I recently had some work done for my car at Pacific Tires & Audio and let me tell you, this is some of the best service in all of North Carolina and even the US. Upon arrival I was greeted by a kind and humble worker name Marcelo, he then gave me a reasonable price and fixed up my car with some great audio equipment. I love the work they do and the workers. There is NO better place to get your car worked on than Pacific Tires and Audio. GIVE MY BOY MARCELO A RAISE!! Great customer service, great work.

I was greeted by the beautiful woman at the front, Jenny, and she helped me understand the pricing for some tires I was interested in as well as some other things I was curious about. She was incredibly attentive to me as well as other customers around us. She knew how to keep a conversation going and how to greet new customers ! Amazing work ethic and attitude. I will be coming back !

Had a great experience. Swapped out tires I needed on my truck. Misael gave me competitive pricing, had tires in shop with in the hour, I was in and out fast. Great customer service and was not offered more than I needed. This is the type of service I prefer and love.

I went to car stereo warehouse and they put some bs in my car. It wasn’t loud at all. I went here and had Mk get right. Superrr loud and clean audio

my recent experience at your store when I came in to have my tires changed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service.they charged me more for used tires ,The process took much longer than expected, and I felt the staff was not attentive or communicative throughout the wait. Additionally, I noticed issues with the tire installation shortly after leaving the store. I had high expectations for a smooth and professional service, but this visit did not meet them. I hope you’ll address these concerns to ensure that future customers have a better experience.

There is a mechanic who works there, not completely related to tire shop but still gonna put this here since he doesn’t have a page. Came in to get my fan replaced. When taking off radiator he broke the mounts (2012 car so not super old). He called and said I need a new radiator since old one “was going out anyways” and he broke the mounts. YET he charged me extra labor to replace it?? ($200 and it’s a part he was taking off anyways). Needed the car next day so I didn’t argue but I regret it. Worst parts? Radiator wasn’t that bad. Month later the screws on radiator mounts backed out so he didn’t even bother doing it right. Calls from a PA number if y’all are wondering who I’m talking about.

don’t come here unless you want your car screwed up. took 10 times doing my friends alignment on his bmw, kept adjusting eccentric bolt when he had fully adjustable arms, and tried charging him more saying they needed to take off the wheels when they didn’t need to when taking off the arms. even after arguing back and fourth and finally figuring out how to use them, they still couldn’t get the alignment right. took my 370z there and got my alignment done but for some reason rushed the process and didn’t get my right side correct and it pulls every time i drive it. i brought one of my other cars here a couple months ago and they did horrible welds on my exhaust, another person who was there complained that they destroyed their wheel studs and messed up their alignment. this place sucks, i don’t know how it’s such a nice shop because they just hire anybody. they didn’t give me a full refund either.

Great atmosphere when you walk in ask me if I wanted an ice cold water and seated me. Didn't wait long at all spoke with Miguel who was transparent and upfront with everything before they start the service. Would highly recommend!

Spoke with the lady at the front desk and she quoted me one price , but when I had my vehicle towed they quoted me a different price. Owner couldn’t give me a reason as to why it was priced more when I asked him to explain his response was that he could simply take it off. Very rude and I felt like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman. Wouldn’t recommend!

First time I went was to put new tires on my car, The guy working the front desk, Mario was happy to help and had great service. We did have a small wait, but when it was our turn service was quick and fast. But the next day one of the tires was flat, (still not sure if it was my fault or the people who put it on, I’m not pointing fingers at who is wrong) so I took the car back and had them look at it. Once again Mario listened to the issue I had, and had the issue fixed quickly under 15 minutes. Great customer service, fast workers who know what they’re doing. I would go back every time I needed something done. Would recommend 10/10.

Great customer service and great service from the staff. They went above and beyond to help assist me to finding a very specific tire at times when everyone else in town told me it's out of stock just to avoid searching wearhouse or inventory! I have since made this my first choice or "go to place" when in need of tire service!

I honestly hate to be the guy leaving bad reviews but i believe this scenario should be noted to some degree by customers & staff. I came by 2 weeks ago to have a new set of rims mounted, i had 2 rear tires(265’s) from my old set placed on the new rims and used 2 loose tires (255) of my own for the front. they swapped the tires and rims with no issue to my knowledge and i went about my day. Following my visit i noticed my tpms light was on directly after mounting new rims, i should have confirmed why this was right then and there but i was not told this by staff either, i would assume this would be a good thing to point out to a customer. I quickly assumed the new rims may have not have TPMS sensors and went about my day. after driving i noticed my vehicle alignment seemed off and i was rubbing when turning wheel. i was then forced to go to another shop and have the two 255’s from the front taken off and replaced with a smaller tire. This alone should have been something that could have been avoided by being knowledgeable enough of tire setups, offsets and etc. with 265’s in rear the 255 were too large for correct front fitment. Following this and only days ago i randomly spun out in traffic almost crashing suddenly to only realize one on the shoulder of road that my rear 265 tire had popped off the rim and damaged my rim to do curbing it. i then also note what looks like a TPMS sensor on the rim which confuses me of why the Tire light was on and why i wasn’t warned of possible not working sensors. I then went to inspect my tire set up as a whole to notice a missing lug nut in the opposite rear tire, that alone shows negligent work as you all were the only people to touch my rear tires & rims. This combined with my rim falling off, i cannot be 100% but it definitely points towards you guys being the cause of this as well. i had the 265’s on my vehicle and other set of rims for months with no issues, the 2 rear tires alone were well over $700 and now 1 is unusable and i now have a damaged rim from my new set. Regardless of why the tire fell off, it just confuses me how you guys mounted an incorrect tire size for front fitment, was not told about TPMS error & missing lug nut. I’m aware that it could have been an isolated event, even though i’ve never heard of a tire coming off mid turn, given the entire scope of the situation i wanted this to be known. The service was fast and kindly but multiple steps could have been taken to inform me as the customer of the initial improper figment, tpms light being on post tire install and a missing lug nut. and those are the issues aside from IF you all weren’t the cause of a $350 tire & $200 rim to be damaged.

They ruined one of my brand new rims trying to install tire on them. Then turn the blame on me saying it was like that already, while all the other rims are still sealed in the box. They didn’t take accountability nor acknowledged what they did wrong. They rush to much and things happen. Unprofessional place and chaotic! Will never recommend it to nobody. Have your insurance ready before you bring anything there.
