A couple weeks ago I went in for a tire rotation. They got me scheduled quick, and the service was fast. I got the quality tires I needed quickly. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and fast. I appreciate their evening and weekend availability.

I've been coming here on and off for years but this was the last time I will ever step foot in this place. They never have the right size tools because they rely on their employees to bring them. When I walked out to my truck they had drawn a smiley face in the dirt on my door. This SCRATCHES THE PAINT. I pay $1200 a year to get my paint touched up/corrected- this was the most inconsiderate thing someone can do especially after I made the comment that "the truck is my baby" I will be calling corporate. After spending 15 mins pressure washing it- BECAUSE I DONT TOUCH THE PAINT the smiley is still visible.

Went in to get tires. Was told they wouldn’t install anything but what the tag on the truck said for tire size. Ended up getting a quote anyway. Explained to them that my rims are not stock so tire size was now 18”. Set up appt. Dropped truck off and asked how long, was told 1-11/2hrs. Got a call 2 hrs later telling me that they don’t have the correct size tire for my truck because the rim size is different. When I explained that I had this discussion with the lady at front desk already, they didn’t seem to care. Missed work, spent two hrs waiting around and never even was able to get tires. And they had removed all my tires and put them back on as well as forgetting the valve stem caps all around. Huge waste of my time.

Had an appointment scheduled two weeks out, when we got there half hour early we were told they had already shut down their computers and were closing early. The “manager” said he didn’t make the appointment and didn’t care it was scheduled and that we had left work early. He wouldn’t even turn on the computer to look up the appointment or reschedule us as it “wasn’t his problem” and they were closing. It was literally a tire swap and could have been done before they “closed”. What business shuts down their computers half an hour before closing and doesn’t call scheduled customers to let them know they are closing early to reschedule them? When I asked for his name he said I could take my tires somewhere else. No problem! I am not going to pay to be disrespected. Completely horrible customer service. I can’t even believe you keep a manager that speaks to customers this way!

My family and I have been coming here for small tire mounting jobs for the past five years with no issues so we decided to use them to purchase and Mount snow tires. First their air hose broke and they cancelled all of the appointments for the day because they couldn’t get it fixed then when I cam back for my rescheduled appointment the tires hadn’t ever actually been ordered. Then they said they could use. another brand they had in stock but guess what? They didn’t actually have them in stock! No apology for the inconvenience or anything. And the lobby was an obstacle course of tires. Never coming back.

Used to take all my business here but no more. I took my winter tiresa in to have the tires taken off the rims. No issues there. When I came back later, I heard the store manager absolutely screaming profanities at a couple of the techs out in the alignment bay. Very unprofessional and no way to manage people. Today I had an appointment to have tires remounted and en route they called to say that two of there techs had walked off the job and they couldn't do the work. Given the way the place seems to managed now, I ended up cancelling the new appontment and will take my business elsewhere.

Bad experience all around, all new front end parts I installed on my plow truck. upper and lower ball joints, sway bar linkage, front wheel drive axles front brake rotors and calipers. 4 brand new crosswind A/T tires with agressive tread 1 5/8 deep. Brought it over for front end alignment. 3 months later and 1300mi front tires bald from the inside out of tread pattern. Thank goodness I saved the old tires brought them back over and had them install them with half tread just hoping to get through the winter. They charged me to mount them and said that it wasn't the alignment that it was the tires because they didn't like snow! Didn't even offer a free alignment. Purchased 2 new tires again and brought it to another shop less than 1/2 mi away. So now I'm into this alignment for 1200 dollars for new tires 49.95 to mount half treads and 200 dollars for old alignment + 89.95 for new alignment which is less than half of what they charge. New shop had to do alignment twice because it was so far out. 7 degrees on the toe. Still no phone call or email other than a satisfaction survey and they removed my original Google review. Not sure how. so this is why I'm posting again. New tires on 8 months now and still 3/4 tread left. Guess the new alignment is good.

Great place to work we have closed the driveway between tire warehouse and the 99 restaurant for our safety.. no one was fired or arrested for blocking anything off ... please be careful when tryin to drive in or out

Employees park their big trucks and stack tires in the thru way to the restaurant next door. I’ve been through this already and the police agree they can’t block this path. Last employee that tried to chase me down after I went thru got fired so please everyone just go drive thru and get the idiots fired that keep doing this garbage

I brought 4 rims in and brand new in the box. I got them back with tires mounted and all 4 were badly damage with a ring around the outside face of every rim. I am not happy. Topsham Maine

Was on our way home to Ohio from Maine. 850 miles to go had a flat. Thought it was road debris, but it was not both rear tires were wore bad on inside (tires only had (12,000 miles on them)(alignment issues). Tire Warehouse had our tire size 255-50-20 (stopped at several other shops they did not have that size) another local shop sent us to them because they said Tire Warehouse usually has those oddball sizes. Thankfully they did but they were unable to get us in because thay had so many customers scheduled already for the day. The manager suggested She could sell us the tires if the other shop (they one that sent us to them) could put them on for us. So after some calling and checking the front tires, (all wheel drive vehicle had to make sure front tires had enough tread) that's what we did. Two competitors' tire shops worked together to get us fixed up and back to Ohio from Maine. Definitely suggest doing business with this company. Helped us greatly.

Tire Warehouse helped me out in a jam. They didn't know I was in a jam; it's just their normal way of doing business I believe. They got my leak fixed in 20 minutes and I was back on the road so I meet my deadline. They were great. I will go back

Great, friendly and efficient service - we had a flat tire just down the road a few minutes before they closed and Justin fitted us in and sorted out a tire change and we were on our way within 45 mins of the flat.

Harley at the front desk legitimately made my entire weekend. I had a flat on the ride home from work. Called the store, Harley said come on down. I popped over to Starbucks to grab a coffee. When I came back she rolls out the tire and says have a nice day. I couldn’t believe it! Such awesome customer service!

The honest and insightful staff has made Tirewarehouse my go to for alignments and tire related issues. In my last experience alone I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming attitude from Harley. Not only that but when Justin and Danial dismounted my old tires they gave me honest advice and were all together great to talk to. When I was waiting for my service to be done Harley was amazing company and we had a great conversation during the wait. I have and always will recommend Tirewarehouse for all of your alignment and tire needs.
