These guys are who you come to to have tires mounted and balanced professionally. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about tires and aftermarket wheels. I only go here for my tires and service. I highly recommend this shop on US1 by dadeland.

I should have posted a long time ago when Tire Squad initially opened . I was skeptical to come in for a service as I thought it was just renovated & changed name by the previous shop. I’m glad I went . I came for a flat tire & was charged very reasonable rate - nothing like the previous car shop. The first manager was a very nice lady (sorry forgot her name) and the service has always been very efficient. Since then my family had been going for our car repair. This time we met Danny. Nice and very pleasant man & great service as always. By the way I’m due for my tire rotation soon . Thanks for being in the Pinecrest community.

Bird Road location, they are so knowledgeable they don’t even match the valve stem of the rim with the red/orange on the tire, when you call them out on it, they disregard your observation, and insult the industry standard, lost my business Update, took the vehicle to Pinecrest location and Danny the supervisor rebalanced the tire, the weight went down from 11oz to 4 oz, a huge improvement on 35x13.5 x 20 tire with dot aligned to valve stem. The balance at highway speed is now correct. Hopefully the Bird road location learns from this. I will no longer utilize bird road location, but I will go to the Pinecrest location for my tire needs. Awesome tire shop in a very convenient location. I bought a set of tires that were high quality and reasonably priced and from that point on used Tire Squad for all my wheel/tire needs. Not only do they have excellent customer service every time I go there I’m in and out quickly. I found a nail in my tire and took the opportunity to get a tire rotation, when the tire was patched they also did a rotation and didn’t charge me a thing. If I were to try to get my tire patched at Firestone, they would probably refuse and say that the tire was un-patchable and then charge me $40 for a tire Rotation, While scratching my lug nuts and wheels while they rotate my tires. If you have any tire or wheel needs look no farther than this place.

These guys rock. Had a screw in my tire. Did not penetrate the tire. They checked all tires and then said have a good day. NO CHARGE!!!! Thank you.

Outstanding service and value. The manager, Danny, is such a nice guy and so was the installer who actually took the time to go over what he had done. The price was the most competitive in town. What a great experience! Highly recommend! Four tires and alignment in record time!

Brought our Type- R in to change out front 2 tires. Had an appt for 3pm and they finished in just 20min! fastest job ever and they were extremely professional. Ontop of that, prices werent bad either. 10/10 definitely recommend this shop ! 🙌🏼

This is a wonderful tire store! I went in today without an appointment and they checked all 4 tires and put air in the ones that were low. I didn't get the names of the 2 employees that helped me, but I thank you both!! I will spread the word that you are the best tire store in the Kendall area!!! TYVM!

Came in because I saw a nail in my tire. Got it sorted in less than an hour. They give great and fast service. The waiting room is comfortable and allows you can work while you wait (no wasted time!) and get hydrated. Next time you need tire work, come here!

Do not waste your time or they will certainly waste yours. Waited about 40 min for them to tell me that they would bring me a tire from their bird road location. Got an Uber, paid and told them to call me when the job was done. Got a phone call telling me the tire they were providing to me was damaged. A complete waste of time and two Uber rides. Stick with Goodyear or tire kingdom, not some rinky dinky tire shop.

Great customer service. Came in with two tire flats. I was charged for two patches. After paying Mr. Gerardo came and credited my credit card 10.00 because screw never punctured through the tire as per technician Honesty, is hard to find these days. Thank you to the Tire squad team. Highly recommend this buisness.

I made an appointment for a tire patch and arrived the next day, they took me at exactly the appointment time, allowed me to watch the whole thing from a safe distance -- Jonathan, the mechanic, was very nice and knowledgeable. He suggested other services that my car needed to be safe (services they did not offer, so he wasn't trying to upsell me), and the work was done quickly. Will definitely be coming back next time I need service, tires, or air.

In hopes of sparing you from such an ingenuine little abode, working for or as a customer; In reading this, may it save you the trouble. Behind this amazing team of hardworking techs and salespeople, you will find fear, dehumanization, power moves, unappreciation and anxiety. You will find that the negativity is being generated from the third world style sweat shop being run in the back, where you will find the desk of the man pulling the strings of his puppets. Maybe even himself if you are granted such grace to be in the presence of the man with no heart for his company and employees, running the fog machine and lights of the facade in order to make his dollars. An arrogant, shallow, ugly man, needing a lesson in humility from karma and the universe. With no mechanical knowledge or experience himself, never will you see him touch a customer vehicle, proudly aware he has an array of powertripped employees in which knows nothing about and doesn't care to know. Such a person should not be in the business of service and you should conduct your business elsewhere and avoid this narcissistic slaveshow.
