Highly recommend!!! We traveled to Houston from Louisiana for our oldest son’s basketball camp. Woke up the morning of camp to a low tire. Stopped at a gas station and realized there was a hole in our tire. Called Tire Outlet, and they were super nice! In and out within 20 minutes with 3 new tires. Excellent customer service from all workers, especially Jose!!

Update to review… The shop assured me that tires had been balanced and aligned. They were not. Shaking and instability of drive was so bad when driving over 50 mph that I had to pull over in a town I was passing through to have the tires balanced and aligned before I could continue. It was 5pm and luckily I found a shop willing to stay open late on Friday afternoon to help me. Of note, I overheard another customer complaining of the same thing which is what prompted me to ask the question in the first place. They are all very nice, but clearly don’t provide the service. I spent hours on the phone looking for four 245 50 19 tires. They all had to be ordered or if they did have in stock were over $400 a tire. Tire Outlet had exactly what I was looking for (pirelli) in stock and on sale. They were also able to put them on same day. The sister of the owner, Nancy helped me on the phone. She was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer all my questions. The manager and employees were also all friendly and took care in their work as I watched them throughout the process. Very pleased with the experience. I will buy from them again and refer to others. Thank you Tire Outlet for making my day! 😊

Fui a cambiar mi llanta ponchada, tuve que cambiarla me dio un precio de $70 por una semi usada casi nueva, le confirme varias veces y el me expreso de que si eran $70 por la llanta, a la hora de pagar con tarjeta su máquina no estaba funcionando lo tuvimos que enviar por zelle unas ves enviado el dinero el manager me dice que no eran 77.43 como el me expreso con los taxes porque le cobran taxes, si no que eran $97 por una llanta usada, le pregunté el por qué y me respondió que para la llanta que usaba mi carro del mismo número y marca ese era el precio, al decirle que el me confirmó que eran $70, me explicó que eran casi $20 de taxes, arriba de eso la mala información más el mal servicio al cliente no vuelvo más a este lugar.

I don’t advise anyone who doesn’t have $ to waste to go here! I try not to give bad reviews as I am a positive person who promotes businesses around Houston l, but the service I received could have cost me my life! I just paid $200 for four used tires a little over a month ago and they are bald already. The driver one is ripping on the inside and I could barely make it on the hwy doing 40 mph this week from my car sliding everywhere. If I didn’t have to have work done on my car yesterday I wouldn’t have known I was sold bad tires. Also when I returned a week after buying these tires the owner attempted to overcharge me to plug one of them and had a nasty attitude after i explained to him he literally just sold me these tires. Sir, if you read this, I really need you to understand this economy’ is not in a good enough position for you to be operating as careless as this. And although I’m blessed to make good money in my career I do not appreciate your service and being sold worn out tires. Be an honest and caring person if you’re going to be in customer service. You’re truly lucky I couldn’t log in to my actual google where I’m a google guide with 30,000 followers. Please take heed and start to sell better product.

After my car went to the right, I came to this business to solve the problem and they gave me a price of $520 as a labor and part fee and guaranteed labor, and 6 hours later they asked me for an additional 104$, and I accepted it. Paid and I paid all the money when I bought my car, the problem had not been solved, and in addition, a new problem had been opened, they put all the blame on me and did not correct their mistakes. If you are going to this business, make sure that the problem is solved before paying money. Don't throw your money in the trash.!!

Prices are inconsistent and the manager is very disregarding. I even tried to express to him how his customer service is very rude and dismissive, but even in that moment he laughed at my comment and continued texting on his phone. I ended up going directly across the street to the (Furniture/ tire) shop. I received cheaper tires and great customer service. I'd recommend going across the street, you'll be treated better for a cheaper price!

Jose was awesome. Called and asked about a tire while driving. Has a flat. Other places were closed. He stayed opened for me. Replace my bad tire. Plugged another for free. Definitely will come back. Phenomenal customer service.

The service was great...short wait time and quick service...they did what discount tire said that they could not and I'm satisfied with the results...they even went the extra mile and filled up my spare tire! ***Update 5yrs later (from 5 to 3 stars)*** CASH ONLY. I WAS TOLD TO WALK UP THE STREET TO A GAS STATION THAT WAS ACROSS A HIGHWAY TO FIND AN ATM, NO THANKS SMH...YOU SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME BEFORE YOU STARTED THE WORK, I DONT CARRY CASH. I still ended up tipping, but i won't be returning in the future

I got new set of Tyres for my car here and their service was awesome. I also changed all 4 brake pads and 1 bad rotor for my other car, Jose was very helpful to advise on best parts and was able to troubleshoot minor issues without having to make me buy unnecessary parts. I recommend this place for all your tyre issues.

If you need used tires this is the place to be. Nancy was extremely courteous and helpful. Tire was in great condition being that it’s used. Will use them again for sure for any tire needs. Highly recommended.
