As a long time customer of Tire Outlet, they have always been kind and done me right. I was aggravated that I was not made aware of the price change of the oil change that I recieve on a regular bases, but I do want to say this is a great place to have service done.

Great people, service, prices and discounts! They always have some sort of sale and are happy to tell you about it, even if you forgot the coupon! I sent my daughter there by herself and they treated her like family!

Tire Outlet always takes care of me. They make me feel like a preferred customer even though I know they offer everyone the same great service. I had a blowout, and they came to me with a New tire and mounted and balanced it right there in the parking lot. Outstanding!

Went here for repairs dealership said were necessary and expensive. They checked and determined dealership was wrong. They fixed actual problem which was much less. Assistant manager was the best.

I had an appointment to have the oil changed and tire rotation on Monday, November 25, great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Mr. Chris provides awesome customer interaction and took care of every question. I received my text advising that my car was ready for pickup and provided me a checklist of all services conducted. When I picked up my car I was greeted by Yevette with her warm and welcoming smile. I had checked my car out and was on my way in minutes. Always a great experience, I recommend Tire Outlet and Chris and his team.

Went to have a tire plug in a front and alignment. The vehicle was pulling strongly to the right out. That had the supposedly frightening alignment, now it's pulling to the left 😞

So wonderful to find folks that really go that extra yard to find a solution to a unique tire problem!. . . Blew an RV tire during a hurricane prep and they resolved it in record time!! I was amazed. Truly a great group of people!

Today was my last day going here. I have been using this place for years, but the last couple of times, it has been a bad experience. The guy seemed like it didn't want to do the job, and when I asked him about my flat tire, he said that it was not leaking air and that he didn't want to use the soapywater to ckek the tire because he didn't have much left and the other flat tire he said he was not able to fix because the hole was to big I went to a different tire shop and they fix it right away they were probably just trying to sell me another tire bad business
