First of all, I don't care in which country we're in. As long as we can communicate and solve the problem, that's what matters. I'm not asking for any favors, I'm going to pay. But I feel more comfortable speaking in Spanish when it comes to talking about cars and the first thing that this guy at the counter said to me was "we are in the United States", like I don't know where I'm living-- just because I asked him if he speaks Spanish. The reason why I went there is because I thought I had a flat tire. While I was driving, I got a notification ringing in the dashboard that there was something wrong with my tire. I checked the tires before coming to this place and saw a screw in my front passenger tire, but I wanted them to check all the tires just in case. All they did was tell me that it was only the tire pressure but no screw was found at all. In the end, now I have to go again to another place to get a patch for that tire. It was not about money, but the service and the need to do things quick without any care, as well as that remark about the language is what bothered me the most.

Great servicing! They aligned my car with lowered suspension, something that a lot of other shops couldn't do. The store manager, John Wayne was very helpful and made sure I got the alignment exactly how I wanted it.

I can’t say enough good things about John Wayne At the Bird Row location John was very professional knowledgeable and had my tires within a day. The staff is equally knowledgeable and had me in and out in an hour with four new tires. I’d highly recommend tire squad for our tire needs.

I showed up this morning with a large holt stuck in my rear tire. They fixed it super fast and very affordable. John Wayne, the manager was awesome. Very professional and polite!!!! I found this place by chance and came here because of their ratings. Those ratings are well earned. From now on, I intend to come here for all the tire needs for all of my vehicles! Thank you John!!

This place is awesome. Brought my x5 in to replace a non-standard tire and they were able to handle it same day and get me out the door in 20 minutes. Phenomenal prices too

I left work and my tire pressure light went on. I had some air and topped up but knew I had a slow leak. I pulled into Tire Squad and the staff were friendly and helpful. They got my back on the road quickly at a fair price. I left a happy and satisfied customer.

"TIRE SQUAD" are life savers! I am from out of town with a loaner, ended up getting a screw in my tire the 2nd day in Miami! Went to nearest tire place and they told me 3 hr wait just to patch tire, went to next tire place and the guy was trying to take advantage of me trying to convince me to purchase a brand new tire(which the loaner is brand new)..on my way to another tire place came across a cool looking sign "TIRE SQUAD"...turned in instantly (on 2 tires lol) and the gentlemen at front desk was very helpful and understanding. They had my tire patched and back on the road in 30 minutes! That's great customer service! Plus, they had free waters and chips for customers while waiting. Great customer service, done in a very timely manner & very reasonably priced!

I needed a tire as soon as possible. I am glad I was able to find this shop open over the holiday weekend. John Wayne helped me out, the store manager, and he exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. He saw how bad my tires were and made sure I was taken care of. They didn’t have my tires in the shop but he was able to order me some and get me set to come back and get them installed. He didn’t have to but went above and beyond to install the spare in the mean time which I was very grateful for. I will definitely recommend this location because of the dedication and professionalism this place has displayed with helping out their customers. Even the other person waiting inside for their car with me expressed how honest and genuine the guys here are.

John Wayne the manager is very direct and clear with the services of your vehicle and always has your best interest. The team works efficiently and gets the job done. Very difficult to find a trust worthy shop in the area, especially for modified cars. This is the place if need be.
