After calling around a few shops these guys had the tire I was looking for! (Not an easy tire to find) I was only going in to get one tire and left w four new tires for the price of 3 and an alignment for a REALLY FAIR price! They also went above and beyond to inspect the vehicle and give me a heads up on future repairs to plan for and that they do it all! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and will be coming to them from now on. I appreciate yall!

My only complaint would be the suppliers. The staff work as hard as they can but only do so much if they’re waiting on a source to bring something. The workers at Tires Plus has always been professional and treat me with respect while doing the best to be fast and efficient with quality service.

People are nice but I had an appointment at one and sat there for an hour before anyone even looked at my truck needless to say it took them two and half hours to rotate and balance my tires next time I will just go back to the dealership

. I had a 10:00am appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I guess I should’ve made one for a day besides Saturday but since I had an appointment, I figured it was ok. Counter guy was not too enthusiastic but ok. He said it would be done before noon. I walked to the strip shopping center nearby & shopped till 11:57. Figured I’d be out of there soon so didn’t call for hubby to pick me up. At 1:30, I asked counter guy about my car. In about five minutes, my car was ready. A bit longer than I had planned for an oil change with an appointment.

Brought in one tire that blew out on the freeway. They said it would be repaired by the end of the day (5 hours later). I went to Discount Tire and got the repair done in 45 minutes. I didn't expect them to drop everything, but waiting 5 hours while my vehicle that was on the side of the road is unacceptable

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and the car was taken in for service as soon as I arrived. The car was inspected, and replacing the oil filter was the only recommended repair. One of the reasons I started going to Tire Outlet is because another place where I was bringing the car for service was always recommending expensive repairs. Tire Outlet has been more trustworthy.

Made online appt. They took care of everything sooner than the appointment. Thoroughly and double checked on charges and issues before moving forward.

They can not be trusted, for example, they had a huge sign on the window advertising an oil change for 21.99. I called and made an appointment for that service, when I get there they wanted approximately $60 for a synthetic blend oil change. When I forced the issue they left me standing at the register for a while and finally came back and said they would have to order the standard oil because they don't even keep it it stock. Classic false advertising and bait and switch tactics. Beware!

excellent experience. needed 4 tires. they worked within my budget, took my car in 1.5 hrs before they closed and stayed 30 minutes after close to finish the work including an alignment. friendly staff as well.

Very friendly and courteous. Usually take in my tires and rims as to not occupy a bay and results in fast service with satisfactory results. This time I had a 2 pm appt. and dropped off tires/rims @12:30. Tires were not ready until closing time appeared to be rushed and slightly out of balance at highway speed. Waiting to see if they settle in or will return for rebalance.
