I was just a walk in for an oil change and took care of me. The staff (paul, adam and keith) were friendly and helpful. Adam and Keith explained to me (very knowledgeable) the breakdown of what my car needs repair on. I am definitely coming back ,and I will recommend to friends.

The guys knew what was wrong when I pulled up from the noise my car was making. Shined a flash light on the exact problem. Kept it so real with me as far as telling me what could happen if it all went bad. So after a day of properly planning and ordering two parts for my vehicle, they got me in and out with no problem. This problem was an electrical component that shut my whole car down because my car is electric / gas hybrid. These guys Have to be experienced to know what the sound is off the noise. Crazy right ! I most definitely would recommend them for more than just tire work.

The store was clean and the front desk was nice. It took them 4 hours to do an alignment on my truck because they only had one tech on duty on a Saturday. The first thing they did when I went to pick up my truck was to upsell me. Before even explaining correctly that my alignment was off. I at first thought they were telling me my alignment was ok upon inspection and had to ask again if it was off because they were so focused on an upsell.

Had a wonderful experience with Tire Works! Keith and Adam were both so friendly and helpful. I went in for a slow leak in a tire, which was fixed complimentary. But then it was found that I had an oil leak. They looked into seeing if I had a warranty, which I did, and it ended up being completely covered! I would not have known that if not for them. I was even given a ride to my house and back while my car was being worked on. I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service and will be back for future car needs.

I had a very frustrating visit to Tire Works recently. Despite having paid for the service, my car was blocked by a trailer, and the team refused to move it to allow me to leave. The manager’s approach to handling the situation felt unhelpful and dismissive, which made an already difficult experience even worse. I hope Tire Works takes steps to improve customer service and ensure that other customers don’t go through the same experience.

Paul took care of my brake pads and rotors today and walked me through everything. Even though I was a late afternoon walk-in, he was able to take care of everything. Each time I'm there, everyone is always super friendly and informative. I really appreciate the reports that show me what was looked at and what is needed in the future because they're thorough and I can refer back later if I ever forget. I will definitely continue to work with them for my car's needs going forward.

Tire Works at the E. Silverado Ranch location is amazing! I had been trying to resolve a suspension problem with my car, which I had purchased from a dealer, for three months. I had visited the dealer several times without success. When I drove into Tire Works, the general manager, Adam, greeted me. As I explained the issues with my car’s suspension, Adam listened attentively and engaged with my concerns. He suggested that he take a look at my car’s suspension and reassured me that he would help me find a solution. About twenty minutes after handing Adam my keys, he returned with a definitive answer to my problem. Adam then proceeded to call the dealership personally and arranged an agreement with them to have the cost of the repairs covered, allowing Tire Works to complete all the necessary work. It was impressive to see the two of them working together; Tire Works had the repairs completed and my car back to me within a few hours. The suspension feels like new! Tire Works and Adam made me feel like I was a priority and that fixing my problem was important to them. The Tire Works team was incredible in the help they provided, and I would highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs. I will be taking all my future work to Tire Works.

You couldn't ask for better service! Adam, the general manager, and everyone else was very helpful! They promised me that they could have the tires I was looking for delivered the next day, and they sure kept their word! Exactly as specified and as soon needed. They sent me an invoice, and held the tires until the people I sent could pick them up! Everything went as smooth as clockwork! This is exactly the way to run a business! Thank you guys!

Adam and his team at Tireworks is great! Worked on two of my vehicles and resolved an ongoing issue with ease and proper solution, versus other shop just replace parts and did not resolve the issue. Great work at Tireworks here with Adam and team! Another vehicle needed some work where this truck has been serviced by the dealer. The dealer diagnosis was wrong and much more expensive. Adam and his team found the issue, and did the job for less and was more accurate with the need for repair. Great job!

My tail light was out. I went to Auto Zone and bought the lights. Auto Zone didn't have the time to install the light. They suggested I go to Tire Works. they quoted me a price of $127 to change the lights. I thought that price was high but I didn't know what else to do. They told me it would be a half hour wait. The wait time was actually one hour. I'm glad the problem was fixed.
