Wish I could give more than 5 stars to this place and the crew that works here. The place is nice, the job was done pretty quickly for what I needed (puncture tired and tire rotation). The gentleman who opened up and attended me truly made my day. Felt nice to be in a friendly and healthy environment after working a 12h shift in prison. I extremely rare leave reviews online, but this place deserve all the good reviews it has. Prices, services and all here is 5 stars services. Come and get your tires fixed!!!

Hello, The service I received at Tire Outlet in Jax. Fl. (10995 N. Main St.)was excellent. The staff went far beyond my expectations. They helped in ways that one rarely experiences in the corporate world. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs auto service. Casey Burnett, the manager of this shop does an excellent job with costumer care and care for his employees. Bravo!! Eric Moore

The job was done with care! Lots of perks come with buying tires from Tire Outlet. I took advantage of most of them on my recent visit. Very happy! They have always exceeded my expectations. Even a job no one else wanted to touch; they GOT IT DONE! Saved me quite a bit of money and a lot of hassle. I am a customer for life.

Great Experience! Not many people and businesses are trustworthy and honest! Casey helped us and was truly honest. I had gotten a quote from tire kingdom and man did they try to get us for everything and not what we truly needed at the time so I walked out of there and contacted Tire Outlet. Casey was able to get us in immediately! Woohoo! Him and his staff are incredible! They have state of the art email and text option that shows pics of all your car and issues so cool! Since Casey was honest, he saved us a lot of money. Thank you Casey! I will be doing business with you again and recommending Tire Outlet to my family and friends! I don't write reviews that often but they sure were deserving of one!

Months ago, I had bought a new set of tires for my HHR from Tire Outlet and little did I realize that if I had a flat tire, they would repair it with no charge! Low and behold, I had a flat tire an rode in to them to have it fixed and they informed me about the policy. Thank you Tire Outlet for removing the "bolt" and sending me on my way...I appreciate your service and will return again..!

The guys here are so awesome. Came in after the collision shop didn’t do their job correctly and my car was knocking in the rear. I didn’t know what was happening or how much more it would cost me out of pocket. Come to find out my back tire was loose smh but they quickly figured it out and tighten not just that one but all my tires at no cost to me. They’ve gained a customer. Thanks guys again!
