Stopped by after wrk and was able to get right in for a tire rotation. While fixing a cup of coffee overheard a client taking bout a oil change as I needed one so I got 1. Priced fairly. Thanks guys.

DO NOT GO TO TIRE OUTLET shops. Damaged my car!! Manager acknowledged they damaged the fender (jack placed in wrong location and when tech elevated the car the fender buckled and passenger door would no longer open). I discovered the damage when I went to leave and brought manager our to show him the damage. Manager told me to get a quote and bring it back and they’ll take care of fixing the damage. I get a quote that day, for $2500 in repairs from the dealership, gave it to the manager that same day, and later that same day he calls me back and sheepishly says the regional manager says they didn’t do any damage to my car and they’re not fixing my car. Unethical regional manager. Stay far far away from a good manager, who happens to work at Tire Outlet on Cassat Ave and is NOT supported by his regional manager in taking good care of their customers and standing behind and fixing their mistakes. Go to ANY tire shop beside Tire Outlet - I will never go to any of their locations. DO NOT GO TO TIRE OUTLET shops.

My Tire experience was excellent. I’m glad I made a choice for this Tire place Alexander Miró the Manager assisted me his business was excellent. He finished the job within the time he promised I will recommend and I will come again.

Patched a tire for me, did a good job. 45 minute wait was understandable. However, afterward they listed 11 things wrong with my vehicle, under the hood, that they felt I should address. Problem is, the vehicle was outside the whole time where I could see it and they never popped open the hood. They took the tire off right there and put it back on after the patch. I know this sort of thing goes on a lot, but it's said to be a witness to it at this establishment. Don't trust their evaluations.

Love this place, these gentlemen do good, honest work, and they make you feel like family. I've used this location ( San Juan Avenue) for auto repairs and oil changes, and I'll be back when I need new tires.
