The guys in the store did an incredible job! My only complaint is with the website if you’re going to get your tires changed and you set an appointment, you should be able to pick the Tires so you’re not having to come back two hours later after they order the tires. I would recommend anyone who’s buying Tires to call the store to be sure the tires were in stock at that location. Again, the guys in the store were incredible from the guys installing the tires to the gentleman, ordering the tires for me. They were not only professional, but definitely diffuse the situation from me being unhappy to a very happy customer.

Tire Outlet took care of my emergency tire problem as soon as they opened up. They were quick and efficient considering I had to get four new tires which were desperately needed. Their prices are very competitive and they made sure that my car was properly balanced and aligned before I left. I highly recommend them , they are very polite and professional.

Usually good service at a good price here, but I waited far too long to get 4 new tires installed (especially since I had an appointment). I could have gotten the same tires cheaper elsewhere. Lastly they always do general inspection to see if there's anything else that needs repairs and they try to sell you to get it fixed there and then.

I called to see if tire’s were available since they were special for my wife’s Tahoe. They ordered the tires for me and scheduled a visit. I showed up with vehicle and they had them replaced and front end alignment done quickly. I highly recommend you have tire service done here with a very fair price.

Jimbo is awesome. So nice and professional. I scheduled an appointment for 11:00, arrived at 10:40 and they had me out of there by 11:15. Their prices are very competitive and they stand by their warranties. Highly recommend.

Tire Outlet on Beach and 295 is the best place for tires, & auto repair. They have a deaf mechanic and he is the BEST mechanic I have ever dealt with. Jimbo was very upfront about cost and explained all of my apprehensions away. Thank you for taking so much time to put me at ease, and for directing me to a great set of tires with such a reasonable price! You have a customer for life!

About a month ago I had a very bad experience at the Tire Outlet located on Beach Blvd. I scheduled a service appointment on the website for 2 tires for a 2013 Ford Explorer with a TPMS replacement. When we received the vehicle, we spoke to the attendant about the TPMS light coming on. He said the light would go out, which did not happen. We returned to the store and they had no procedures for replacing the TPMS that I had paid to replace. After replacing the TPMS, the attendant used the scanner and blocked my vehicle's speed. We returned to the store once again and they told me to look for a Ford dealership to resolve the problem, resulting in a loss of $400.00. I decided to buy again at the Tire Outlet now located in Saint Jhons, I scheduled the change of 04 tires for the Hyundai Tucson car on December 3rd to be executed on December 5th and after waiting a long time an attendant informed me that there were only 02 tires and that I would have to return another day to put on the 02 missing ones, what is the point of making an appointment with access and when I arrive at the location there is no longer the quantity you reserved. This will be the last time I buy something at the Tire Outlet

Everyone was super helpful. I called to see if they could help, I had a brake problem the same day they were able to take my car and they fixed my car within an hour. I dropped it off at 11:00 and they called me by 12:15. It was amazing 10 out of 10. Would recommend this store to everyone I meet now.

I shopped around and they had the best price for 50k all weather's. We needed an alignment as well and most shops don't offer them now a days but they do. They also offered a full synthetic oil change for under $50 on sale. They recommended some work on the back struts and I am usually reluctant to believe random mechanics but after driving the car it is noticeably smoother.
