I have been coming to this location for about 4 years for my oil changes. Yes they are great on the oil changes. They told me they could fix my CANSHAFT fixed and I drove my car for 3 days and they forgot to put oil back in my car and try to tell me it’s and oil consumption. I gave them the benefit of the situation, and took my car back to them to do a TUNE UP with just finding out on yesterday that my spark plugs needed to be changed which I pay for on 12/2-2024 No spark plugs were changed they took my money and didn’t perform the job. Check behind there work all I can say. Yes everyone there is nice but nicest don’t over take your car you work hard to keep it going and one small matter can have you car-less

Upon entering I received a warm friendly greeting. No appointment necessary. I dropped in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I was finished, and out the door in an hour. Also, given a Free safety inspection at no additional cost. Jumbo Highsmith, Manager of the Tire Outlet located on Dunn Ave, Jacksonville, FL. He and his team work together efficiently while respecting there customers time. Time management and excellent customer service skills are their top priority. I appreciate excellent service like I received here today. Thanks to the entire team.

My expectations were met by all staff members at Tire Outlet Dunn Ave location. Everyone went above and beyond helping and assisting with my vehicle and I was certainly pleased with the turnaround timeframe on my ordered tires for my vehicle, these guys will get any customer squared away.

My husband has been to this location several times, and recently had an occasion were we needed an immediate fix, though hesititant about going here because of prior service, he went to this location, as it was the closest option. He came home with the tire fixed and a GREAT experience. The NEW manager was Awesome and he gave Excellent Customer Service. His core Values were definitely showcased and created a loyal customer. Thank you for the new leadership.

From the time I walked in the door everyone was friendly and gave great recommendations on what type of tires I really needed for my car. Excellent Excellent customer service. It’s hard to get great service these days but by far they did a great job.

It took them all day just to fix one tire employees just walk around talk and playing when work needs to be done instead of letting ppl sit and wait all day long very dissatisfied with the service there.

Jimbo and his crew are very professional and care about their costumer. I had my 2020 dodge ram repaired and they took their time to explain what was wrong with it and what I needed to have it done. We will definitely come back for maintenance services.

Do Not go Here i repeat Do not go to this Shop Got a new tire The person who changed the Tire broke my tire valve got home air was leaking called the next day told me to bring it in Got there had to wait 1 hour or more after hours to get it done Dont waste your time Here travel the extra Mile and go to a better shop

What an easy tire shopping experience. Found the tires i wanted on the website. Called store to see if tires are available for same day install. They ordered tires from warehouse. Was told to come in about 300 pm. Showed up on time. 15 minutes later van on rack getting my new tires. Wow!!!!! What a easy process. No up sale ..... Great and Professional service Team. I will return. THANKS!!!!

i had my tire blown right next to the tire outlet and got it fixed within the same day the man at the front was super helpful walked me through all the steps and it was a fast and easy process will for sure be going there again
