I had an issue with my car with a several hour drive ahead. I stopped in to see if they could take a look and let me know if it was safe to drive. Otto and his staff were very friendly, accommodating, and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with tire kingdom started out not so good with the Bruce B Downs County line Road Location to have An alignment done after getting major work done to the front end of my 2003 Avalanche Took it there twice got it back, damn near the same way as I brought it in. I decided to take it to the one on Nebraska and turned my experience around with awesome customer service. I believe it was done by,YOSUNAY. VLADY the mechanic who did the alignment did an incredible job.after taking the time even after the shop was closed to do the alignment right and taking it for a test drive afterwards to verify his work. These two guys went above and beyond to make me happy because of my situation with the Bruce B Downs store! THANK YOU VLADY & YOSUNAY FOR THE AWESOME JOB WITH MY ALIGNMENT ON MY 2003 CHEVY AVALANCHE!

Don’t waste your time making an appointment. Had an 8 o’clock morning appointment today just to be told my service wouldn’t be performed until 11 am. Was told that the Ferrari being worked would take 2-3 hours. Very disappointing to make the earliest appointment and plan my Saturday around the appointment, just to be told it would be another 3 hours before my car could be serviced.

I recommend highly the Tire Kingdom on Nebraska. Mr. O was very friendly and kept his word about what would be done regarding the service of my car and the payment. He went out of his way to make sure that as a customer I was completely satisfied with the work. I also noticed whike I was waiting that he extended great customer service to all those who came through the door. Keep up the great work! Your diligence was greatly appreciated!

Juan Carlos and the guys at this shop are soon amazing. They helped me address my concerns with my car and it runs better than when I bought it. I had ordered a tire from tire kingdom they really have the best deals I usually pay $375 per tire and they got me the same tire way cheaper for my camero I love the customer service and efficiency they deliver!!! I will be coming here often

I highly recommend the Tire Kingdom on Nebraska Avenue in Tampa. They have exceptional customer service, and affordable prices. Juan Carlos and Naliyah at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience, and would definitely come back to this location for my tire needs.

Super nice people. Got me in and out in a timely manner. 2 new tires and an alignment. Also helped me out by changing my head light bulb which was very challenging. Car drives great. Very good experience.

This place is amazing!! I was a half hour late to my 5pm appointment (keep in mind they close at 6). They were super helpful and accommodated for me. Got a new tire very quickly. The lady in the office was super nice and helpful, she told me how I could get discounted services and was honest about the time and price of my services!
