At this point you get so frustrated that you have to change your own tire because of the guessing game. As you see in the pictures no one even working but they say they are busy.

Allan Tulloch works for Tire Works on Cactus. He took $3500.00 I zelled him to fix my car and will not return my my money. I zelled him in August and we are in November. He ordered the parts supposedly but it was supposed to be directly from Porsche and I find out he charged me more than Porsche but lied to me and told me at a discount an Now I find out I’m on Carfax? My car was serviced at tire works. It was never serviced at tire works.. Allan works there but I never took my car in to that shop. He was suppose to service my car but never did. From his garage????? Remove me from carfax . He never even serviced my car.., this is unbelievable. He will not give me the printed receipt online. He did not finish the job because he never ordered the parts in August. Took My money. He needs to return my money because this is not right. I had it serviced else where. Remove me from carfax .. how dare he.

Couldn't be happier. Guys were nice and they knocked out my larger 295/75 tires fast. And even spoke to the gentleman and said he had the same tires as the ones I just bought and told me how much he enjoys them, definitely put any concern I had at ease. Helped my unloaded and load when they were finished

Took my truck in to get the a/c checked which turned out to be one big pain that wasn’t expected but they took care of it after going through the system to fix it. Everyone there is great and nothing but great customer service as well. Personally speaking I will not have any problem taking my vehicle back if needed. And once again after taking my truck back there again the problem I had was solved rather quickly which I overlooked but was found and corrected. As usual great customer service and once again if any issues arise I will be happy to go back.

Took us right in. Informed me of my battery problem. Came home & had AAA replace the battery free of charge. I don’t understand why it should take 90 min to get regular service on my car. But they take good care of my car. Thank you

Went in to my appointment for tire pressure issue on my 2009 ford explorer,. Turns out I had a nail in my drive tire. Thank god the professionals took care of me. Now with a new tire already in stock I feel safe driving. My new store. Thanks guys!

The staff felt like family, they searched for the best deals, they didn't have my tires in stock but we're able to order them and get them same day, they were able to get my new tires on and update me on my vehicle. Awesome place and will be going back.
